Allen was really helpful & helped me find an item, he was very polite. He also taught me how to use my phone to look up aisle numbers for items, & he still walked over with me to ensure I found the item I was looking for. Excellent example of customer service.
Every time I come here, the shelves are half empty. It looks like theyre going out of business. Except for it looks like that every time I come here. They treat their employees terribly and it shows in how few there are around to help. I come here to find food items and they are never stocked. Meanwhile clothes seem to be a stocked priority. It doesnt make sense. Today the lines were excessively long and I chose self check out, which went slightly faster. But I had to grab bags from the nearby checkout area because nobody had replaced them when they ran out. Management in this store seems non existent and I feel bad for the customer service reps. I wont be coming back.
This Target has been a disaster for months. Went in today and there were a whole slew of people not wearing masks and no one seemed to care. Why bother saying on the door that masks are required if theyre not? These people were allowed to check out and buy their goods...no consequences. Guess I should just go in without a mask too. Why dont we all!This Target is also always a mess and rarely are things stocked. It looks like a tornado has gone through it with clothes on the floor. I dont know if they just dont have enough employees or if they have poor management (or both), but I would not recommend going to this Target.
Honestly a terrible store to work for. they exploit their employees like no other, capitalism at its finest. not only do all the team leads stand around and talk, so do the ETLS. Brent, you should be more involved and take action cause targets been going downhill.

I’m an avid Target shopper and I don’t often need to do returns but today I needed to return an item I didn’t end up using, simply requesting a store credit. I received excellent customer service from the Lynnwood store after a poor experience at the Woodinville store where I was rejected a return with a receipt. At the Lynnwood store location I was offered multiple options and ultimately given store credit after asking for one. Thank you for a great experience Lynnwood store!

I shop there regularly, and theres always decent prices compared to other all-in-one stores. Its like Walmart, but a nicer interior to shop in. Yes, they have groceries! They have pick-up in-store for online orders too (Ive done it before). Most stores also have Starbucks inside. They have a pharmacy, kids clothes and toys, bedding, and necessities, kitchenware, dinnerware, electronics, seasonal items, decorative stuff, womens/mens clothing, wrapping paper and cards, huge selection of makeup and personal care items, everything for the bathroom and bedroom, sports teams-ware, and gift cards, etc.
I just love the pick up service here, very convenient!

Shout out to Iza!! He helped me so much with the car seat trade-in. I had my hands full between the car seat and my toddler and he recognized this immediately. He has the best customer service of anyone at ANY Target I’ve been to. Keep it up, man!!

Cant go wrong w target! Just got my vaccines! Only issue is the poor pharmacy person has been by herself both times I came! Not her fault at all and thankfully everyone is very understanding, but I feel like the management really needs to do something about this shortage. She doesn’t deserve the un-needed stress. It’s never fun to get a cranky customer especially when it isn’t even in your control.
I love the curbside pick up! I can shop at night and pick up next day. And only takes me about 15 min to pick it up. Saves me so much time! Even after the pandemic, I hope you keep the curbside pickup! I actually shop and spend more when I know I dont have to deal with waiting in line!

Do not order drive-up pickup from this store. On 5 separate occasions, theyve gotten my order wrong. Either half my items are missing or damaged. Today they missed half my order. When I called to get it corrected, the manager (Babs) asked me to come back to the store to receive my missing items and a gift card as an apology. I drove back out to the store and picked up my missing items. No gift card, and all of the remaining items were covered in leaked body wash. I called again and a different manager (Kristin) refused to help me. Now I have an order I paid for that 1) I spent 2 hours trying to get the store to actually get right and 2) has half of its items completely damaged. The fact that this is the fifth time theyve messed up orders for my household indicates a severe mismanagement issue at this store. Ill have to spend even more time tomorrow trying to get this rectified with corporate. The lack of professionalism and competence is astounding. Save yourself the time and headache and go to a different store.
I just wanted a dang lint roller. The app isn’t correct, the isle doesn’t even exist that is says it’s in, the store map is wrong. The 5th employee I asked is the only one who actually knew where they were, which as across the entire store from where the last person had told me

My personal favorite location. Everything is logically laid out, employees are always welcoming and nice (even with pandemic stress) and the dreaded aisle crunch is rare. Even the Starbucks drinks taste better, although maybe thats because Im just happy to be in a Target.

Dont get your TV there we wanted a TV with 120 mhz as tagged on the TV . We got a riku signed up and x box only to find out we had only a 60 we asked the dude to bring out the TV and it was the wrong one we better get our money back probably go else where

I don’t know why, but this is one my least favorite Targets. I’m not sure if it the layout or the selection, but I’d honestly rather shop almost any other Target.The staff is fine and register wait times are short except during busy times.
Target is hands down the best place to get storage bins. I think Ive now purchased at least 30 or more ranging from 20 gallons to 45 gallons. No one can come close to their prices they even have these new ones that are 40 gallons industrial strength that lock have a handle and wheels that you can tow it around and their waterproof for $22. Got me so inspired I bought a whole labeling system and you can even color coordinate them. Every time I go into the store the employees go out of their way to be helpful and I feel very much appreciated as a customer

The amazing efficiency of the system from the time I text I was on my way, to pulling into the parking space. By then the store already knew I was there and within one minute, my order was brought to my car. And, the girl who put my package in the trunk left with eyes smiling and a wave. Perfect from start to finish.

I was negatively profiled by staff.First time visiting this Target. Went into the store for an online pick-up and decided to do some additional shopping. I’m the only person in the women’s section when there are at least 3 employees and 1 plain-clothes ‘security’ person hovering me. No one asked me any questions or asked for help, instead I get glares. Appalling.I filled out a survey and took initiative to call the store. The next morning I receive an email from someone with a template email asking for more information. I reply back, and have not received any response. 5 days later, still nothing.I enjoy going to Target stores, but I advise you to steer clear from this one. No one deserved to be profiled in that manner.

Wait to be helped was long, even though there were only two people in the line including me; employees didnt acknowledge me the entire time--rather, they acknowledged and called the customers in the other line (This is the line for returns, an employee retorted brusquely). Any of them could have simply said Sorry, well be right with you.I understand you may currently be understaffed and things are crazy amid the outbreak, but those dont excuse a business for lack of basic courtesy toward your customers.The death of retail is real.

Meh. Target does it again. I have an interview tomorrow. So, I rushed in last minute having already found my last minute need in stock online and I only needed five minutes or so. Some disgruntled retail manager was standing at the door. We close in 10 minutes. OK. I get it. You wanna go home. But you know what? Saying something like Hey! We close in about 10 minutes. Is there anything I can help you find in case youre in a hurry?! Id be out even faster since I would have avoided wandering to try and find what I needed to and she wouldve also avoided sounding like she thought I was gonna wander around the store for the next three hours. Instead I felt rushed and unwelcome.
Clean, friendly and fast. Great to have self-checkout if you have just a few items. HOWEVER, when does that happen? Please keep your checkout lines available. Some stores are eliminating them and they are eliminating me as their customer!

While waiting in line there was no indication that the line was closed. When we reached the end of the line that is when the cashier Natalie advised she was closed she was closed as she got off at 3pm. There was no sign or anything stating that she was closed and at this point we were waiting in line for over 5 minutes and nothing was communicated to us until we reached the front of the line. Than someone from customer service desk came over and informed Natalie to turn off her light and put the sign at the end advising she is closed. As we where rung up and apologized for sounding rude, the cashier Natalie did not acknowledge the apology and refused to make any eye contact with us even as she handed me the receipt. Not only do I feel she handled the situation very unprofessional from advising us that she was off at 3pm so she couldnt ring us up, but also when she refused to acknowledge the apology and make eye contact.

They are a good all in one store and they stock relevant and quality products.Also their staff back in electronics is super helpful! Dom was the guy that helped me and he really took time to explain some of the differences between products I was contemplating between. Also I got the impression their staff enjoyed working together as a team and were doing a great job at helping others while I was making my decision.
1,000,000/10 would recommend. My boyfriend and I spent all day on the hottest day of 2020 looking for floaties (literally 8 hours and idk how many miles). This target said it had some floaties in stock, we were so stoked because they were JUST what we wanted. Found a worker (who had beautiful eyeliner and nice eyelashes, did not get her name) who helped us know that after the fall stuff comes out they donate their stuff to the goodwill. HALLELUJAH. Give this women a raise. We found our floaties. She was so helpful, even walked to the aisle with us which is uncommon these days!! Thank you mystery target lady!!
Customer service here is appalling. Cashier refused to split my bill across two credit cards, when I called to complain to service desk they didnt answer the phone. Staff on the floor are generally aloof.

What is Team Member Ken’s problem? Every time I come here is gives me the dirtiest look. He isn’t helpful whenever I talk to him. What is this stores problem? Don’t shop here if you’re black and don’t talk to Ken.
Love Target and its always my first go-to whenever I need anything. But the Lynnwood store is understaffed, especially at the returns. We spend so much money at Target that when theres the occasional return we shouldnt be penalized for it. Shouldnt be such long lines for self checkout or cashier checkout either. If Target wants to compete with Amazon they need to make it easier.

I paid 90 bucks for a kitchenaid knife set. It didnt come with me home. They didnt find it in store nor they offered to review their inventory to check if it was put back on shelf. They said they checked the camera and itvwas5taken outvof their store. It must have vanished!!

Target is not perfect and i disagree with some of the companies practices however the staff are lovely, and its one of the few companies that support lgbtq+ employees. protect your employees, they are the reason you can make money at all.

The Lynnwood Target is always very clean and well kept. The team members are friendly and always available of I have questions. Its right next to the mall so the location is great too. I really like this store and Id highly recommend it over other nearby locations.
Lack of customer service... For the last 6-12 months I never get welcomed or even acknowledged when in the store. This includes even the cashiers. This store has gone downhill since the remodel. I used to love Target but Im not too sure what the company is thinking these days.
I love target. Best store ever. The only thing i dont like that has always bugged me and i have always wondered why they werent provided; NO TOILET SEAT COVERS IN THE BATHROOM! Gross. Bathrooms are clean, but i always have to use a ton of paper to make a ghetto seat cover. Why not just provide them, it would save money on toilet paper....

Well, we wont be back. We had a shopping list of baby items to buy, but the department was such a complete mess it felt like we were on a scavenger hunt! The shelves were empty, items were scattered about, or just sitting on the floor. It looked as though no one had stocked the department, or even straightened up in months. As I looked around the store, other departments looked just as neglected. I saw plenty of employees standing around with no apparent job to do. Although several employees meandered through the baby department while we searched for items on our list, none of them asked if we needed help, or even smiled at us. If I were a manager here, I would be embarrassed by the condition of the store and lack of customer service. With so many other good stores in the area, there is absolutely no reason for me to ever come back here. Bye, bye, Target - you lost a customer.
It’s easy and fast. You order something on your phone for pickup and you get an email notifying you it’s ready. You show up and pick it up. You don’t need to stand in checkout line and pay. You can also put someone else’s name if you have someone else you want to pick up the item for you.

The remodel keeps things up to date as each department has their own mood and look. Stock levels are usually kept up, especially after holiday sales.My only issue is that some of the employees will let you how much they hate their job without having to speak it. I used to work in retail. I get it, its not fun working during the holiday season in retail, but its your job.I was waiting patiently in the electronics department as there wasnt an employee in sight. Finally one walked by and I asked if they knew if there was anyone in the department to help. He mumbled, I think shes on break, and continued on his merry way. I was taken back but still waited until I saw another employee finishing up with a few customers. Once he finished he started walking towards me until a woman rushed in like a bat out of hell and decided she was the only person who needed assistance. She got that assistance.I put my items away and walked out.I dont normally write these reviews, but this one took the cake for me.Its a nice shopping experience if you dont need assistance, especially in electronics.
Sometimes they have super good service on the floor, but there have been several times the wrong price was on something (not my fault!) and they wouldn’t honor it at check out. Returns are a nightmare and the management is pretty rude about them and last time I tried she walked away mid-sentence. Didn’t even bother to listen to or accommodate an extenuating circumstance.They blame the system that they can’t do something. Honestly, you’re a manager, there is a better way to tell a customer that has spent thousands on their Red Card that you don’t want to deal with it. Don’t walk away mid-sentence?!!!. That’s rude and immature! You could have issued anything - even $10 in store credit with a genuine apology, and I’d feel heard.
Good location, near Alderwood Mall and Costco. Good parking. Workers are friendly and helpful. The store brand items are a good option to the brand name items. Reasonable prices. My family enjoys shopping here.

Every time I go to the Lynnwood Target I go out of my way to check out with Gavin. He is so nice and friendly and I can tell he wants to give every customer the best Target experience of their life.
They had everything I needed for college supplies at affordable prices. Even through a remodel where everything was moved around the employees were very helpful and kind in helping me find what I was looking for. The environment is accepting and comfortable.

This Target location is pretty much always busy but theyre consistently well stocked. I love Target but the last time I went to this location, the cashier was NOT friendly (in fact she was a little rude!). Usually, the cashiers are nice. Ive also had a LOT of trouble with proper signage at this location (signage for sales/deals on the wrong products, at the wrong time, etc.) where the employees would argue and I started to have to take photos with my phone. There were times they still honored the advertisement but times they refused (even though theyre supposed to honor it, as I well know from working retail. So, if youre not concerned about cashiers moods or sales being honored, it is a good place to shop. Otherwise I wouldve given this Target 5 stars.
