I went into the store to pick up my online order for my textbook this morning and the lady behind the counter made me feel so unwelcomed. I had come in with my children because I had no sitter and the woman treated us as if we were trash that had just been swept in off the street 😔 I was so optimistic about attending Mercer until this encounter. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I think I am going to avoid this bookstore at all costs now. If I cant find my book on another online platform I rather have no book at all and risk failing my classes.

I honestly had high hopes for attending Mercer until this encounter. I would rather just have no book at all for class then have to feel like I was made to feel this morning. I dont think I will return here again

Really great staff. Helped us get a refund on an incorrect textbook order. Very helpful and kind. Large selection of Mercer merchandise at reasonable prices. Also a large selection of school supplies as well as textbooks.

This store is excellent!!! I got so much helpful information on the textbooks I needed and I couldnt help but buy all the Mercer gear possible! Such a wide selection of awesome stuff! Heather, Sophia and Marcus were so friendly and kind! Best college bookstore Ive ever been to!

Overpriced books use other places (Chegg, Amazon, Barnes and Noble’s website, Knetbooks, etc.) Listed a book for 225 when the publisher’s website has it for 170. Also, the person in charge of textbooks and rentals was very rude, short, and dismissive. I am not happy with the service I received. I know it’s a busy and new time, but he could have handled his tone a lot better. I’m disappointed.

Went to buy some gear for an incoming freshman. Great experience and friendly folks working diligently to help a ton of people. Would recommend for all your Mercer Bears gear.

I was very happy they price matched the Amazon price for a book I needed to buy... I didnt know they did this until I enquired about a particular book. Also has a great selection of Mercer branded clothing!

Enjoyed being back at my alma mater. It was nice to be able to pick up some items from the bookstore to show Mercer Bear Pride.

Found some shirts for my kids, just what I was looking to find.

They are friendly and nice people. They have Poptart flavors at the price of 89 cents, (The 2 in 1 poptarts). Thats why I mostly go there for anyway

Youll be amazed to see what little you can buy for $25. Prices gouged to oblivion and horrible hours topped off with a disconnected number on its Google page.

The apparel is awesome. Mercers apparel choices in the 80s and 90s left something to be desired. Not any more. Great job.

Somewhat pricey, but they always have the books you need for your class and are within walking distance.

Very nice bookstore with a wide variety of items branded to represent Mercer whether you are a student, alumnus, parent of a student or future student. Oh and they also sell books.

Really nice, easy to find what you need, the staff is friendly and helpfull .plus its attached to a huge bookstore so you can get Anything you want !
