A few days later my laptop was repaired and working better than it ever has before. The repair was quicker, and more affordable than I was expecting. Great customer service and quality of service. They gave me updates as they were working on my computer so that nothing surprised me. He also double checked before doing any additional work to make sure i was comfortable with the cost (which wasnt much) and everything was done quickly amd efficiently. Dropped off my laptop at 8am and Dennis told me a couple days which was fine. Got a call at 4 the same day with news of what was needed. Dennis was honest and fair with pricing on time spent.

He was straightforward in that he could charge me $100 for a problem no one could fix or he could guide me in ways that I could try and recover what I have left on my laptop. He told me to come so he can give it a look and I came and he looked at it found the problem and he approximated the cost and I was very happy with his service. I went by to get my wifes cracked laptop screen replaced. Dennis could have charged me a few hundred dollars to do it, and I would have been happy, but instead he reminded me that I might still have warranty coverage. So I went back home, and sure enough, Square Trade is going to be paying for this repair. This is the kind of business I want to be working with.
