After a little hiccup with my shipping, I received my order. I love each of my T-shirts and the monograms were perfect. The shirts are quality material and washed well. Southern Grace has excellent customer service and I look forward to the next sale 😊

Haven’t received my order, nor have five inquiries been responded too, as to the status. I waited 10+ business days before reaching out. So right now even 2 stars is a stretch. Hopefully this review will get some results and the shirt I ordered will be worth the frustration. It’s not about any delay, it’s ALL about the lack of communication and customer service. Very disappointed.

So helpful and super nice!!! Very sweet people run this place and the work is top notch. I had to get a last minute gift and they were very easy to work with even with the rush order. I haven’t received my stuff but I got this email asking how I liked my stuff. I’m a little confused.

I came into Southern Grace Creations to pick up my daughters uniform shirts for Windsor and I was very impressed with the store! Not only will I continue to get my daughters uniforms from there, I will be shopping for myself!!

They made me a sign for my wife,she was more then happy,also found many new ideas for gifts,thanks mandy and chris!!

I still haven’t received mine so I can’t really say. Every time I check they say the shorts are ordered and haven’t came in

I probably will not order from here again. Placed an order on June 17. Never heard anything till I sent an email to cancel the order. At that time I was told that part of the order was out of stock and that the order would ship as soon as it was restocked. I have not heard anything since. Not a satisfied customer at all

I would give a 5 star because the outfit i special ordered for a gift had something on the inside of the shirt. I called n spoke to someone twice & was told they replaced the shirt & sent it off that day. Then I received a email response saying nothing they did caused what was i thought a burn in shirt & no replacement so I will never order again.Thanks, from unsatisfied customer......

I ordered a pair of pants on May 12th thinking I was ordering something in stock. I found out that wasnt the case. I did get a call saying they would be in stock and be shipped out last Friday as of now still waiting on said pants to be shipped. Im not sure Ill be ordering anything else. Im giving it till Friday then Im requesting my money back. Not a goid experience at all!

My mother m law order my wife a jacket for her birthday a white and grey pullover order it dec.11,2020 and it took 4 weeks for them to even respond to her about the jacket. Early January they email for saying they didn’t have her size and could send her a large. When my wife finally received her jacket it had a spilt at the right side seam not just a hole a split 4 inches long how could you not see that before sending it out, did they not inspect it before shipping it out. Not very impressed. Never will buy nothing from them again.

All the girls are super sweet and the owner has the best personality which makes it all better when you are shopping! I always love coming into Southern Grace! They are always so friendly and helpful! They are a local, family run business who really care about their customers. I love that they are a Christian business that supports so many missions and even have a place to write your prayer requests that they actually pray over. I’ve gotten many great items from their store and love the atmosphere they’ve created for their clientele!

I have been in this store several times. They also have different faces. The staff doesnt know the merchandise or whats on hand or what the price is. Each time I have gone in the level of service is less and less of what I expected from a Christian store. This past weekend when I was in, the staff was rude and one the phone and it was apparent that it was a personal call and I felt I was being ignored. I have also gotten monogrammed items in the past and when there were errors I was made to feel that it was my fault for the font being out of place or such. I feel that the monogramming is better at Macon Monogramming and Southern Grace is not a womans boutique anymore but more inline with a store for 16-18 year old girls in regards to dress. Nothing you would wear to an office or conservative setting.

This is a true treasure in Macon GA. Awesome merchandise but more important is the great Christian atmosphere they obviously work hard to provide. From the products that support missions, to the prayer request board, the Christian music, and the owners who are good, strong Christian people, I feel like this store is a light in our community. They have an awesome growing merchandise line that appeals to all ages. Awesome store. Awesome owners!!

Wonderful Customer Service and I Love the shirt I received!!

I visited this store at their new location. Not what I thought it would be. The atmosphere has changed so much. To be a Godly Store the taste in clothes was a little off. The store is much smaller then before. The staff is not familiar with their products and was talking down about management in the store. I was embarrassed because the pleasant atmosphere which was once there is no longer. The mall was definitely a better location to get too.

Love this store and have only had great service each and every time I’ve been in their store. Mandy went above and beyond to make sure that every detail of our order was perfect. Thank you all very much for your great attention to detail.

Easy order and very prompt turnaround!

If you need shirts or bracelets personalized or other cute merchandise, this is definitely your place to go! I was wanting to have memorial shirts for my nephew who was recently killed by a drunk driver. Mrs. Rachel was actually getting ready to leave the day I walked in her shop, and she stayed and helped me, she offered an amazing deal for our family. We had a pretty big order around 39 shirts and 20 bracelets the turn around time was a little over a week!! Ms Mandy worked with me on the design until I was very happy with everything and stayed in contact. These people are amazing! They are very sweet and welcoming. Mrs. Rachel hugged me before I walked out of her store that day. We are so grateful for them and very happy with our shirts and bracelets!!! Thank you so much Southern Grace Creations!!

Have been in the SGC several times before but this was my first time at their new location. They also are the designers/monogrammers for Windsor. When I picked up my shirts that my twins godmother had order for us, I was so surprised of the monograms. I had no idea that the school logos colors were adjusted to fit the color of the shirt so that it helped it to POP. The shirts were great and the special color details just gives it a little something extra. It also gave me an opportunity to check out the wood works that they carry. I also try to keep something on hand for a special gift. Please check out their store and if they dont have something that you are looking for, be sure to ask, because chances are, they can get it or find you something similar. I over love this company, the owner and staff!! There’s never been a time were I haven’t received just what I ordered or requested. I don’t live in this area but will drive over 40 minutes to this location to shop. The work that they provide is amazing and great quality! I couldn’t ask for anything better! I will alway shop and support Southern Grace Creation!!!

Terrible experience bad customer service never got products monogrammed in timely fashion. Very small not that great of store as variety and not that great of a store as far as Godly goes either wish them the best but don’t see it uprising or expanding. Needs a lot of work and different ownership would probably change some of the sales rates and quality of products and options

Thanks to Southern Grace for getting me a monogram vinyl for a cup that was for a gift in a last minute rush. I know I can always count on you guys to have something ready for me to purchase or get my items monogrammed/personalized with great service. Ive been here before and received excellent customer service! But today, was such a rude experience! 🙄 My sister and I walked in and the young lady didnt say anything to us. She didnt acknowledge us at all, as if we hadnt entered the store! 😮 She walked around us and continued her task. We felt unwelcomed and made a speedy exit. Not coming back here for a while until they hire some customer service conscious folks 🤦🏾As I was writing this review, I was sitting outside of the store....

Ive shopped there on several occasions and was very pleased. Theyre nice when things go right. However, when things didnt . . . . I was nade to feel as if it wasnt a big deal. I was told what the adjustment was in a take it or leave it manner.After my last visit I was a little hestiant to return. However, I am glad I decided to give Southern Grace Creations another opportunity. My recent (Decemeber 28th) visit was reflective of the service I received on the first several visit there. I was greeted and helped in a cheerful and professional way. I enteracted with the Owner an another associate. The service I received was a true reflection of its name . . . Southern Grace :-)

I placed an order for a shirt and 4 weeks later I have not received a notice of shipment or delivery of the item ordered. However my account has been charged. I sent an email 2 weeks after my order to ask about estimated delivery.... no response. I would like communication or resolution please.
