Called about product inventory. Staff was very nice and helpful. After arriving at store staff was even nicer and couldnt be more helpful and prompt. Highly recommend this store since I was a first time shopper which quickly turned into a repeat customer when needed.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am from Chattanooga and I visited this location today while visiting a friend in town and Alexis was insanely RUDE. do better.

Forever this place will be Doc Martins, Vans, and air walk to me. Ive spent a lot of money with journeys over the years but recently youre more likely to find me over at DSW unless Im walking down memory lane.

The salesman stands 6’5” tall and looks at the pin pad when you are punching in your PIN number.I got an uneasy feeling in my gut.I will watch my account very close 😩

I got my cousin to drive me and my cousin all the way to Macon to get white slip on vans and they said they didn’t have them . We got home like 5 minutes ago and call them and they say they have four pairs and it makes me mad because they couldn’t say can y’all wait 10 minutes so we can unload our shipment . I’m honestly disappointed
