They have changed the way they handle checking out...Usually you take the paperwork to a different window. Not anymore, I didnt see the sign that read give the coupon upon check in. When my oil change was done and I go to hand the lady the coupon they cant make changes. My oil change was $81 without the inspection, tire balance, nothing!!! I only asked for an oil change. Ill be shopping around for my oil change for now on.

Went to get my oil change and tire rotate..It took 3 hours behoove when i got home realized they didnt rotate my tires ...
