Got everything I needed

Today when I visited the store I felt threatened and harassed by one of the employees. I was shopping for myself and my mother. I had 4 Lysol wipes 2 for me and 2 for my mom. The sign said you could get 4 units. The employee said I could only get 1 so, explained the sign and she said it was wrong.When I was on the next aisle I heard her say, “those people” make me sick. So, I let her know I heard her and it was racist. In the next sentence she says, “you people.” I’ve never had this problem before and I understand everyone is stressed; however, she needs some “customer service training.” I guess she felt she could say what she wanted because the security guard was with her.During this time everyone needs to show compassion. She is actually working and there are thousands of people without a job.I’m saying “she” because I failed to get her name but, I will never forget her face.

Family Dollar is an excellent store that has a vast selection of products. From food to pet supplies to home decor... You can find many great products at Family Dollar.

My favorite Family Dollar is Store #00227 because I can usually find everything that Im looking for. The only down fall is that this store always have merchandise in the middle of the aisle in boxes on a cart and you cant get around without pushing it out of the way and standing in the line a while because only one register is open.

A quick place to grab a few items

When its not crowded or short of staff they get things done quickly. They are very polite at this location.

The coupons I clipped did not come off my total purchase price. Therefore I had to break my payment into two separate payments. The cashier did not refund my money either.

Pleasant experience..walked in for 2 items, left w/about 6 baby outfits that were marked down for clearance..cashier was polite & on point..was satisfied w/visit..
