I had to bring our family van here after somebody swiped the front of it with a U-Haul. My insurance company didnt actually confirm my booking, but under the circumstances AP Collision was able to squeeze us in. Their timeframe was reasonable and the quality of their work shows.They even cleaned the interior of the van. Im talking vacuuming a family van of four children with toys and crumbs everywhere. I certainly didnt expect that, and I felt bad somebody did that. The very fact they did this showed me that they take pride in their work and their clients.I would definitely come here again if I had to!

This is the worst auto body shop I have come across in lynnwood, a repair that take less than 2 days they want to keep your car for more than two weeks just to make more money from your insurance company. They fix your car with cheap parts stay away from them.

Love them! They vacuumed and washed my car for me, really meant a lot that they took the time to do that. I will recommend family and friends!!

AP Collision was recommended by Progressive insurance Due to a vehicle accident. They people here did an amazing job. Everyone was so nice. It was an easy drop and pick up. I had to bring my car due to a car accident but if I had to bring it again, I will. Definitely recommend!!

We had to take our car in to have a small dent repaired. After a week in the shop, my wife went to retrieve the car and was told Theres a screw in the tire that was there when you brought it in, so its not our responsibility.I find it very peculiar that we had been driving around daily with no issue prior to dropping our car off, and that, although they said they didnt drive our car anywhere, the tire wasnt flat before we dropped it off. The Low tire Pressure light only came on after we picked it up. We ended up having to replace the tire on our own dime (luckily without having to replace all four AWD tires).Then, after getting back home, the shop called to let us know that they had removed a moulding strip from the roof of the car but forgot to replace it before we picked it up, so we had to take additional time off of work to go back out and have them put it back in. The staff was apologetic and gave us a $10 Starbucks card for our trouble, which I appreciate, but I will not be returning to AP Collision Center, and would not recommend the shop.

Absolutely awesome customer service with perfect professional touches. This team nailed it on modification project for my BMW 640i gran coupe! Love the way this team works and highly recommended to anyone!!
