I found the products I needed easily and the staff was very helpful but not intrusive. My cashier, Jen, was especially helpful and found me a better price and deal on one of my products at checkout. With a last minute need in the nick of time before closing, had a 5⭐️ experience all the way! Leilani is incredibly delightful, accommodating and quick on her feet. Staples is fortunate she suits up for them, hopefully they treat her well.

Couldnt find ink cartridge anywhere but they had the one for this particular printer. Ordered online for a pickup. The staff had it ready within an hour and was very helpful.

I will never shop at this Staples location again due to my visit there in January 2020. The experience was awful. While I was there I had a Staples employee either hovering over me or straight up staring at me the entire time I shopped and not in a helpful, positive, peaceful way but rather in a rude, smothering, intimidating manner which made me feel so rushed and uncomfortable that I left without even getting what I needed which was the purpose of the visit.

This place was great! I had to get a poster printed last minute for school and Jeff really helped me out by making sure it got done as soon as possible. I appreciated the help and Jeff should get a raise! :) And the poster looks awesome!

This store and the store manager set their own rules which conflict with corporate policies. E.g. price match, gift card purchases. No wonder it’s always empty.

Oh my goodness! It is like visiting the land of the undead. 5 employees actively averted their gaze and ignored me as they passed multiple times.My friend was looking to purchase some boxes. There is a current sale for a dollar, great we get some of those. We also see some of a different size that are advertised on the shelf tag for a dollar also. Neato, we get some of those too, but when we get to the register they ring up for two dollars...so back to the shelf we go. We double check the tag and it was still on the shelf from 6.30.2017. I know it has been a hard year for some, for the people at Staples on 196th especially so it seems. I looked at other sale tags that were good from December 2017 that expired in March of this year, closer, but no cigar.If you know what you want and want to get a screaming deal because they arent paying attention then this is the store for you. As long as you dont mind the feeling of your soul being audibly sucked from your body.As for me...Im going to buy online.

Angie, Im assuming is the manager because of the blue shirt, at the print counter was totally rude and inappropriate. I asked her to help me by making a copy of a paper I had. She told me to go use the self-service copy machine. I had stood in line and was waiting for another service. I again asked Angie if I could just get the copy made since Im at the counter waiting. She told me sure! You can pick it up tomorrow. I said what?? She said if you dont want to use the self-service copier, then you will have to wait till tomorrow because I have a lot of jobs in the que. She looked overwhelmed and upset with her job. She needs a re-education on customer service.

Great customer service, helpful and welcoming employees. Purchased a office chair, even without asking Nate came forward and offered to load it into the car and did it for me.

Watch them close and check for proper charges before inserting or sliding your credit card. I just had the check out guy attempt to charge me double for my purchase at this store.

Store looked like a tornado just came through. Shelves were mostly bare, and those products that were on the shelves were damaged and in the wrong location. Trash and merchandise on the floor. I only encountered one employee while there, she was working the front register and did not even look up as I passed her on the way out. It was a quick in and out visit for me - no need to return as they have nothing to offer.

Great customer service! Its a very clean store with a lot of inventory. The management is wonderful.

They have almost anything you need for an office and a little bit more! Prices are not too bad

For basic office supplies, its a fine place to go. Never had a problem there. But their personal tech side is a mess.The selection is always paltry, disorganized (the product you want could be anywhere in a third of the store, from shelves to freestanding displays to shipping bins just dumped on the floor) and weirdly balanced (nearly twice as much space devoted to bluetooth speakers as cases... really guys?)The tech staff responds to questions with shrugs, redirection, and BS (got told we dont have Galaxy S7 products in stock yet its too new for a phone thats been out for MONTHS. Heres the kicker: I was holding an S7 screen protector in my hand as I was getting fed this. No offers to look the product up. No offers to see when they could get it in. Just BS.)Looks like Ill shopping elsewhere for my personal tech needs from here on in. A shame, considering how much the company is trying to tout itself as a provider. Get stock in that isnt wireless speakers and train up some staff that has a clue and you might have a chance.

Angie at the copy center is awesome. I ran in to get 4 things printed and she had my prints in under 2 minutes, all while also helping another customer
