As with all of the purchases I have made through Sandberg Volvo the experience was great over all. The parts department kept me informed of every aspect from the initial order received, to when they will ship, to where they are coming from and the date I should see my items. The packaging was done as expected from Volvo very well and all items arrived in good order. Given this is an 11 year old vehicle Im working on I was pleased to have been able to get these items from Sandberg as other dealers just said they have none in stock were as Sandberg located and got me those parts. I know I will always check with Sandberg first from now on.

Sandberg parts people were very helpful. Only problem was they put the wrong address on the box. I traced the package on the internet. It said it was delivered. I am home and no package. I looked at the order closer and noticed they put the wrong address on the package. Nice walk around the neighborhood and I found my package.

Sandberg never disappoints. My Volvo repair shop wanted over $300 for part and install. I got part for $125 and installed it myself.
