The manager Nelson is extremely nice and helpful. I had an exchange that I needed to do, and he helped me out no problems, and went above and beyond for me. I will definitely be going back there for all office purchases. They have a return customer! All employees who helped ring me out were very friendly as well. Great crew all around!
Today on 10/23/21 the manager today morning attempted to kick me out because I was black. It was a RACIAL DISCRIMINATION. Did I try keep my cool, yes I tried. Anyway management should do something about it. My people stay away, her attitude isnt One you want to come across. Have a nice day.
Marc the manage there is great! Hes always happy to help you and make things right for you, and you can tell it makes him happy to do so. Hes also very kind and respectful to his employees. The kind of manage every store needs. A rare customer service experience at a large store anymore. He keeps me coming back there as a business owner!
I had a quick turn around on a printing job and Monique not only expedited it, she offered to come in on her day off to finish it up! Goodness, where do you find that kind of customer service?! Amazing!
My wife and I came in for a cork board that we saw online and also had a coupon for it for 20% off that applied on the website. We wanted to see the size of the board in person so we came into the store. The board was almost double priced in store VS online. We asked if they could match the price, and the crew member Cassidy.. without hesitation said of course we will match it. The manager came over to approve it. And we also asked for the coupon to be added, the manager said No, it was one or the other and walked away. If I were to have purchased online, I could have gotten it at a lower price AND used the coupon. Stores are hurting and Amazon being so convenient. Driving customers to come into store and provide a good customer service interaction is key to help stores recover from the pandemic. If I could rate Cassidy as the employee.. I’d give her 10/10 but my rating is due to the pricing in store vs online.. and how the manager blew the crew member off trying to help us in the store get the price that we could receive online.
I had to use fedx for the first time. I didnt get her name but she was awesome. She helped and told me how to use to send a package. I will definitely go back tjerey.

Very appreciative of the print/copy crew! We placed a last minute online printing order for a birthday, but missed the cutoff time for same day service. We stopped by to see if they could get it done anyway, and were surprised by how swamped with customers they were. We resigned ourselves for a day late gift. Then we got a message that they had completed the order, with enough time to deliver to the recipient on her special day! We’re very grateful to the kind staff going the extra mile.
I never got the name of the employee who helped me but the service I got was wonderful! I got a desk that may have been too big for my car, and while I was measuring the interior to see it was going to fit the man helping was preparing alternative plans to help us in case it didnt. I appreciate the thoroughness and thoughtfulness of this employee! I would come back again

Not enough room to explain the whole reason for my bad rate. Customer service is non existent. Kendra, Operational Manager is rude and could care less if people have issues. They dont give out change and point to this small sign and fault you for not standing in the right place to see it. I asked to talk to manager and she said she was it. Sorry to see that Kendra is the best you can get.
I work for a company based in the UK and needed some printing completed for a colleague based in Seattle.I was assisted by Kindra, who works in the Print Centre. She was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. She is a credit to the Office Depot team and I have only praise for the service she provided.Thank you Kindra!
As a mobile notary I use Office Depot printing services every day. I mostly go to the Seattle stores and receive noting but exceptional service at all hours of operation. I came into this store ten minutes before they close (even thought their website says hours of operation are for another hour). I asked to print one set of black and white documents which does not take a lot of time and the employees refused to do it. I’ve explained that I need these for an appointment that I was already running late to and at this time I have nowhere else to go to get them printed. They still refused. I ended up having to drive from Lynnwood to Bellevue to west Seattle waisting over an hour and a half all because of a lazy, inconsiderate employee. Call your Seattle stores and ask them how to treat your customers. This store does not deserve the one star I gave it
Terrible service! I went in with my mom who is on crutches and struggling. The price of the product she was buying rang up 10 dollars more and johan (I asked for her name because no name tag) the cashier said it was wrong and refused to go back to check the price or change the tag she just washed my mother struggle checking and still nothing was done. I kindly let her know this behavior is not ok in customer service and she just made excuses so I started to get upset and told her she owes my mom an apology and she refused to apologize or reconsider any wrongdoing she was awful. I will never shop here again because they have people like her representing this company and urge people to pick another office store unless you want to be treated terribly by workers.
It took me an hour to get someone to help me with office chairs. Not because they were busy. It seems that straightening shelves is more important than customers. Once I received help they were great. Then I purchased an expensive Serta office chair and had them assemble it. Four hours after I got it home I noticed the arm piece is either put on wrong or broken. I called the store, was put on hold for a while. They may not be able to get another chair or I can keep the brand new broken one. I wouldnt recommend this store!

Honestly wasting my time first they didn’t even start on printing anyone of my posters I asked about, then on top that they didn’t tell me the Price about it so I waiting in my car for two hours & a half hour before they close & found out each poster would be 25$ each so I wasted the whole time for nothing if anything I would just ask them copy the picture I gave them & I would paid for The paper to just make the posters myself

This is my go to Office Depot for everything from cleaning supplies to water. Yes, they really do sell water and the prices are pretty good.In addition, being able to order online and pick up from in store is the best experience when compared to other places. At Office Depot you just walk in and pick up your items; you dont need to talk to anyone.The coupons and rewards program also is another great plus. They often have deals with 100% back in rewards. Kinda a no brainier for me to do those types of deals.Overall, great place with affordable pricing and fantastic ease of use.
I come here for office supply needed immediately. Pricing is good and staff helping. Easy in and out and easy parking. Look for specials, you will save a lot!

I always get excellent service from this store. I have called ahead for really a really specific item, the person who helped grabbed the last one on the shelf and held it for me for several hours longer than I thought it would take me to get there. Every visit I am able to ask for what I need and be directed right to it.
Drove to this location to find out they closed at a different time rather than posted.Person letting someone out tells me it’s not their “f’ing problem”. Of course it was censored on here but not out their mouth.
Walked in today 4/10 at 11:25am and was warmly greeted by Bill. He asked if he could help me find anything and also took care of my transaction. I appreciated the genuine service with a smile and pleasant interaction!! Keep this guy and give him a raise 😉

If you need copies of something, dont bother going. I never had someone tell me they had no time to make copies before they even knew what I needed. Very rude. Once I told him what I needed he copied some of them, then told me his computer was down and I would have to come back. That was told to me after one of my copies came in four sections and I asked why and if we could fix this. Just not what I expected from a Office Depot. The other employees were helpful and nice. We were considering purchasing a printer that day but after that kind of service in the copying department I decided to take my money somewhere else
This is where you go if you want to watch retail die. There are typically more employees than customers in the store. The employees have a look of desperation like the store might be closing any day now. I only needed three items on my last visit ( tape, paper, and banker boxes ). These items were strategically located in the four furthest corners from the door. Thanks Office Depot for abusing your last remaining customers.

The girl did not know how to operate the fax machine. And tried to send me out without it going threw. When it was just busy.The manager looked like he just woke up with his hair all sticking up and was not helpful when there was a problem. I will not be returning .

Overpriced products and not labeled correctly. Rude gawking emplomees. My girlfriend had to use the bathroom so we went in. I was planning on buying something small because i didnt want to be rude. The whole time i was waiting for my girlfriend, they were staring me down and giving me dirty looks. We bought two drinks because we dont need office supplies and the total was $9 (They are typically $2-3 a piece). The cashier was staring us down in a weird way and all the employees were as well as we left. Overall it was very unpleasant.
