The team was so helpful! They spent all the time I needed to feel comfortable coming up with a configuration that would work best in our home. Then they showed me about 50 more ways I could make the same amount of pieces work. It was wonderful, I highly recommend a Sactional and even more so this store to help you with your comfy needs.

He had a large grid with model couches and we were able to visualize exactly how our couch layout would look. Donovan wasn’t pushy at all, and answered all of our questions. We were in and out of the store, with our couch ordered, in less than an hour. Bonus - most of their pieces are shipping far faster than other companies. Overall it was a great experience.

All of the ladies that worked there today were very friendly and professional. I worked with Ariel and she did a fantastic job at informing me on everything at LoveSac. Any question I had she knew the answer. She quickly sent me quotes and when I had questions about two swatches she emailed me pros and cons of them, the feel of them, and pictures of them with the store lighting. I was very impressed and will recommend all my friends and family to shop at this store!

We just ordered our second Lovesac sactional couch to add into our home. We have had our first couch for 4 years and we still love it. Our new family room is upstairs and because of how light and easy sactionals are to move around, we decided to add another to our home.Easy to configure, easy to clean. Soft and comfortable. Our kids (teens) love them and prefer to sleep on the couch instead of their own beds during the summer.

Quick note first, they moved locations and the mall map and Google suggest they are inside still. They are now outside near the Apple store and Williams Sonoma.Appointments are needed right now in the midst of the pandemic. We were the only customers in at the time and employees were wearing masks. There were sanitizing stations in the store which was great.I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped us, she was wonderful. There was no pressure to purchase in the moment, no rushing, and she answered all of our questions about fabrics, accessories, storage, durability, etc.We loved the giant love sac in the past, and the sactional is very comfortable. The fact that it can be rearranged in to multiple configurations is awesome. Cant wait for ours to arrive. 😊

So we all know that the cost of these couches is not cheap. But when you spend this much money you expect to get at least good customer service, right? Well we DID NOT! We got a 2 seat 4 side couch with the Carbon cross weave fabric. The craftsmanship of the seats and side is exceptional. But the Carbon cross weave covers are terrible especially on the seats. they make the seat very squishy which made us think we got the wrong cushions. So we contact LoveSac to ask them to send us a whole new set of covers for the entire couch as we still have not received the side covers as they are back ordered.But to our TERRIBLE experience they will not honor our sale price to send us new covers until they get the current ones.SO I have to remove all the covers I have to make my couch coverless and unusable to WAIT for the new covers to arrive - DO YOU SEE MY PROBLEM HERE?? Unusable coverless couch.LoveSac doesnt care and just said too bad thats how we work. So now I have to pay FULL PRICE on new covers because the first ones are garbage and when I do return the current ones on my couch I dont get all my money back because well, we got them on sell.Dont expect to get treated with common sense of customer service satisfaction because this company doesnt get it.

Great concept and idea but terribly overpriced for the quality. Weve had our sectional for over 6 years now and within the first couple years the cushions went soft and lost all their firmness and structural integrity. We got a few of the cushions replaced with the warranty but sure enough, after 2-3 more years, they went extremely soft again and do not fit nicely since theyre more flat/expanded and now the warranty is expired. When we went into the store they basically told us there was nothing we could do besides buy more cushions.Again, loved the concept when we first bought into it since we were sold the idea that we could reconfigure it however we wanted and we could reskin it when we moved or redecorated. Unfortunately, their slogan of design for life is unsustainable to the customer since the product clearly cannot last more than a couple years before losing its firmness. Their model is to have the customer constantly return and buy overpriced goods.If you reskin all the cushions and pillows, it would easily be $1k if you have 6 or more pieces since one set of covers is $120 (for one cushion cover, one pillow cover, one bottom piece cover), each side/back piece cover is $40 and then to add to this, they recommended buying new cushions for the saggy ones, which would be $125 for each cushion and theyd last roughly 3 years before having to do it again. If I went down the route of just buying 6 new cushions since they all eventually sag, itd be an additional $750+tax. At this point, Id rather buy a new couch then have to re-purchase a low quality product knowing it will lose its integrity every few years. Theres absolutely no reason for that.Considering that we spent over $5k on this couch, youd think that theyd be a much higher quality. The product is extremely disappointing and I have a lot of regret purchasing this. Save your money and buy a couch somewhere else!

My sales rep, Mullon was very good at explaining the product, having it shipped to Kentucky and the pricing. I have admired this product for five years now. My son has had his that long and we decided to invest. My elderly mother absolutely loves it and she had me order an additional piece. She lives with us and needed something comfortable. Thank you! Probably will be ordering more pieces in the future. Or at least different colored covers to change it up. Coolest furniture ever.

Had a great in store experience with an employee named Mullen. We went in with a few specific questions and she was very quickly able to get us answers. The whole experience was low pressure, quick and really enjoyable!

We have visited this location twice and both times we were quickly greeted by friendly employees. Both times we had all of our questions answered and both times we made successful, hassle-free purchases.The showroom is small but it is clean and tidy and stocked with items that Lovesac carries. Test driving the Lovesac bags is a lot of fun!

Ive been researching for a long time as I know a few people that have invested in Lovesac. Decided to visit the Alderwood store and Mullon helped me. She was very accommodating and provided me a wealth of information as to what options i have for the configuration i picked. She did not pressure me at all and in fact helped me to find the best deal as she knew Ive been looking online for the best deal. Shes very thorough once we proceeded with my purchase. I will definitely return when i want add more pieces to my set. Cant wait to see it in my new family room.

Its a really small showroom with not a lot to look at. They had like 3 or 4 couches on display and none were the style that we were looking for. There are fabric swatches everywhere but that still cant show me what the couch is going to look like unless they are all the same basic design?? Not a very informative or productive visit like we were hoping for.

I love that they have the wooden block models to play with - it really helped me visualize the best shape to buy for my family room. They also had many different cloth samples so I could get a sense of what my options were. We were in a time crunch and they worked really fast to accommodate us!

We bought a couch here recently. We love the couch, but the delivery was a nightmare. They send the couch to you in multiple huge boxes. They told us it would be delivered right to our door, which wasnt true. I called multiple times wondering when it would be coming and was told I would get an email with delivery info. I never got the email and they ended up delivering it to my apartments leasing office when I wasnt home. Luckily it wasnt stolen. I would clarify delivery info before buying!!

What a comfortable couch, if theres a fued between my wife and I and one threatens the couch, the other says okay because its so comfy, so it really doesnt become a threat.Its really nice that you can expand or grow your couch as needed. As well as if you need to move it, your friends wont hate you because it breaks down into easy to carry sections. It is an investment, but its worth it.

My husband and I went in to look (buy) a new set of couches since our Boxer puppies have eaten 1 whole couch and 1/3 of the last one. The sales team was super! The young man who helped us answered every question we had and more. While he was doing the paperwork my husband left and the sales team and I laughed a lot with just normal conversation.Then we got home to 1/3 less of the couch! Boxers strike again. So now the new Lovesac can’t come soon enough.Thank y’all for awesome customer service and the laughs. I have already recommended y’all to my parents, so we shall see.

Had no plans to purchase any furniture but was greeted by 2 sales associates, I know one of their names was Steve but they both were professional and took time to show us all of what Lovesac has to offer . Can’t wait for our Supersac and can’t decide if this will go onboard the boat or to the house. My 13 year old is pleading her case that it will fit perfectly in her room. Ha!

Just in general... I bought the most expensive Sactional made, with the exceptional quality foam insert called lovesoft. 2 years later the cushions were going flat, and even my 110 pound daughter said it was really uncomfortable to sleep on. So I have been trying to get ahold of SOMEONE at Lovesac customer service (they call them customer love agents, gag) and its harder to reach a human there than it is to call a government official. Being on hold for a half hour when you have a full time job is no way to treat customers that pay 4k for a sofa. I have been sorry for three years that I purchased a sactional and I continue to be sorry. You cannot bring your cushions into your local Lovesac; you have to go through a ridiculously long process of sending in your cushions (so you have nowhere to sit for weeks) ... ugh.

My wife and I had an excellent experience working with Ashley at Love Sac at Alderwood. She was super friendly, personable, and made the buying experience very pleasant. The Sactional that we choose was perfect and we feel fits our needs for the limited space we have. It being modular was a great feature. Thanks again!

I had THE WORST, experience with this place! Not only is it over priced, but they sent me the wrong furniture pieces and wouldnt send me the correct ones until I shipped it back, which is insane since I cant fit a piece of furniture in my 4 door sedan! Then, it took DAYS for them to even email me a return label, when the manager Ashley decided to ignore my emails, I got a call from another worker who said they would email me the return label- never did, instead they send a FedEx person to my house.... I had to email them AGAIN. Never shop here!!! Waste of time & money!
