We take our fleet vehicles here. Great service, they answer the phone quickly and dont seem annoyed when called for updates like some other repair shops. Shoutout to Wade for friendly service. We got our van back quickly even with weather delays.

Stopped in to get some prices, guy never stood up, acted like I was bothering him. Told him Id like to know what a paint job would cost, lower price, still while he is sitting at desk, said, $8000. Minimum, I should go to Maaco they can give lower price. He said they only do life time work. Then he grabs his vape and stands up, like okay we are done. I thanked him and walked out. Worst customer service ever.I own a 31 year old truck, better customer service, he might have sold me. He never even looked at my truck or anything.I will Not recommend Gerber to friends or family.

I have a locking gas lid and I didnt want to give it to them the key for it, but the next day they call me saying they need it. So I drop it off EXACTLY AS INSTRUCTED, and they lose it! So now I have to spend my time and gas to have them fix something they lost. They even had the nerve to even ask if i dropped off the key. They did awesome on my car, I wont lie about that but yall need to work on your customer service.

So, most of the bad reviews have similar themes: length of time it took them to fix the vehicle and poor responsiveness. While our vehicle was with them for over a week and we didnt get any confirmation when emailing them our available dropoff time, it was an otherwise pain free experience. Largely because the lady who helped us when we picked up our vehicle. She was so nice. The car had been sitting outside since the morning and was covered in yellow dust (its springtime in Lynwood) and she was embarrassed about that. It actually looked like they washed the whole car (which they did of course) but the yellow dust was bad. She offered to have the guys wash it, but we said its okay, since they clearly washed it anyways. It rained the next day anyhow. She was very nice and friendly about everything. The service guy that came out was also great and explained what they did and the extra damage they found and repaired.Just a little extra bit of info on our situation: We got hit, so the other persons insurance, Nationwide, covered the bill. We took it here because Gerber has some partnership with them and also because Enterprise is right next door. So, even though I was hesitant to take it somewhere with low star ratings, when other places nearby have much much higher star ratings, I found it to be a good experience, and would go there again, though I hope I never get an accident ever again.

I took my 2019 Chevy Silverado Duramax that had been hit,the dent was about the size of a silver dollar.I meet with the estimator Wade on 8/17/20 gave me the estimate and I took it in on Wednesday 8/19/20 and was told it would be ready on friday the 21st.I got a call from Wade saying my truck was ready.Wade and the whole crew and office staff exceeded my expectations.The truck was beautiful and could not tell it had been damaged.I will recomend Gerber collision and glass to any one in need of auto repair.

I did not have a good experience with Gerber.It took a very long time to do a relatively easy job.First they ordered the wrong parts. So that added a week.Then not all the right parts came so I had to come back after part of the work was done.I was told the part would come the next day.It was another week of waiting.They never called when they said they would call.I would have to call them to find out what was going on.When I got my car back my personal belongings (LG dog carrier) & parts of the inside floor covering for the storage compartment werent put back.So I had to go back again after work.I would never recommend Gerber to anyone.

Although initially the repair to my car had an issue, Gerber Collision assured me that they fully stand by all of their work with a lifetime guarantee. They are correcting the issue right away. The reason Im giving a 5-star review is because their customer service is out of this world, and this location has proven that Gerber Collision really does care about each and every individual client they serve. Specifically, Charles is the epitome of what all customer service agents should be.

VERY solid experience. Had to make an appointment 2 weeks out which is no big deal, scheduling is completely understandable. Once my appointment came around, I dropped off my car and they told me it’d be done in about 3-4 days. Again, not a problem. Picked up a rental and was on my way.Got a call 2 days later saying they’d finished repairs 1-2 days early. Can’t complain about that! Super good people that know how to treat a customer. Thanks guys!

The worst experience I have had. I took my car in since my insurance recommended them. I was supposed to hear back from them on a Wednesday. When I didnt I called them the following Tuesday. They didnt even know I had been there. I was told they need to look into it but would call me back. No call back. I called back and I was told the guy who did my estimate worked at another place but they have a new guy that could help me but he was on another line. I told them I would give them one more chance but they needed to give me 110% and call me back the next day. No call back. I called back and and just got excuses but they could get me on the list to get my vehicle in. Considering the service I got I could not comfortablly take my car their. Read reviews and knew it was better not to use them after reading the reviews. Doesnt feel to me they know how to treat a customer and when a mistake is made they dont know how to fix it.

Just received my car back today. Its Friday and I turned in my car in Tuesday morning, reading these reviews Im quite shocked... Because from the moment my insurance company recommended this place til my car was fixed I was completely statified with the customer service and the work they did (by the way they back it up with a guarantee) and that they fixed my car in a timely manner! Preston was nothing but professional and extremely helpful to me even when I asked about polishing out a scuff I had not related to my accident. What more could I ask for?!? I understand the reviews are old but dont discourage this place when looking around for places to fix your car they are quite wonderful.

Went there to get estimate for repairs for my truck.Talked to Lonnie Caraveo (general mgr) about repairs and later that day sent him an email even. Lonnie told me to expect repairs to take a month...No reply to my email. No calls about scheduling repairs. No follow up of any kind.After waiting over a week I went to another body shop in Everett. Got exceptional customer service from them.Maybe I just slipped thru cracks but not sure...

After an accident in the late afternoon, and getting approval to have the tow truck take my vehicle to Gerber...the office staff at Gerbers Lynnwood location told the tow truck driver to drop off the car in the back lot, and come back to the front to get paid. When the driver arrived at the front, they would not pay/agree to take responsibility for the car. Understandable; yet why not call me or wait for me to arrive since you knew I was coming? I arrived with my husband and the at-faults insurance info and claim number at about 5:45pm. The office was shut and my vehicle was nowhere to be seen. The next day, I called to find that they had refused to take the vehicle and it was taken by the tow company. Two days later, the office at the Gerber Lynnwood location called me to say that they STILL HAD MY VEHICLE!!! Are you kidding me? You wouldnt take my vehicle! And, you are going to call and bother me now? AND- you want to make sure that I have a service shop? Yes, yes I do have a shop- AND IT IS NOT YOU!

I had to go in for an insurance appraisal on Dec 22, 2015 at noon. As of 5p, Jan 1, 2016, they still have not reported their findings to my insurance a full 10 days later.This is extremely inconvienent as Im moving across the country in 3 days time, and I need to know how to budget.Dont go to this place, even if your insurance recommends it. I can see why they have terrible reviews everywhere. I wouldnt be surprised if the only reason this location was still open was because insurances keep sending them business.

Our car was stolen from this place. It was required that we took our car here, by Farmers Insurance, after a collision where I was not at fault. After the car was recovered by the sheriff, and then returned to the shop, it took an extra 2 weeks for the repairs to be done. This resulted in us needing a rental for an extra 2 weeks that we then had to pay for. We still dont know if we will be reimbursed for the stolen items, such as GPS etc... And yeah, the car key was in the ignition and the doors were unlocked so the thieves could just jump in and drive away. The 1 star also covers the way Taylors Farmers agency in Shoreline. Absolutely outrageous! So we had to pay deductible and 4 weeks rental upfront.UPDATE: I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars because the work they did on the car is actually perfect. A few minor issues, like window didnt work on one side, but they fixed it when we took the car back.

Come on keep deleting it next time this is deleted I will involve my lawyer. Try me. You guys can keep deleting it but I’ll be posting it everyday. Got pictures proof and evidence that the Manger likes to grind on employees, hug and be touchy with everyone. Work is not done right if you g t your vechile in there don’t expect to see it for 1 month even if it’s a 15 hours job. Employees smoke weed and drink daily while working on vechiles. Investigation should be held on store manger and employees for drug use and sexual assault, will be sueing gerber of Lynnwood. Good luck. I feel sorry for the owner who are not aware of drug abuse in the work area.

I wouldn’t think of any other place to get my car repaired. Wow, what a team! My car had some pretty serious damage, and it looks brand new. Not to mention how exceptional the customer service was that I received. Gerber Collision & Repair...make sure you’re there! Thanks guys!
