Our unit was broken into and $5000 worth of our things were stolen, and not a single person at this company has acted like they cared at all, because if they did I would think they would try to make things easier, but at every turn they were unprofessional and inconsiderate. The only thing that could have saved my opinion of this business is if they would be more forthcoming about what I need to do to legally get access to the camera footage on the elevator so I can find out who stole from us, but they have been completely unhelpful, passing the buck to the next person who doesnt want to help.UPDATE: Dont believe them giving their email to try to seem helpful. Ive emailed them multiple times with no response. I guess since Im no longer a customer my opinion doesnt matter, except when it comes to REVIEWS and WARNING PEOPLE DONT GET A UNIT HERE.

Love it. Very clean. Not expensive and convenient location. They keep up with security and maintenance very well and i appreciate that very much. 6 am to 10 pm access. Very nice staff. Ive recommended it already to several people.

Highly satisfied. This is a brand new facility with plenty of supplies and free use of hand carts. Currently running a 1st month free promo (Sept. 2021) on any size storage unit and I only needed it for a month so super happy.

We had a great experience renting a unit from CubeSmart for five months. Their first month discount combined with competitive rates made it affordable. The office staff was always helpful and very responsive on the phone and Via email. Our storage unit was clean and easily accessible and it was an all-around positive experience.

Great customer service and security so far. There was an issue with using my rental insurance and they figured it out quick and got back to me right away. Great deal in the unit too!

Nice, very clean, newer location. I used it for 6-7 months, not one issue. Price went up a tad once but I find that at all storage places. Customer service was spot on in my experience both by returned calls and emails; very pleasant in person. The cost was still lower in general and there were new customer/referral deals to offset. Cameras, code entry at every level, well lit. End of storage was quick and no hidden fees.

Amazing service, Bobbie Reyes was the best. Super nice and very informative. She ll help you with any of your storage needs, and will even spark a nice conversation with ya!!

The front desk clerk was awesome called me to give me directions to where my was located and instructions on how to get in it I received a welcome message it was very clean and very secure very conveniently located I feel like I could stop by daily without a problem.

Wish it had a covered unloading zone for those rainy days, but facilities are pretty new, so theyre very clean and in nice condition.

Shady place, shady neighborhood, my stuff got stolen and the customer service was not even fast when I realized that there was a break in my unit. Made me wait till the next day and even had to show up in person to tell them. It was probably an inside job so I wouldn’t even trust the security in this building. There’s some shady people always waiting in the parking lot hanging out. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I didn’t feel safe and left the same day I realized my stuff got stolen.

The customer service was friendly Professional and courteous. The facility was easy to find it was clean imprisonable Dela was phenomenal.

Miss Tiwauna was the best!!! Walked us through the building to different cube options, explained the payment process, and made sure we were all clear on the month to month plans. We signed on the spot. Thank you!

Ill be moving in November and I had questions about renting a storage unit, so I drove to the Cubesmart and spoke with a young lady, I think her name was Leah. Can I say polite! Leah answered all my questions was very patient and extremely detailed. She explained how you can do everything online, hours of the facility and everything else you can imagine. The placed looked sparkling clean as well. Will definitely be back in November when its time to move.

Tiwauna Bounds was so helpful and made the process of renting a storage space so flawless. She also informed me that they offer complimentary moving trucks which was just what I needed. Tiwauna was so informative and a true delight.

Rented storage unit online. Received a call from Tiwauna and scheduled an appointment to do paperwork. Arrived for the at the appointment time and she was ready to show us around and do the paperwork. Quick fast service and very clean location. Could not have ask for a more pleasant experience.
