BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! Went into the Mattress Firm store, next door to Sees Candies, to inquire about a billing question from the company we financed our bed with. Carmen, the store manager, sat with me and patiently, kindly, and compassionately broke everything down and explained the number crunching. She is amazing at what she does and is the perfect professional at her job. THE BEST! With Carmen’s help, I was so relieved and also blown away by her problem solving and customer service skills. When finished, she even warmly walked my husband and me out and gave us each a hug! This kind of customer service professional is extremely rare. The company needs to give her a HUGE raise! Not only that, but I described the custom bed frame we have and he helped us go over every feature to ensure that it would fit properly.We walked out with not only a mattress, but an adjustable base, sheets, pillows, and delivery/setup/take away. He couldve even gotten it all installed the very next day (in our case), but it was MY schedule that delayed it too the next weekend. He ensured that we got the absolute best prices possible on all of the products we purchased, and explained every single line item on the order.The entire experience was absolutely amazing and Im so glad that we stopped in at their store.

I walked in expecting to just test out a few mattresses and ended up purchasing a Purple 3. I recently ordered a Novaform mattress through Costco and it just didn’t work out for me. Seth helped me out and was extremely well versed in all products. He was patient, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. My mattress will arrive 3 days after purchase and I’m so excited!

I have so many wonderful things to say about my experience buying a mattress here. I highly recommend asking for Jason as your sales associate although I’m sure there all fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about everything and anything that has to do with the store and merchandise. They have different payment options. I felt no pressure whatsoever just a true concern in my needs of what I was looking for. They encourage you to lay on as many beds as you would like and had all the supply’s to keep everything and everyone sanitized . Honored the sale sign outside no fine print. Honest kind helpful and fast delivery parking was a dream . I will be buying all my beds through him for a lifetime. I highly recommend if your shopping for a bed this is the place to go.

I went in already knowing what the prices online and competitors were like and merely wanted to feel what the mattresses were like. Gerald greeted us as we came in and gave us a run down of everything he had and tried to really figure out what we wanted. He gave us a deal that would have beat anything I have seen so far plus extra stuff that would have cost me more out of pocket. After sleeping on a purple 3 hybrid mattress for a little over 2 months, we decided it just wasn’t for us, so we came to the Alderwood location looking for options to exchange. Evan was much more than a salesperson, he acted more like a liaison, who guided us through the process of choosing the perfect mattress for us. From the moment we walked in the door, Evan was engaging, by having us choose our preferences of pillows to use while we went on our journey to find the perfect bed. Not only did Evan have our best interest in mind when it came to comfort, he also kept our budget in mind, and didn’t try to sell us something we couldn’t afford. In the end, we chose a beauty rest black hybrid mattress, and we also got an adjustable base included for the same price as the purple! We recently replaced a well worn mattress with one purchased at this location. We went in with an idea what we wanted. After a few questions the salesperson Chris was amazing at pointing us to ones he thought would meet our need and then letting us move around the store on our own exploring. We ultimately ended up choosing one of the first he suggested and love it. The delivery was quick efficient and perfect from our point of view. After suffering a two month, drawn out, miserably poor customer service experience at Seattle Natural Mattress (where I ended up returning the damaged merchandise), I went to Mattress Firm where Clay patiently helped me choose a mattress (as I was concerned about chemicals) and adjustable bed frame, and I placed my order. The frame was out of stock at that moment. I told Clay how anxious I was to get a bed, and he kept in touch with me almost daily in case the frame came in sooner than expected. And it did, so we were able to move the delivery date up. Unfortunately, on delivery day, there was a snafu and the bed wasnt delivered. Clay worked diligently for two days to get me a delivery outside of normal hours to fit my schedule due to the error. And he called to update me once or twice a day, so I never felt ignored or in the dark. This is the epitome of customer service! Things can happen. Its how an issue gets handled that matters. Im sleeping comfortably now thanks to great customer service. Thank you Clay!

Great customer service! Josh spent about 1.5 hours with me helping me understand the difference between all the mattresses, why they feel different and how each is designed to support different types of sleepers. Then he showed me the different adjustable bases (not just for ‘old’ people) and some of the coolest (literally and figuratively) pillows I’ve ever seen. Would definitely recommend this store!

We came in just to try out the Purple Mattress and compare because we thought we were going to buy online but I was nervous to buy online without actually trying it. Forrest was very welcoming, not pressuring at all and helped us narrow down what kind of mattress we actually like. Turns out we don’t like foam at all! The whole experience was great and we ended up finding a mattress we love and buying that day! Delivery is set up for the next day and they gave us 2 free pillows that I feel in love with while I was there. Would highly recommend! We’ll be back to get mattresses for our kids rooms!

The gentlemen working at this location are extremely friendly and super knowledgeable without pushing you to buy any particular mattress. A few months back Forrest helped my mom and I explore different types of mattress, explaining each one on its pros/cons. We just needed to find the one and get a price point for the future. We came back July 18th and had another very positive experience. The two gentlemen there helped me apply for financing and set up a delivery time all in less than 30 minutes.
