I’ve had my vehicles serviced here for more then 3 years. The service has always been great and they have an awesome and honest team. They use quality parts and do a quick but good job. 10/10 recommend this shop.

This shop is great when Bobby’s around. But a totally different feel when he’s not. No customer loyalty at all. But they do ok work. I would go hear as a second or third option to your regular shop.

Hands down the best auto detailing place to go inside and out. Antonio does the best work and takes his time with everything. I recommend this place to everyone.

The customer service here is wonderful. The owner has always gone out of his way to say hello every time Im there, the employees are alert to all kinds of potential issues with my car and take their time to get to a solution rather than jump to conclusions and overcharge as a result. Ive been coming here for a few months and it is worth the drive, from where we are in Kent to get our vehicles serviced here. I know we are in good hands with Premium Automotive and highly recommend their services.

My Prius started to give me a check engine light. So I went to one of the quick lube places to read the code only to find out that they were not allowed in cars to do checks. Corporate rules now So off to a well known Tire shop. They wanted $190 to hook up their tool and read and reset the code. No thanks. So off to another shop Premium Automotive. The young man got his reader and hooked it up and told me that it was an intake baffel error. He then got out of the car went to the front of the car got on his knees and took a look. He reached in and pulled out a leaf 🍃 that was keeping the baffle from closing. Code went away and has not returned. Best part he said no charge. This guy was great.

This place is awesome. I used to only come here for oil changes but my car needed O2 sensors replaced. Bobby helped me out a ton! The part got delivered later than expected but these guys got it installed in half an hour. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. They have excellent customer service and competitive pricing!

I used to visit McLeod for body works before I moved to Lynnwood. This time when I try to fix the deep scratch on my door, McLeod doesnt have any availability in the coming 30 days. So I give a try with Premium Automotive in my neighborhood. The estimate they gave was surprisingly low, but the quality of work is just exceptionally great. Not mentioning they arranged the work immediately, no wait time. Workers are friendly too! Will definitely come again.

I have been going to this location for 2 years. They have always been helpful, honest, fair priced and thorough. I trust this place and the people working here. That says a lot since women usually get gypped when getting their cars fixed. My family goes here for work on their cars after I gave them the heads up about this place. When trying to find it from the road, its on the south side of Safeway. You cannot get to them through Safeway parking lot. You will see a strip mall type sign and they are in the far back past the DMV. Kinda hidden.

I called in to fix my flat tire. They were pleasant and asked me to bring car in. And they fixed so quick.

Cool mechanics thats knows how to tend to their customers and their cars.It is really a 5 star garage.

This was my first experience here after getting a Groupon for an oil change but it definitely wont be my last! Jhon Luke was the NICEST guy and his sincerity shone thru, which isnt typical at most shops. The other guys Ive talked to on the phone were all great too and honesty seems to be an integral part of their daily business. Highly recommend!!

I called today to redeem the $24.95 Groupon offer for an oil change. They told me they would not honor this price and are wanting to move away from Groupon. That’s fine, but you are under contract to adhered to the agreed pricing. He kept telling me it would be $29.95. I even have my own filter and oil, brand new from autozone. He said still $29.95. I said you don’t think there is $5 in oil and filter costs? He replied just doing what his boss says. Regardless of whether i used their oil or my own, they’re in violation and lost a repeat customer. I hope the owner understands contract law more-so than business and also quit with the bait and switch sales tactics.

I found this place off of a Groupon. The Groupon was originally a good way for the shop to get their name out there. They’re not only good for an oil change but are also mechanics. The gentleman that had worked on my car was very helpful in answering other mechanic related questions. The price for the oil change was shockingly affordable, I was grateful about that. I was told not to purchase the Groupon, instead they will honor the price in store. From what I’m told the Groupon was supposed to be taken down. I came in a little earlier than my scheduled appointment, but they still took me in and got the oil change done quickly. All around I was happy with my experience!

I found this place through groupon coupon. They are decent with charges even without a coupon. Friendly customer service. They provide explaination on the problems that might come up so you can start thinking about getting them fixed before they become bigger. I was told to replace rear axle brakes as they were almost worn out. It was true.
