My experience at Five Star Collision was awesome. The personal were professional, and very nice. They constantly kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle by text and calls. The entire process was phenomenal. Great job on my truck.

I brought my car in after something flew up and hit the bottom of my car, hitting the radiator making the engine run hot . 5 star did a terrific job of keeping contact through the entire process. It’s always nice to have someone on your side, thanks 5 star team!

This is the second time I’ve used them for auto body repairs to my car. The biggest hassle has only been dealing with car insurance and the car rental company! Five Star has been exceptional every step of the way keeping me informed on everything! I really like dealing with Jay! He does a great job to insure the work is done perfectly! Back to looking good as new like nothing ever happened! Better than when I brought it in!

After a few days I experienced issues and they didnt want to take any responsibility.

The paint blend is good, BUT THE SIDE MIRROR IS 2 INCHES SMALLER THAN THE ORIGINAL AND DOES NOT MATCH THE RIGHT SIDE MIRROR, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I EXPECT IT TO BE REMEDIED!

They kept me informed every step of the way during my repair. They even diagnosed my car after repairs to find out why it wouldnt start after repairs. It was the battery. They priced several for me to make sure I got the best price! The cheapest price wasnt with them and they were honest about that. They actually gave me a battery(used) for free! Ms. Amy kept my son entertained while we waited. Fivestar is the best!

The service with this location was perfection! Covid-19 cause caused parts to take a while to come in but regardless of that, five star collision center was great. They fixed the underside of my Hyundai SUV and the bumper/grill area after running over a semi-truck tire tread on the interstate. Peppa (car name lol) is driving like a champ again 🎉 Throughout the entire process, they called and texted me every single day with an update about my car on how the repairs were going and the estimated completion time. Every. Single. Day. Talk about 5 star customer service! Thanks yall!

The company name is Five star for a reason. They were top tier professionals. They told me how the process was going to go and kept me in the loop at all times. The repairs were done quickly and I was only out a vehicle for a few days. Would definitely use them again if I ever needed body repairs.

If I Could Select An Option With No Stars I Definitely Would. I had to wait 2 months for my vehicle to finish being repaired. When I finally got my vehicle, there were 3 different lights on my dash that I didn’t have prior to my accident. When I brought this to the attention of Five star they gave me many excuses as to why they couldn’t fix it. I called my Geico adjuster and he as well became frustrated with Five Star’s half a** service. It’s going on a weeks and five star still has not contacted me about what they plan on doing with my vehicle even though my insurance company has paid them. The only good thing about Five Star was Jay he kept me updated with my vehicle while it was being “repaired”. I also would like to complain about the manager, I believe his name was Andrew Durr, he had no willingness to help or a sense of sympathy. I felt like I was a bother. Definitely won’t be returning. Despite the noises and squealing the driver side tire makes while I drive.

I will forever use 5 Star they were so sweet and made me feel like they put me first!!! Please use them if you want your car fixed by amazing people!!!!

Five Star Collision staff (all 3) in the office were very professional, informative, and helpful with all of my needs. Waiting for insurance to pick up car from them and transport to their own lot for processing. I highly recommend them for your car repair needs. I went to this location after being referred through Progressive.I hit a deer and tore up the front of my car but after a little under 2 weeks my car looks brand new again!Staff are very friendly and informative. My car was taken there for repairs after a tree fell on it during a storm. There was a lot of damage and the insurance company decided to total it out. I was unable to get into the trunk to get my things out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Someone got the trunk open for me and removed my plates.

5 Star is very professional and does quality and timely repairs! My 2018 Ford F-150 was hit by a semi while parked and I got it back looking as pristine as it did when I drove it off the dealership lot! Great job! Would use them again for sure if needed.

Repairs were great. Looked good. Unfortunately when I picked my vehicle up the only part of it that was cleaned was the bed. They replaced the bed. I washed the truck prior to dropping it off and she. I picked it up the passenger side was covered in bird poo, truck was dirty, and even had all the dust from the body shop all over it. Took a picture of the mileage and gas when I dropped it off gas was at half tank. Upon picking it up it had 1/4 tank of gas and had been driven 10 miles. The miles was fine as they had to take it to have the bed liner put in, but when I explained I get 400 miles to a tank and 10 miles does not use a quarter of a tank. The lady became agitated and said I took a picture when you dropped your truck off sir! Here it is. I agreed. It showed a half tank. She then said driving it 10 miles used the gas. Oh well, either way, the third brake light wasn’t working either. The shop told me they would set up a was and replace the bulb. 3 weeks later.... nothing.

Everyone at Five Star Collision is stop notch, friendly, professional, and they know their stuff. I feel like they know me way too well lately but they have taken care of everything we’ve needed, spot on. I highly recommend them, always.

First thing happened that was wrong...was Chris missed the damage on the passenger door! Totally missed it! If you are an estimator...how does this happen? So he had to do a supplement to add it then they call to let us know it’s ready and the first thing I noticed is they touched up the very front of the hood! Touched up a 2020 dodge truck! No sir. Fix it right! So they kept it another two days to fix a very very tiny place. But stuck out like a sore thumb! Will never use them again nor refer them to anyone!

The shop doesn’t keep you informed about anything going on with your vehicle. Weeks go by and you hear absolutely nothing. You have to contact them and then they’ll make it seem as if they were about to reach out to you about the job. Tess is the worse she never put the customer first at all its always about Tess. Her attitude is one of a kind as far as helping the customer. I went in for a rental that she was supposed to set prior to me arriving. She told me that you’ll have to handle that on your on and went back into her office.While being stranded at there shop I made one phone call to Infiniti they contacted her and finally she wanted to get something done about the rental.Amy at the front desk is a kind soul but the operation needs a ton of structure. As of 5/1/2020 I received my vehicle back I must say the paint job was almost perfect but again the customer service is desperately lacking in that department.

Five Star Collision was recommended by my insurance company, who set up a next day appointment time for the estimate. Took my car, got the estimate and left the car to begin repairs on a Wednesday. Picked it up the following Tuesday, looks as good as new. Received timely communications from them during the repair time. Thank you, Tess, etc. for a pleasant experience at a stressful time.

I received excellent service from the moment I arrived. Before even arriving I called and explained that I need to get my car repaired after hitting a deer the morning of. I spoke to Tess and told her that I was picking up a rental and I had to be the work at a certain time. She was very polite and helpful. When I arrived Tess had all of my paper work laid out ready for me to sign and explained everything to me. She told me that I would recieve text message updates on my car. Throughout the whole process I did receive all updates and the car was actually ready before the due date that was originally given. I went to pick up my car and the receptionist was also very polite and professional. The whole staff was great in my opinion. I definitely recommend 100 percent!!!

I had an accident in the middle of the night while traveling, and the next morning when I spoke with Scott, he said give me all your info, go on to the wedding and enjoy yourself and I will take care of everything here. And he did just that. He kept in contact with me for the week and half that my car was at the collison center.Amy was so helpful with not only my car situation, but with information about the area, as we were looking for some place in particular.I would highly recommend this Center to anyone.

Took a car in for front end repair and when I got my car back the blinkers didnt work. evidently nobody verified the repairs.Updated: originally gave one star. The manager contacted me and meet me at the door when I returned and immediately took my car in to fix what wasnt done. The work was done efficiently and after the hiccup was done well. Overall it was a good experience. They coordinated pick up of the vehicle when it was damaged and were very transparent about the process and did exactly what I asked.

Hello Unfortunately this will not be happy customer review at all. Upon pick up of my vehicle that was repaired at five star collision in Macon GA, I noticed two small chips and one dent on my vehicle that were not there prior to drop off. Records taken at the shop show my car had zero damage other than the front bumper repair. I ask to speak to someone about the light Damage I saw. The Manager ... Hard to even write that word for this disrespectful gentleman, Rick Mcmillan comes out of the office after having me wait 20 minutes. We walk outside to see the chips and dent, without even taking a close look He in a very Raise and aggressive Manor says rock chips !! Rock Chips!! Ive taken pictures of the damage and clearly are not rock chips as one is a scratch and the other is a chip from keys or a buckle on the person who washed the car. Then Rick yells at me and starts his name calling, He said I can take the car to any shop and show this damage and no one will take the job because they will know the Type of person I am aggressively screaming and hands shaking as if trying to intimidate me or seriously having a mental breakdown. Then He proceeds to say Im the type of person that just wants things for free, saying its just a sentra with 50k miles on it not a new car!?! Really sir ? Just because I want the damage fixed? Never did I raise my voice or disrespect Rick for him to speak to me like this . Discriminate against me because maybe Im Spanish ? Absolutely no reason, I am a 34 year business owner who owns two homes paid for 100% . Worked my whole life to have what I own, never asked anyone for a favor or something free. I will not be disrespected by a person who represents a company of your stature. Rick Then says we will have PPG fix the dent because well things happen but not the scratch and chip . Doesnt let me speak and walks away. I will need to speak to person above his pay grade before I contact my lawyer.
