One of their so called great employees did a great job of making it very obvious to me that he thought that I had stolen something in the past when he had asked me to wait on him giving me a price on a set of struts to walk over to the window by where I was parked at and call someone who was more than likely a police officer and told them that the person came back but they changed the color of their car now my car might be painted but when Im trying to spend 200+$ at a store and get treated that way when I have only ever gone into that store 3 times my entire life and each time Ive spent a decent amount of money definitely makes me just purchase a few dollars worth of stuff from the other guy who actually did help me there and leave and then for them to stand at the window on the phone still and watch me leave what a great staff they have and I definitely wont be going there ever again
Place is helpless. Get told horns are dealership items cause kid cant find it on computer, an array of horns on isle six. wasted 15 min. waiting for help that didnt know anything.

Some unhelpful people who work here. I asked them today over the phone if I purchased some freon in a bottle from them if they would help me figure out how to do it so I could have air conditioning in my car during this heat wave. They said no, so I went to Oreillys instead. Ive found them to be less then helpful on other occasions as well. If you dont like helping people maybe dont work here..

I went to this autozone because my grandma told me my taillight was out. I had already ordered a light, but it wasnt the right one. I went to this autozone and the store manager helped me. He was very polite and came to look at my car to get clarification on what was going on. Turns out my turn signal was out, and I had already purchased the correct light. He helped me install the light, even though I wasnt buying anything. Im extremely appreciative, and for future car needs Id definitely come back.

I needed a new car battery, so I went to a competitor down the road whose name starts with O, but they were unwilling or unable to install a new battery in my 2016 Kia. Hmm...what now? I Googled car parts stores down Hwy 99 and saw this Autozone, which I drove to (after getting a jump). SO GLAD I DID! Chris tested my battery, looked up the compatible replacement, removed the old one, installed the new one, all with a smile. He was awesome. From now on, this Autozone will be my go-to auto parts store.

Went there on a rainy time afternoon because one of my cars headlight wasn’t working and asked for a new headlight bulb the employee “Mohammed” right away showed me the way and I asked if they install headlights he said as long as it’s accessible he can do it so he did. Such a dedicated employee that really cares about the customer. Even it was raining I offered a jacket or rain coat from autozone because I don’t have any umbrella while he was changing the light bulb he said he is ok even though he was getting wet. I feel bad but it didn’t bother him and stayed focus on changing the headlight bulb. I offered a tip for his work but instead he told me to give us a good review from google. That was my first time getting turn down on tips. Plus giving review is not my thing but this is what he wanted for his hard earn work. He deserves a raised. Bravo sir Mohammed stay safe.

An employee by the name of Frio took the time out of his day to install the bulbs and wiper in my car and I am very grateful because I didnt have any tools to do the job myself. Anymore car trouble I have; I will be returning because of the great service that was provided. I recommend this location to everyone.
I was at the grocery store across the street when my car battery died. Thank goodness across the street was an autozone. Although I was a little bit intimidated because Ive never been in an autozone myself and I didnt know really what to ask for, Mohammad was there and was a hero!! He provided me some tools I could use to try to change the battery out myself, which I appreciated because I could learn a little about car maintenance. I couldnt get the battery out all the way, so when I went back to the store he came out and was very patient in helping me get the battery out and getting a new one in all within about 30 minutes. I was able to safely drive back.I dont usually write reviews, but I dont think Ive ever gotten such great customer service from any store before. Mohammad was kind, humble, and patient and we had fun while doing so! Props to autozone for hiring such amazing employees and give him some recognition!
Ive been there twice, and both times Ive been greeted by employes that dont know what theyre doing. I have a Toyota Camry 1999 and if I had used the product given to me, I would have damaged my car.The first trip I made there was just for some door clips. Upon entering the store, a man asked what I was looking for and I told him, he then typed something into his computer and said we dont have those for your car so I left empty handed. The next time I was there, I spotted the exact clips that I had just purchased on Amazon. This annoyed me, but was no big deal, maybe the guy just didnt know what type I needed.Now, a week ago I went in looking for power steering fluid, I didnt know much about this, but I assumed that I would just grab a bottle that says power steering fluid and it would be good. Again, when I entered the store I was offered some help, I figured, since I didnt know where it was in the store I might as well let him help me. I told him the car I had and he entered it into the computer, then he told me that my car uses Anti-freeze as power steering fluid. Since I dont have much experience with this stuff I thought maybe thats the case because my car is older, so I let him grab it for me and was on my way. I was a bit skeptical about this, so I didnt use it until my brother was there to help me. When I told him they gave me antifreeze he knew thats not right and that was confirmed with a simple Google search.
They were very helpful! One girl in particular helped me to buy the right coolant and oil for my car after I basically drove up with smoke coming from my engine. She put it in and made sure everything was okay as well as recommending what I should do next. Plus I was allowed to leave my car overnight because it was too hot to drive safely. 10/10 would recommend if youre looking for somewhere to get professional advise.

They took the time to help me figure out what the issue was with my car. They also enlisted a regular customer, a local mechanic, to help figure out the type of motor [ED3 vs. EDG] so the right spark plugs were replaced while replacing a coil. Thanks everyone! You turned a probable $1200. repair bill into about a $50. self repair.

The manager Jack and the rest of his team at the Lynnwood AutoZone provided unbelievable service! I was stranded on the side of the road with a dead alternator and a 10 month old baby. Over the next day Jack orchestrated a replacement part and mobile mechanic on a summer Sunday! They got me and my son back on the road and home safely with our family in Portland. You just don’t meet people like these every day, they were so genuine and caring. Thank you again Jack!

I had an emergency on a Sunday evening. I googled a auto parts store. The staffer named Austin, was so helpful and waited for me to install my new windshield wiper & new battery after hours on his own time! The workers are amazing always willing to help or work with you to figure out what you need. The only reason I didnt get five stars is because for some reason even if youre the only person in there it still seems to be a waiting game.
It has one of the better after market selections in this area. Staff has been helpful. I was just checking out lighting options for my Cougar interior. Dimmer for the dashboard is annoyingly dim and remanufactured stuff is prone to failure. Sean some new headlights I like but havent found them yet.

Guy who was replacing my battery wouldnt listen to me when I told him the alarm goes off when the door is opened or battery connected, then continued to not listen to me when I tried to shut it off. Autozone in Lynnwood is amazing! The workers know everything! We came in for a battery replacement, they were busy but the store manager (Jack) made time for us. He even helped us do it ourselves and walked us through the steps. Autozone has a loan a tool program that is amazing since we didn’t have any of the tools. They recommend great products never pushing us to spend more than we were looking. Grateful for companies like autozone that don’t make you feel inadequate but help provide you with the necessary tools and information. Thank you autozone! Bought a $200 battery (not a cheapy) and it got drained and wouldn’t hold a charge when charged up. Had it less than 2 years. They tested and exchanged it for me w no hassle. This is why I buy from them and oriellys rather than save a couple bucks buying from rock auto.Thank autozone!
Autozone has been my go to place for auto parts for many years. I enjoy wrenching on cars myself and Autozone has the stuff I need. I have several close so I can always get the parts I need easily. Ordering online for pickup is a great way to cut down on time in the store. I always buy the lifetime warranty items when I can. It has saved some money over the years.

Returned an item, employee tore open then factory sealed box to verify that I did not replace the spark plugs with old spark plugs. It took him five+ minutes to get the box open. I said it would appear that it wasnt open, because look how difficult it was for you to open it only to find out, it was never opened. Idiot plain and simple.

I wish I had kept driving to Seattle to the AutoZone I usually go to, but my battery had died, and I live across the freeway in a complex which will not allow auto maintenance. (I got a warning for vacuuming it) I searched for the cheapest and stopped here. Keep in mind Ive been going to various Autozone for 25 years.When I went into the store I knew which battery I needed. 51RAn old man assisted me pretty quickly taking me to the section of mid priced batteries, giving me a sales pitch I havent heard in a long time, which I declined and asked for the cheap ones.At checkout I assumed the free battery test and installation guarantee on the website would be offered, but it was not. I was given a box of sockets and come back for your core charge.While I was working on my battery another employee did assist another person however. The nice young lady did her best to extract a corroded battery out of another persons car. Cheers to her.I ended up needing to replace my terminals which caused some anxiety, but the same young lady helped me figure out why my car wouldnt start with another guy who came on shift. I just bought the wrong terminals.This all would have been avoided had I either went to my regular store or this store took the sociological undertones out of a DIY parts store.As I was leaving the store, the same young man who was coming on the clock who helped me, came tearing through the parking lot in a full sized grey pickup with autozone fleet markings on it and when we both slammed on the brakes, he flipped me off and mouthed an eff you.I hope this store looks at its actions as that seems to happen a lot.

Got what I needed, but went in asked for a part that Id bought online and had shipped to them. It was there but when the employee got it from the back he said I had to pay so I told him I already had payed and he said well you need to pay because you havent even though I had the email up on my phone and showed him, so I payed and went to my car and looked at my bank and I had already paid online for this part. So I go back in showed him the bank statement and the numbers add up on the email and bank statement with the part number, but he couldnt do anything about it.
Guy couldnt help me find a tool had customers at the counter just pointing the general direction. Then waiting nearly 30 minutes to check out.

My wife stopped in this location because our AC was not functioning. The attendant named Frio was more than helpful after his associate failed to help at all. Frio had my wife bring the car up, checked out the system, determined it was overfull as well as had a bad relay, then fixed it. Knew what part off the top of his head and got her the correct refill bottle for when we need it. He even bled the excess off the system for us. Another location wanted to charge us $140 for the job. Stopping here and talking to Frio cost us under $25. Five stars for Frio and Autozone.

I went to autozone to see if I could find an alternate solution for a problem with my 2017 Hyundai Elantra after having just been quoted a $2,000+ solution from the dealer to address an assault on my vehicle by some rodents while it was parked. There was a young man there by the name of Frio who assisted me. This young man went above and beyond. He ultimately provided me with a cost effective solution that solved my problem for $2,000+ less than the dealer was going to charge. Thank you Frio and thank you to Autozone for being committed to providing excellent customer service. I will be a customer for life.

I needed help quick with my Toyota. I called and Frio went out of his way to help me. When i drove to this store, he helped me figure out exactly what i needed. There was a lot of people in and out of that store with only two employees. Frio did his best making sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. There was one woman that was extremely rude and demanded help while he was helping others- he explained he would help her. But she became very angry just for waiting nearly two minutes. Frio kept his composure and still continued to serve the customers properly. Im very thankful for someone in the shop who truly tries their best to help customers above and beyond.
