I walked in to get my tire patched, they told me it would take 30 minutes. 20 minutes later it was done and it only cost me like $20 to fix it. They didn’t try to sell me anything else, and it was great!

Been using these guys almost 2 years, no problems. They do not try to BS upsale me. They fix problem, I pay the reasonable bill and we all leave happy.

Nice little store. Friendly kind staff. I stopped today because 1 of my tires were low. They got me in immediately. Checked the air pressure and got all of them filled correctly for no charge. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing anything tires. They really are tire masters and very easy to work with!

A year ago I had then put tires on my car and they did a great job. I have used them for the free rotation and paid for oil changes since then and theyve been great. But last week my car overheated and since Raffield is my car folks here in Macon, I took the car to them. They said that it rattled like crazy and spewed fluids all over the place and that it needed a head job and lots of engine work and I needed to let them tow it down to Kathleen Georgia for somebody to fix it because they couldnt recommend anybody in Macon and they couldnt do it themselves. I chose not to do that and I drove the car home. Then I drove the car to my office. Then I drove the car over to someone to fix it. It was a thermostat. Thats it. A thermostat. I will no longer ever trust them again.

Called in the morning with a flat, they were able to find the exact tires I wanted, had them delivered and installed within four hours. Outstanding service.

The service at Raffield Tire Master was excellent. Upon entering, I was greeted by a technician who addressed my needs. I was in and out in less than an hour. I had no long wait. The service technicians were courteous and kind as well. I had a question about them resetting my odometer and they quickly came to my assistance. All in all, I had a great experience and will be returning when I need automotive work. The cost was very reasonable.

Took forever for them to balance and rotate some tires. No one was in the shop working. They were just standing around talking to each other.

David was super friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb :) and Chris gave me a ride to work.Got new tires at a good price!I do wish theyd enforce mask wearing, but the place is clean and we were able to socially distance so I didnt feel unsafe.Would recommend to anyone like me who doesnt know much about cars, but needs an honest company/sales team to educate them while helping them get the best bang for their buck.

Where to start?! Was out of town day after Thanksgiving and car battery died. Tow truck was able to get it started. Headed home and called Raffields’s on MLK. The asked if someone would be there by the time so got back into town to change my battery out. David did not hesitate to say yes someone would be here. Got a new battery and great service to boot.

Danny Fowler is the best. Recommended a good set of tires...checked everything he could see. Ive got a long road trip coming up.

We are from western KY and had issues with our 2007 truck on our way to Tybee Island. We chose to rent a vehicle to continue on with our vacation. However, these guys kept us informed of the issue and when they expected parts to arrive. It was completed on time for our pick up on our way back home. Although I hope to not have to use them again, I was ecstatic with their service, quality, and communication. I highly recommend them.

I was driving from Atlanta down to Brunswick when one of my tires blew. After getting the donut on, I went over to Raffield Tire to get a new tire and continue on my way. David took great care of me, he was so friendly and nice! It was a pretty quick turn around, about an hour and a half for 4 new tires. They were great, couldn’t recommend them more! If I ever have car trouble in Macon again, that’s where I’ll go!

Blew out a tire out on I-75 and stopped their on a spare donut tire. They were busy yet were so kind that they stopped other things to try and help us. They called around for our tire and actually gave us a competitors store and locations because they had it. I wish we were able to give more business to Raffield because they did all they could to make this through-traveller feel at home. Clearly the customer comes first.

I was traveling from Atlanta and my tire went flat. Everyone at this establishment was so nice. They changed my tire and checked my levels. Danny even told me as well as showes me that I needed new brake pads. They all were busy trying to get me back home 2 hours away to my daughters swim meet. Which I made. I would recommend to anyone in the Macon area to visit them. They are worth it and very reasonable. I might travel just to see them again!

I dont advise you to take your car there because they dont like black people your car will never get seen it will be there for about 3 or 4 weeks and it would not get fixed so I dont advise you take it there even though it is a AAA Resort I still dont advise you take it there I advise you to take it somewhere else if you can they will not fix it there okay

I’ve used them to purchase a set of new tires from a varied selection, and for regular tire rotations and balancing. My flat tire was fixed in an hour recently at no charge since I purchased my tires there. I would highly recommend.

My family and I were 6 hours from home when our vehicle was towed to Raffield Tire Master. Being unfamiliar with the area, its a bit unsettling being at someones mercy so far from home. However, we rented a vehicle and continued on to our destination. We were told our truck would be ready for pick up on our way back home. On Saturday, we arrived and our truck was fixed and ready to go! I am pleased with the service and honesty we received! I highly recommend Raffields services!

Ive been to Raffields tire service several times over the past few years and always get the best service.

BIG ol’ shout out to Raffield Tire at MLK/Poplar St. They fixed the tire issue (which was a torn value thingie) walked me through the issue at hand and charged me $20. They could have easily said I popped that tire and charged me for another one! Everyone was super kind and the waiting room was so clean you could eat off the floor! Of course with Covid going on I wouldn’t recommend that! Go see them for any of your automotive needs!

Nice guys. Went in for an oil change, they convinced me to buy 4 new tires (which I did need). However, on the way home from work the steering wheel started vibrating/shaking pretty severely at 60 mph. Got better around 70+. Did a little research when I got home and it looks like the tires probably werent balanced. In looking at my receipt I noticed they had also put the wrong oil in my car (10w30 instead of 5w20). I called, and they said that the oil would be fine (I hope so). Since they balance and rotate their tires for free, I decided to just wait until the next oil change to get them balanced. I am dropping off today...UPDATE... they balanced the tires and the vibration went away entirely. Glad they fixed it, but frustrating that the brand new tires werent balanced the first time. Also got the right oil in the car this time.

Great Customer Service and Prices

I live in Tennessee and my son goes to school at Mercer. he broke down yesterday and Raffield Tire is the only AAA certified repair shop in Macon. i called them right at closing time and Mike was very nice. He told me to have my son call him, then to call another number for a reputable tow company he recommended. The estimate was reasonable and the repair completed less than 24 hrs later. They even gave us a military discount! i cant thank them enough for taking care of my son.

They have the cheapest oil change prices in Macon ever since Walmart shut down the automotive section! Around thirty dollars for an average 4-6 cylinder...

I referred a lady because they take care of our company trucks. Her Suburban was shaking at 50 mph. She is going through a tough spot so I dropped off her Suburban and notified the manager that she was a single mom sleeping in her dads couch. I gave them my number in case it was too much for her. They told her it would be $600.00 to fix her Suburban. She told them she couldnt afford it, went and got her Suburban and left. She took it by another tire place. The other place found a split tire, put a good used tire on her truck for $50.00 and it fixed the problem. I dont know what has happened to Raffield.

Towed car to them awhile back from a recommendation from a coworker. They ended up chargin me an arm and a leg. Wish I had called about their pricing earlier, way cheaper mechanic around Macon.

Very poortook my vehicle for an oil change.they asked me to leave it.51/2 hours later, close to closing time, they called to inform me that the job couldnt be completed as the belly pan bolts were rusted.It is notable that i watched the vehicle staying parked and untouched for 5 hrs, Next day firestone did the job without mentioning anything about the bolts.Seems like unhappy and overworked workers in a hurry to go home at closing time
