Wow! The service I received at the store was awesome. Justin was very patient with me and answered all my questions as I searched for the firmness that suited me best. I purchased 2 mattresses that were delivered and set up by Alex and Luis who were also very kind and informative. I especially liked the way they put on shoe coverings prior to entering my home thus protecting my new carpet.All of the employees I had contact with from beginning through delivery were very friendly, thoughtful and had a great sense of humor. We didnt set out to buy from this company, we were in the area and decided to stop in. Giving 5 stars to helpfulness of sales team, knowledge of product, ease of purchase and efficiency of delivery, setup and haul away of old bedding. We dont buy bedding often enough to be as good at it as other stuff, but feel good about our purchase. Wed been looking for awhile and were feeling inundated with all the options. The sales professional didnt try to steer us to anything in particular but asked a few questions and guided us based on our responses. He also made sure we tried a couple of the options that are being so heavily advertised by the manufacturer. He did not try to pressure us into a sale when we told him wed go home and think about it. When we called back and told him we wanted to buy, we were able to complete everything online. Again, he didnt pressure us to purchase any accessories etc. The transaction was quick and easy. The delivery was made as promised, the delivery guys were polite and efficient. As to the bed itself, time will tell. So far it is pretty comfortable and we are happy with our purchase.

Eric and Tyler at the Lynnwood Store were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had some issues with our current platform bed that limited our choices. Both Eric and Tyler helped us make the best choices and showed us where we could save money if we didn’t want certain options. We were very indecisive and they were very patient. My boyfriend and I were in desperate need of a new mattress, as ours has become so worn that it creates a ‘pit’ on one side of it. Christa (I hope I got her name right) was EXTREMELY helpful and wonderful to work with. She gave us a big and friendly greeting as soon as we entered, then immediately began to ask questions to see where we need to be with a mattress. After going through what we needed, and trying 3 different kinds, we landed on the perfect mattress for us. She went in depth about the mattress, how the delivery process works, and about the financing options. We were able to stay within budget, and even got a little extra for our new bed (protective covers, pillows, etc). I cannot thank her enough for making the mattress buying process easy and fun, especially after looking the whole afternoon.

I needed a mattress for my son. I didn’t want to spend a fortune with school clothes and school supplies needed. I told them what I was looking for and we laid on a few mattresses and selected one within twenty minutes. I asked if I might finance with them like I did my previous mattress/bed I bought through the Northgate store. No problems - with my ID and signature I signed for a high quality queen mattress 50% off. The guy helped me get it into my car as I did not want to mess with delivery and my busy schedule. Very nice brief visit with a son who hates shopping. He gives his thumbs up too.

I initially went in ahead of my husband who was out of town. Andre was the only salesperson on duty that day. I went to narrow down the choices and make mattress shopping easier when we brought the whole family on Saturday. Andre was friendly, super knowledgeable about the entire range of mattresses and he really helped me get to the mattresses that would meet our needs. When I returned on Saturday with my husband and children, Andre remembered me and greeted us as we came in the door. My husband was able to try out the mattresses and quickly come to the same conclusion as I did. There was 1 mattress that we both absolutely loved, thankfully and we sealed the deal in less than an hour - even found pillows we loved. We have been in pain with our current mattress and neither of us have been getting much sleep. I think we found the answer with the help of Andre at Mattress Firm in Lynnwood.

I have never had a proper mattress before, so I visited this store because they had the Purple Mattress on the floor and I had a chance to try it before buying it. The place was clean and neatly merchandised. The two working there, Jason and Chris, displayed outstanding customer service with politeness and understanding and gave me some very helpful recommendations on choosing a mattress. As it turns out, the Purple wasnt the right choice for me and the two gentleman guided me through qualities and history to where I was able to pick the Sleepys mattress that is exactly what I need. I am very grateful that I had Jason and Chris there to help me, because a mattress is an investment, and I will be grateful for easily the next 10 years that I made a well-informed and supported choice.

Lady helping us was a bit pushy when we decided to not go with one of the add-ons.She even got a bit more pushy when we were not able to be home the next day due to us working... and when I gave her the day we would be home all day for them take their sweet time delivering the bed, she didn’t seemed pleased with that either.Glad that I knew what I wanted as she wasn’t much help besides trying to upsell the beds lol

This mattress set was for my daughter who has several health issues. The salesman was very knowledgeable not only about the improvements this would provide her health but also about his merchandise. He was very patient and kind and answered all of our questions.The gentleman who helped was named Clay and this was at the Lynnwood 2 store on Alderwood Mall Boulevard. Excellent customer service!

BE WARY OF THEIR RETURN POLICY. I would like to leave no stars, if I could. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in any retail store. The manager, Justin Powell, was rude and said to my face that the situation was our fault. My daughter purchased an expensive mattress and box spring from this store. The delivery men could not get the box spring up the stairs. I offered to remove the railing but they said no, that wouldnt help. They took the box spring away. We decided we would remove the railing and have the box spring delivered again and we would move it upstairs ourselves. This happened and we found that we could not get it up the stairs, either. We went back to the store and Justin told us we could not return the box spring to the store, that we, ourselves, had to bring it to their warehouse in Sumner. Sumner! Justin explained he could not accept the return at the store because it might have bed bugs! This box spring is still in the plastic and has never been out of the plastic! Justin wanted to get rid of us and told me this was all our fault. Unbelievable...

Great experience and attention from the at the store. The mattress is great and comfortable, but as part of the deal I got a discount in a Mantua power base and that is awful! Less than one year after the purchase I had to use the warranty to replace it because the joints make horrible noise at the slightest movement. I still had to pay extra $160 for the delivery of the new base and guess what? The new one makes even worst noise! Same defect in 2 new products? Outrageous! I may end up dumping this base that has a super cheap construction and I feel frustrated and cheated by this been offered as a great deal when I purchased the mattress. It is a great deal for Mattress Firm for sure.

Highly recommended! We were just window shopping today, had a budget in mind.. We walked in and was greeted by Evan Johnson. Of course he asked What brings you in? We told him we need a new mattress, I sleep on my tummy, hubby sleeps on his side, Im always hot and told hom or budget, ideally, we would like to stay around a grand.. so immediately he knew what he wanted us try out.. he brought us around, grabbed some pillows and had us tried out the three different levels of firmness of four different brands.. and with each try out he educated us by telling us what we should be looking for and what we should be feeling while lying down.. and he was spot on with all of his suggestions.. some try outs, he immediately that was not the best for us.. he was very knowledgeable and helpful and Im very happy we stopped by and was able to helped out by Evan. Thank you Evan! 😊👍

The staff was great. I was on a pretty firm budget and Brad did a great job explaining my options. I even stayed six dollars under! I mattress shopped all day and by far had the best experience there.

This was the worst experience ever!!! I spent hours with the sales person just getting my delivery set up. Then when the delivery came they were the absolute worst! They delivered the base, and when I asked about the mattress the gentleman refused to call his warehouse to find out where my mattress was. He pretended to not understand me. Eventually after much arguing he called, only to realize that somehow my order had been broken in two, and the mattress was in fact on the truck. They then proceeded to upwrap the mattress outside and then drug it through the grass and pavement to bring it upstairs (luckily the mattress didn’t get marked up). Then after me telling them that the original mattress was staying put they proceeded with packing up the mattress and tried to take it with them. At which point they pretended to be confused again, and I had to force them to leave my mattress. It was a complete nightmare, I will never Ever ever shop here again and will tell all of my friends and family to avoid this company at all costs.
