Not much in the way of variety here, but if you are looking for open-box or refurbished appliances or TVs, this is the place for you. Didnt even feel like a Best Buy branded location inside as this is an Outlet store, so dont expect the trademark blue coloring or signage that youd see in the main stores.They normally do not allow you to inspect merchandise before purchase, either, although they are upfront about that. You can immediately after purchase, however, and do a return if the item isnt up to standards before you even leave.Nice to have one of these in the area.

Horrible store. They will happily sell you a product, and schedule delivery. Then be happy to sell it to the next customer, who will pick it up same day, then cancel your order with zero explanation and blame it on their delivery team with no explanation saying it was lost. ZERO customer service.

If I could rate this lower I would.Dont get me wrong, the prices are great but when they make a mistake they take no ownership of it and do nothing to accommodate the circumstances that you are now in because something wasnt done correctly.We bought a new washer and dryer and under our assumption had all of the additional kits that need to be included for a hook up purchased as well. When our equipment was delivered we were missing the gas line and the steam kit and therefore the installation could not be completed.We were told that the quickest way to get this result would be to go back to the you can go back to the Best Buy outlet and get the missing pieces. This in and of itself was an inconvenience, but what made it even worse was that when we got there explained the situation the manager literally ignored us. There was no discount on the missing equipment, there was no accountability For the steam kit that was not even included in our initial purchase, and there was no accountability for any of the mistakes that were made. Made. We were told that we had to pay full price for everything and we would not be refunded anything for the inconvenience. Let alone the fact that we havent been able to wash our clothes for over a week now, and the earliest installation that we could get from them was another 4 days out.If you buy from here, be wary and be cautious. This is not the 1st time that we have had issues with delivery from this store, but everything else was relatively straightforward and easy to fix. This being something that we depend on on an almost daily basis had significantly more impact. I expect when I purchase something from an impliance store that everything is done correctly and set up correctly the 1st time period if it is not, I expect some sort of compensation for hour its a sort of compensation for our time. This was not done and therefore I caution everyone from buying here at all.

Love going to see what is available on a good deal. Sometimes look in and come out with something I didnt intend on going in for. The staff are great and I love chatting with them. Very knowledgeable and highly motivated to help as well as fun to talk to.

Went in to see if they had computers. They do -- all of the open box variety, which means you get a better deal than new. And a decent selection of laptops. Steve was friendly and helpful. Ill recommend it to my friend whos in the market for a new laptop.

Fantastic way to find a good quality sometimes even brand new appliances. We bought a refrigerator that still was taped closed and had all the internal packing material proving it was only unboxed and someone changed their mind. We saved ourselves $700 dollars!! Highly recommend checking out the Best Buy Outlet for appliances. We had Best Buy deliver ours and had no issues with delivery and no damages.

Good customer service experience. I came here for one TV for my mother and walked out with two, one for myself too. The deals are very good and if you are looking for a TV, stop by here first. Fantastic open box deals. Employees were willing to show me the product before purchase to inspect which I appreciate.

I bought a washer with this outlet bestbuy apparently when I got home to set it up the washer has no power at all. Meaning its broken it such a waste of time going back and return it.

Not outlet prices, falsely posted retail prices to make them look like a real discount, but damaged goods for almost full retail.

Delivery window from 7 am through 1PM. No notice of being on its way it was delivered at 1256. So OKay within the window, but no one letting us know how close delivery was. AND no way to call the store that doesnt answer its phone.Yes the item was AS-Is but that included a shelf disappearing between when we bought it and a week later when they could deliver. Also no documentation whatsoever.Whose fault was it? Mine. The second time I made a major purchase from Best Buy and it is the last. This time I really do know better. BTW I usually give good ratings not a perennial complainer--but very not happy.

Literally cannot get a hold of anyone over the phone. You have to listen to the robot talk for several minutes before transferring you and every time it gets transferred the call just hangs up.

Trying to get a hold of a live person at this particular OUTLET location is IMPOSSIBLE. I need to reschedule my pick-up from Saturday to Sunday at NOON, but am unable to get through the OPTIONS MENU that hangs up on you. Very frustrating.

The people are awsome and they are doing the best they can. Covid 19 experience was very tedious as I had to stand in line for more than an hour to pay for it my item. Otherwise so far so good. We will see how the delivery goes.

I bought all my kitchen appliances from best best outlet and I was happy so I decided to purchase a washer and dryer months later and the experience was horrible. The washer immediately had a error message on the display and since best buy outlet is only open on the weekends I opened up the washer to figure out what was going on. It became quickly obvious that the machine was not just a open box item because the wire harness wasnt even properly secured and water valve connector was plugged in backwards which was pretty impressive because you would need to force it to make that happen. Good news was i was able to fix the problem without any parts but I felt very deceived because this was supposed to be a open box or dent and scratch item not a repaired or poorly attempted repaired item. Just know if you purchase from them that you can get good deals but it can be a bit of a gamble.

Very disappointed with my purchase here and would not recommend buying appliances from Best Buy Outlet. I purchased a range and refrigerator on November 23, 2018. They were delivered November 30. By January 16, my refrigerator stopped working. Whirlpool, the manufacturer, is working to fix the problem which requires ordering a part for a leak in the enclosed system, but in the meantime, I asked Best Buy if they were able to offer any suggestions or a loaner, being that I was a few days out of their holiday warranty period (January 12). The result was an emphatic no, even as Home Depot, where I went out of desperation going on my third week with no fridge, stated they were surprised no loaner had even been offered. Look, policy is policy, but Id hope wed all agree that a week outside of a return period should get a more compassionate response than, This is a great lesson to learn, that you should have purchased our extended warranty policy, which is what I was told by their phone customer service. Ill add here this was the Best Buy main 1-888 number because, as others have mentioned, the line for the Outlet store just immediately disconnects you. You honestly have no idea what kind of jostling these used appliances have seen. My opinion is now to just avoid this place. Ill continue sitting here with my one and a half year-old with no fridge until this part gets delivered. Thanks for your firm adherence to your policy Best Buy and for treating me like Im trying to return this 40 day-old fridge a year later!

If I could give zero star I would. I ordered a range and paid for delivery. They were supposed to deliver 3 days ago but they didnt show up. We called and found out they had reschedule to 10 days later without informing us. We got a new delivery date and they didnt show up again. Found out they have changed our delivery date again without our consent. They just sent an email saying it will be deliver 10 days later. Worst experience ever.

There are many appliances to choose from that may have a couple scratches or dings. The price savings is incredible versus brand new. Roy the manager was extremely helpful with our selection of a double oven. Whats also cool is you can still use your Best Buy credit card and points. They even offer special financing.

Very slow service for check out. Lots of appliances but hardly any stereo or computer type stuff. Peope there did not know much about the stereo stuff they had. Only open Friday through Sunday. Prices were decent on the things I was interested in. Some appliances had good discounts.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Or should I say NO customer service. Bought a $600 dryer yesterday and it is missing the pipe that connects to the vent hose. Tried to call the store directly and kept getting disconnected so I called Marysville store and was told to call this morning and talk to a manager. I have trying for the last 40 minutesand still can not get a hold of anyone . Worst place ever!!!

Grand Opening July 27th 2018

I purchased a washer and dryer set that had a little ding. Both items were delivered a week later. Spent a good amount of money for the units. And was “guaranteed” all units work perfectly.Installers came in, did as they were supposed to do, ran a speed wash on the washer. The dryer worked great.I ran my washer again after they left and water did not drain leaving a small puddle. Washer did not work correctly unsure what’s wrong. I left the washer for a day. The next morning I woke up to a lake of water in my laundry room and the washer completely full of water.Because of the leak, my 1 year old laminate flooring was completely damaged all the way to my dining area from water seeping underneath. Impossible to contact anyone from the store. Very, VERY disappointed ...

Decent place to find a good deal, most items are open box returns, have cosmetic damages, or missing accessories. Staff isnt always the most knowledgeable on the products, so know what youre looking for and/or do your own research before you buy. Be aware of the return policy that items can only be returned if they are defective (at least at the time of this review), they have places to test the electronics before you purchase.

Lots of washers and dryers. Not very much electronic stuff but a bunch of TVs. Small selection ovens, refrigerators. Didnt think the prices were that good.

Look carefully, my girlfriend and I bought a fridge and a range. We had issues with the delivery. We were patient to get the issue resolved and ended up with an even better deal. Altogether we saved around $1300 total. It has been almost a year. The fridge works flawlessly and so as the range. We bought a Sonos subwoofer for a whopping $330 off list price and so far so good.A quick note - READ the tags. It explains on there why it was returned and what is missing. As always proceed with caution, weve spent close to $3K and have been exceedingly happy with our purchases.

Do not buy from this store!We bought a dryer which did not work. We had to take it back. We got a refund and then bought another dryer and the service agreement. This dryer was missing parts and it too did not work. The Geek squad repairman said it had such a big dent in it that it would never work and should never have been sold. What kind of store sells appliances that will never work??

ASSUME EVERYTHING IS BROKEN, or will break shortly after you get itBrought us a broken washer. Took over a week to replace it and we had to buy the stacking parts because they couldn’t figure it out.Now the dryer broke less than 2 months after we bought it.

I was not impressed with the prices on the scratched and dented appliances, I also had no assistance or contact with any CSRs while I was there for over half an hour. Youre better off going to a regular Best Buy while theyre having a sale then rolling the dice on one of the damaged appliances they had at the outlet.

BUYER BEWARE!!! (Experience in the store was fine.) The nightmare began when our open box dishwasher was unwrapped on our sidewalk, no drain included. Installer said call the store to reschedule as he then put it back up onto the truck. Heads up folks, theyre only open F-Sun and their phones lines will not get you through to a human, and only disconnect you after trying every available prompt!!! Numerous phone calls to Best Buy/ Geek Squad/ Pacific Homes only to be told they cannot help us. We have to make the 2 hour drive back to the store to locate our paid for dishwasher that we cannot cancel because it was marked as delivered!!!

They have really good prices. We saved 600.00 by going there. We went to home depot and no one helped us so we went here. They are really friendly.

If I could give it a zero I would. This place a is a total heist. BUYER BEWARE! Look at all the negative reviews and really understand this place is no place to buy any item. I bought a tv and it had white spots on the tv screen when the room is in total dark. The employee told me if any issues within 14 days I could bring it back with no issues and trade it for another one, but no refund! So I was fine with that. Low and behold I needed to return it the following day not even 16 hours later and the employees gave me a really hard time even trying to exchange it. Kept reiterating the no refund policy after I told them I would be fine with just a exchange. The manager completely refused to come over and help me seeing that I was upset at a certain point. But I could hear him yelling in the employees earpiece the instructions on what they would do for me. Which was nothing at first but then when they seen that I wasnt going to take that answer the employee stepped away and they came with a little compromise but ensured me that they would never do that again. And I heard the manager scream to the employee, We are not giving him a refund!. As if I was in the wrong for listening to the guy who checked me out the following night before stating an exchange would be perfectly fine! I warn you to think really hard about buying anything from here because you are getting a very unknown product!! I will never go back. And thinking about avoiding Bestbuy as a whole if they have little pop ups like that around! The manager should not be manager if he is not going to step up and dealing with customer matters, Disgusting!

Bough an open box refrigerator a day ago and isnt working. When I called the outlet center I couldnt get in hold of anyone and their phone sytem hangsup after listing that arent actually available.

With these oulet stores where items are returned thwre is always a bit of a risk. Bought a laptop that had no visible sig s of wear but was an open box. Was $270 off. Bought a 1 year warranty. Had a great experience and the salesman was amazing and extremely patient. If you can lower your expectations a bit cause of the deep discount you will have positive buying experience.

I chose a fridge, but the fridge delivered was not the one I chose. Same model, same color price. The one I got had two pretty good size dents.

There quite a bit of open box/scratch/dent appliances here on clearance that are worth the look of you want to save a bundle on such things. Their TV process are alright, but nothing really to write home about. My only real grievances are the waste of space within the store (maybe add more merchandise?) and the limited hours (11-7 F,Sa,Su).

Do not buy a tv from here. We bought a tv knowing it could have knicks and dings which is no problem. Butbthe tv came without a remote and without bolts for the stand. The tv cannot work without a remote because it doesnt have any buttons to control it. Such a waste of money.
