Very helpful customer service. He helped me to figure out what parts I might need to help troubleshoot for a friend and also what I wouldnt need so I didnt have to buy it all.No mansplaining or treating me dumb for not knowing something and everything is returnable if it turns out to be something else. Good deal.

Made a online order at 530pm. Went to pick up the item about 840pm, they told me it wasnt ready and didnt even know where it was. After about 15 mins they were able to find the item.Frustrated because it says it will be ready in 30 mins.

Staff doesnt wear masks until youre right in front of them. They seem completely unitestested in working. But a battery three days earlier, found that it barely fits, drove a mile to get it somewhere I could work on it, and called back to see if I could return it. The person I spoke with said I could return it and was helpful, though that doesnt really matter now. I go in the next day, and old guy sitting behind the counter tells me I cant return an essentially unused battery, even though I was told I could. Now Im out $170 lead-acid battery that doesnt fit in my car when Im barely just getting by. Just lie and tell them your stuff is unused if you have to return it, no way these guys would know the difference.

Hilariously bad experience at this location. Ordered online for same day battery installation. Got notification order was ready, showed up to get it installed and the manager starts acting like I am a major inconvenience to her. Says there are only two employees and she can’t have someone go out to install the battery because there wouldn’t be enough people to run the front desk. Why am I allowed to order it the same day if there’s not enough employees to install my battery? And why are two employees not enough for one to come out and install the battery? Went down the road to another auto parts Store which also only had two people working as well, but they are more than happy to take my money and install the battery in five minutes.
Advance Auto Parts had what we needed to fix our car in a local parking. They required masks and were very helpful.

They do not take chipped credit cards or tap and pay. You can only swipe your credit/debit card there. I will not be going back until they take secure forms of payment.

Dont expect Advanced to honor battery warranties. I purchased a gold battery and over time its gotten weaker and weaker to the point had to jumpstart every other day. The battery was almost dead when I brought it in. They told me machine said it needed charged. Asked me to wait one hour to charge and test again. The battery holds a weak charge but goes dead a few hours after charge. Counter person contacted manager, manager says no go.When the counter guys tell you about the great battery warranty, the company does not honor their word. You have been warned.

I ordered transmission fluid online for in store pick up, 12 quarts and upon arriving at home I realized that I had been given a mixture of 2 different types of transmission fluid.
Very cool about returning items that were placed online. This is very convenient. Instead of having to go through the trouble of paying for shipment to return it back to where it originally came from. Thanks to Advance Auto Parts

Friendly staff and great selection of products. This was the only place in northern seattle/kirkland where I could find a specific type of transmission fluid.
Needed to come up here to grab some specifics. They dont have a store in Seattle right now, but this place is the distribution warehouse for all the area stores, so they have everything!

Said they price match over the phone based on matching part and warranty. Moments before checkout the manager comes out to say it also has the be the same brand. Total waste of time and unprofessional.

Terrible service and garbage parts. Save yourself time and sanity and go to any other part stores. Their parts arent worth the effort to install them . I had to deal with the dumbest parts guys EVER. Painfully slow and had no idea what a chevy smallblock 350 even was. Had to ask them 5 times for my radiator hose then the guy said he didnt know i needed one and then comes back with the wrong one and said thats the only one they got (at thier hub) first and last time going there. Got home and both the belts they sold me were the wrong ones. Should have known that someone with as little car know-how as this guy wasnt going to get me the right part. The brand new master cylinder and brake booster I bought from them started leaking almost immediately. Not at one of my connections either one of the seals internally. Now i have to go back to the store and deal with these geniuses again..
