I ordered 24K worth of items (refrigerator, oven, microwave) at the end of May. The sales rep was prompt in taking payment but the first communication I received about status of the order was today August 24th (almost 3 months later) that the appliances will not be available till December. Seriously? You could have told me that when I ordered or when the order was acknowledged by the manufacturer. Understand delays are being caused by Covid but what happened to communication so that customer can plan alternatives. Telling 1 week before expected delivery date is utterly pathetic. Please stay away from them

The pandemic has definitely impacted the availability of a lot of products and they quickly directed us to what was on hand and the shortest time they could expect for deliveries. We have now gotten two different kitchen appliances from them and have been very happy with our experiences.
I am very excited to have these shirts made for our next event. I cannot even go downstairs in my own home because the refrigerator is so loud. Albert Lee has refused to replace this broken thing for 3 months! We will have a full video documenting everything and their customer service, I use that term as loose as possible since they dont actually provide any service.
We purchased 3 kitchen appliances, totally over $8,000, from Albert Lee in March. The install cost was another $300 for each appliance. The oven/microwave wall unit was delayed several times (backordered) so we didnt receive it until the end of April.Within a few weeks we noticed that the microwave did not work properly and we called Albert Lee about it. In addition to it not working right, we had decided that we really didnt like this particular model. I called asking about options for returning it and getting a different unit all together. The manufacturer sent out a service person who determined that some sensors were bad. He ordered parts.I have since called Albert Lee several times to ask about my options for returning it but the each time Im told the manager will call me back and he never has.The manufacturer has scheduled to to come out with the new part next week so I suppose it will be fixed but here we are 4 months since our purchase without a working microwave.The lack of communication and response from Albert Lee has shown that they are a company that will not be responsive to customers after their purchase. Ill.be buying my next appliances elsewhere.
Tl;dr In my opinion, Albert Lee Lynnwood can not be trusted at this point in time. They are taking peoples money and holding it captive for months on end, generating interest on it, never planning to deliver orders they know they cannot fulfil. I would strongly suggest you work with the manufacturer of your desired Appliance directly. I hope they figure their stuff out, but right now I won’t work with them again.In early May of 2021 we ordered three large appliances from Albert Lee. Being understanding of the current world situation and how it is causing delays in pipelines, we discussed this with our sales representative. Working around their availability dates, we scheduled our construction plans for renovating our kitchen.Three months later, after numerous delays in the delivery of our shipment, we only received one of the three appliances. We decided to again reach out to the team at Albert Lee in Lynnwood in August. They were extremely unapologetic about the situation and simply waved it off as out of their control and that it is simply out of stock and unavailable due to Covid related issues.I then decided to reach out directly to the manufacturing company of the appliance we ordered through Albert Lee and they confirmed that the range we ordered was absolutely in stock, and even manufactured in the US, so apart from possible logistics delays, should not be a problem. I proceeded to order the appliance straight from the manufacturer. As promised by them, we had one logistical delay, but 3 weeks later the range arrived at our house. We cancelled our Albert Lee order immediately. On the call to cancel the order, the sales person actually said they are not surprised because they cant fulfil it.Through all of this, the sales consultant we worked with was simply never available. Every time we phoned, she was unavailable and when we spoke with someone else, they were less than helpful. Albert Lee also repeatedly lied to us, and when we told them the manufacturer assured us that there is stock, the person on the phone told us they are lying to you. My experience would indicate that it was indeed Albert Lee lying to us about availability, and not the manufacturer.Realistically, Albert Lee Lynnwood charged us money up front for an order they knew they could not fulfil in any meaningful period of time and made no attempt to do so, even though the manufacturer has stock. This allows them to draw interest from the money we paid, making no effort to provide a product. Not only are they delaying our construction but also causing us to incur additional costs to contractors due to their negligence.Never do business with Albert Lee Lynnwood, work with the manufacturer directly.
Paid $200 for delivery and installation ahead of time. Wait 2+ months for delivery and installation. Day they arrive they say they dont install with cpvc. I had to call a plumber and ended up spending $650 instead of $200. A major reason I used Albert Lee was for the cheap install and delivery. If you dont install with cpvc you better let me know ahead of time so I can do something different. Also, I had to call and bug them to get them to refund my install fee. If I spend a bunch of money on high end appliances I expect no hassles. Very disappointed.
Bought a high-end refrigerator from what I had been told was a high-end store. I asked about the installation cost, if any. The delivery would cost nothing, but after explaining my desired water hookup, they failed to let me know that the water hookup they would not do. When I called back after they installed it (without hooking up the water) they said I would probably have to get my own plumber to hook it up and that it would be about $250, which was not told to me when I asked about delivery and installation before I purchased.Response-to-response: I told the salesman we would be bypassing the filter, which makes it an even easier hookup. NOTHING was said after that about having to get my own plumber for $250, which he stated after the install. I own a couple local businesses, I train my salespersons to be very clear about every detail of the service and product. It looked and felt like this was clearly an inappropriate omission to lock a sale. Sorry.

Very frustrated with the fact that our TWO Miele dishwashers that we purchased (when purchased were called the Cadillac of dishwashers) and were about 2k EACH, cannot be serviced. Our dishwasher has not been working for over 2 weeks and Albert Lee wont touch it and the customer service line said they cant find anyone to work on it for anytime in the near future. Horrible that a company is okay with selling a product, but not servicing it when their customers need them to. I have an appliance repair technician that I hired on my own and he cant figure out the issue so I am paying him for a still broken dishwasher.
I could not be happier with Albert Lee delivery team today to get our subzero refrigerator inside our home after an initial misfire delivery. Kudos to Billy on the delivery, well done, I can only wish that I took a video of you guys getting it inside our home.Billy, you need to be training the rest of Albert team on how to deliver heavy appliances and make it look so easy.We totally appreciate you guys.
After complaining for so long about my dishwasher I finally made the commitment to start shopping for a new one. I knew I wanted to buy one from a local business (shop local!) and Albert Lee made it a one stop shop.Jeremy was my associate and he was SO knowledgeable and helpful. He really went into great detail on the dishwashers and answered all of my questions. I had read reviews online and he put my concerns and mind and ease.The check out process was quick and easy too. They use a 3rd party delivery service and they did a great job on the install, removal and they will even recycle the old unit which is a big win in my book!I am also in the market for a new refrigerator and once I can get the hubby to go in with me, I will definitely be coming back to see Jeremy! Extremely frustrated with this company. Purchased new, dishwasher, cook top, down draft, wall oven, microwave, warming tray and trash compactor in December as part of complete remodel. Suoopoed to deliver April 24th. High end Bosch. Every single item was delay time and time again. April turned into May then June then July 3rd and still waiting for dishwasher which now they say will be 21st. I went and picked up the microwave and oven when they finally came in because they only deliver in this are once a week. They said dishwasher would arrive July 3rd. I called on the 6th when I didnt hear. My saleman was not in but lady told me it had arrived in their Ballard location and I could go get it. I told her I wanted it delivered as it was supposed to be. She transfered me to another salesman who told me she was wrong and had not arrived. Now it would be July 21st. I blew up. They didnt even bother to give me the courtsey of a call to inform me that it had not arrive as rescheduled. I will never do business with them again. All is great until they get your money then they just dont seem to give a damn about customer service. When we asked them to install they said they dont do that in our area and dont offer extended warranties that far away from their location altough I am unsure as to what distance has to do with extended warranties.. Arlington is about 40 minute drive from their Lynnwood locationwhere we purchased these items. I would reccommedd that you never do business with this company. They made numerous apologies for delays saying they were out of their control. I told them that they have total control over whose products they decide to offer customers and if Bosch cant do better when it comes to delivery then maybe they shouldnt offer Bosch products to their customers. This entire experience has created a very bad taste in my mouth and has cost us over $500 in return fees for the electrical contactor to come out and install the items piece-meal as they come in. I cant wait to see if they even bother to call on July 21st when the dishwasher, from past experience, will surely be delayed yet once again.

When evaluating a company, it is always more important to look at how they deal with situations when things go wrong as opposed to experiences when things go right. Because things will go wrong, and good or great companies deal with them very well. Albert Lee has completely failed in this regard.To start out, I needed to purchase an entire kitchen of appliances. I made my decisions quickly and ordered what was recommended by the guy on the floor.This is where the okay experience ended. I wouldnt expect much more or less up to this point. If youre going to get good service, it is always on the front end.Delivery: Mediocre, no shoe covers, minimal protection to the floor, but timely. Nothing special, nothing terrible. One of the appliances was clearly failing upon delivery, the compressor was making a terrible noise, so they brought it back and I was told they would let me know when the new one would be delivered. Fine, replacement and were all good.No communication about the new delivery was made to me until the day before like the people told me. It worked out.Fast forward a couple months, and one of my appliances has issues. I called in and they told me I would be contacted about a repair scheduling.No communication about choosing a time/day until I get a text saying a date during the week. What was the window of time? EIGHT HOURS!! I have to take an entire day off just to get my appliance looked at? I contacted their call center in the Philippines, and was able to get it shifted to a half day. Still a half day of work down the drain waiting.Service date comes and the appliance need to go back. Not fixable. The repair person told me that Albert Lee would be contacting me to remedy the situation.Contact? ZERO, none. I call, leave multiple messages, NO CALL BACKS. MONTHS later I finally get to the initial guy who took my call and said they are still waiting to hear from the tech. He said they should hear back tomorrow and will reach out to me. That was 7 business days ago at this point, and still nothing.Now the appliance is failing completely.They have had my money for 6 months.I have been trying to get the appliance switched for 3 months.I have taken days off for a first delivery, a second delivery, and repair service. I will have to take more time off when it finally does get taken care of.I have contact their customer service dozens of times.They have yet to make a single call to me, either with a status update or to return voicemails on their customer service line.Beware of the company you are dealing with if you have ANY issues at all, you will not be taken care of. Bad business.Update 1: After making several more calls, I finally got someone who seemed to be working on getting an outcome and actually called me back once, the first call back in MONTHS. The appliance just needs to be returned, and she said she was working on it. Instead of getting any communication back for a week again, once again, I get a text saying the third party service has been scheduled... I dont need an appliance repair, I already had a day off for that once. Again, I call the answering service in the Philippines, sit on hold, then cancel this service date and time that was never requested or approved by me.Another week without any word or help to make this right. For spending thousands with them, they sure are costing me way more in headache, time and frustration than I would have ever imagined. I very much hope someone takes this into consideration before purchasing there.
Had an issue with a washer and dryer we bought there. The delivery guy called and said that he could not deliver the washer because of the condition it was in. Went to the store to find out what our options were. Worked with Mike Hammingh and he did an awesome job to find a solution we could live with. Thank you!!I would highly recommend this store, all the staff were very courteous and customer service minded. Experienced the opposite in a different store. Will be back next time I need new appliances.
Shopping for a New Range. Walked into the Lynnwood store, no one greeted, or asked if we needed help finding something. After walking around the store one direction - we went the other direction. Again - no one was at the front counter to direct us. Then we found where the ranges were and stood in front of the selection for over 5 minutes, which ended up to be very close to sales associates that would notice two people were looking at their selection of ranges. We were walking up and down reading the information. We were NOT ACKNOWLEDGED or ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANY HELP. No one.Why would a customer come back and consider to buy from you? Thought it would be good to support a neighborhood business...is this typical customer service? With only two or 3 other customers in the store...JEEZ - I know we are in a pandemic, I dont mean to leave a bad review, but Im not inspired to return.

And we are extremely satisfied with every aspect of the process, from the placement of the first courteous call to the store to the final delivery and installation. The appliance selection across price points, and the value for that price, consistently delivers a terrific product. More than the products though, is the outstanding service weve received over the years from Aaron. Aaron, our amazing salesperson, excels at serving his customers with his warm and friendly style. Nicholas handled everything for the sale and Troy and Simon did a great job delivering the appliances. They informed me throughout about what they were doing during the install, and were very careful not to cause any damage. The 80 tall refrigerator was particularly tricky as it needed to go up a narrow stairwell. They made it look easy in the end. All in all a great experience.

Had a frustrating experience with a dishwasher recently. The sales guy way very nice and helpful and communicated well. I was referred to Damian John installers because I was told the Albert Lee installers were booked out well into the future. I was told Damian John charged the same as Albert Lee. It took 4 calls over one week to get them to call me to schedule. When they finally did, I was informed delivery/ removal/ install would cost $275.00 before tax!!!!! That’s a blatant rip off. I cancelled my order and will be going to Best Buy this weekend.Edit: regarding the owner response- that is not true, it took four calls to get someone to call me and schedule, the question about weather the connection was plastic or metal was after that fact( and quickly sorted out), it had nothing to do with them not calling me to schedule in a timely fashion. Four calls!

Today, we went back and asked if he was still working there? Geoff was still there and again helped us find the perfect dishwasher and refrigerator. Once again, very knowledgeable and listened to what our needs were. There was never any pressure to buy something today. Geoff has been doing this job for 35 years.I would highly recommend him to anyone searching for appliances. In the end he actually saved us around $300.00. Cynde Anderson was absolutely the best, when last year, I needed a home visit to check measurements as I was recovering from surgery. I really needed the new washer and could not get to the store. We found what we were looking for and it was reasonably priced. The people were very pleasant and let us roam around until we had questions. No pressure.

We purchased and installed an induction electric range a month ago with the generous help of Cyndi at the Lynnwood store. She was very knowledgeable about the product and quickly responded to our phone questions before we made the purchase. It was a short learning curve using the stove. Weve had gas for years but since we downsized, we had to go electric. The end result is we love the induction range and dont miss having gas at all.
Have bought a couple of appliances from them in the last 10 years and we wont be going back. Our last dishwasher was purchased here 5 years ago. The first problem was that they tried to deliver a dishwasher that was visibly damaged (dented). They came back the next day with another one and installed it, but the front light on this one didnt work and it took them 2 weeks to get that fixed. Then after using it for about 2 more weeks the top drawer wouldnt stay in even loading and unloading it. Had them come out and they tried to blame that on the kitchen floor settling. We had several other problems with the dishwasher over the next 5 years and recently decided to replace it. We went back to Albert Lee because I attributed most of our problems to the dishwasher brand than Albert Lee. We found a new one and were advised to wait a week to purchase because they were going to on sale then. Im not sure why they couldnt have just price matched the sale in a week, but we decided to play their game and wait. We went in today to buy it and found out the sale was less than 5% off and that the earliest they could install it was 6 weeks out. We left and went to Best Buy where they had the same dishwasher, matched the 5% off price no questions asked, and scheduled the install in 2 days. We wont be going back to Albert Lee.

Always warmly welcomed by the front desk. They have a wide variety of appliances in many brands. The salespeople know about their huge range of products, and will take you around and demonstrate them, pointing out the differences. Prices are reasonable and equal to what youd find elsewhere, unless theyre on sale.They have refrigerators, washing machines & dryers, ovens (including convection), cooktops, and probably other appliances that I havent noticed. Its a huge warehouse type of space (located in a strip mall), with quite a few kitchens set-up, containing some of the appliances. The rest of the products are in rows throughout the space, grouped by type.
I recently purchased a new gas range, backsplash, hood, and refrigerator from Albert Lee in Lynnwood. Having purchased a dishwasher from them before, I knew the sales team was well-informed on the products in their showroom. I worked with Derek Cox and Roy Schmidt who were very helpful throughout the process, and went out of their way to personally deliver parts to ensure the installation went smoothly and was completed on time. Roy has been helpful on remaining items following installation as well, providing peace of mind that there is someone to call beyond the transaction.

My wife and I purchased all new kitchen appliances from Albert Lee less than 2 years ago. We had never purchased new appliances before, so we took the advice of the salesperson and bought all KitchenAid. Bad decision. The door gaskets on the refrigerator have failed twice, the oven is always between 25 and 100 degrees off of the set temp, the microwave door will not stay closed, and the top rack of the dishwasher is falling apart. I contacted Albert Lee customer service and I was told that they could not help, and they will not reply to my follow up questions. I will never again buy from Albert Lee.

About 18 months ago, our household purchased a washing machine and dryer from Albert Lee on Elliot Avenue. Our salesman, Jeremy, went above and beyond to be sure that we got appliances which would meet our needs. He even came to our home to double-check the measurements. My husband was having open-heart surgery at the time.When I finally got around to writing a review, Jeremy had moved to the Lynnwood location. Very belatedly, I want to commend him for all that he did.

I purchased a cooktop at AL. After dealing with the salesman he figured that the item would fit above our wall oven according to the measurements he saw on line . I had shown him a picture of our current setup and the installer came to put in but it didnt fit.The installer from DamianJohn charged us for the travel fee and told us that Albert Lee would reimburse us because it was their assumption that it would fit. I call AL and they said it was Damian Johns responsibility .so Albert Lee is given us the runaround. It is clearly their responsability.So a warning to all, Albert Lee is not a fair company to deal with. They could have sent someone to measure which they do according to Daniam John. But when I asked manager Eric he said they dont do that for cooktops,really! So they assume that every cooktop fits every time. In due fairness Albert Lee should reimburse us.

My first indication was when they incorrectly explained how the dryer gets water. Second they then said they could not touch the dryer because it was gas and because they had to be connected together (which is bs) they could not do the washer either. I have $3500 worth of appliances just sitting there. The manager was not helpful and thought a simple apology would make this all right. And yet, the appliances remain uninstalled and useless after all the money and hassle. They know nothing about customer service. Sure if nothing goes wrong they are fine as is all the competitors. But when they screw up, they are practically worthless. Read the reviews and none of them are about problem solving and their own miscommunication. But I can say from what I saw and heard the installers are lucky to have jobs and are delivery men at best.
We have gotten our kitchen set here 3years ago and just recently got a washer and dryer Derek has helped us both times. He is a great salesman not overbearing doesnt push a sale, and he was great with our two kids.Prices are actually cheaper than the box stores and a better overall experience.

Purchased a GE gas range from salesman Daniel. He was very helpful. The delivery was fine until they said they could not hook up the gas line and it would be thirty days out before the gas could be hooked up. We said are you serious,you just delivered a range and we cannot use it for thirty days because you need a technition to install the gas pipe. Needless to say we got the right hookups and installed ourselves. Albert Lee you really need to make sure all your sales people understand what needs to be done with your deliveries. Basically you just dumped the range and ran. We contacted Daniel and he ignored us. You just lost a customer.
Mike Hammingh helps us pick out a dish washer, and walked us through options for other appliances for our kitchen. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent service and communication.
Customer service for service plan was rude and tried to blame for delay .Update: once Albert Lee knee I was unhappy, they contacted me directly. They worked to get the service dx out sooner. I was waiting to make sure the leak was fully fixed to update my review.Appliance Hospital was great too.

Do not use their recommended installer - you may get scammed out of $$$!Also do not believe the misleading response from Albert Lee -- there were options provided by the installer... for work to be done on additional visits, after paying $150 for 0 work on the first visit, and after finding an independent carpenter to complete work before the next visit.We bought a dishwasher from Albert Lee in Lynnwood. They arranged installation via Damian Lee. Undoubtedly they receive some kind of referral fee from Damian Lee, and they do not offer a choice, they simply have the installation company call you. But when things went wrong on the installation, the Albert Lee manager said Thats not my company and refused to take any responsibility.The installers sent an email prior to arrival that said Damian John Installations is a full service appliance installation company. Our installers are fully capable of modifying cabinetry, moving gas lines, electrical lines, plumbing, etc. Apparently we have a non-standard cabinet configuration that required modification for the new model of dishwasher, but the installer they sent said he could not do the cabinetry modification (contrary to the email) and insisted on charging us their $150 minimum charge for his brief visit despite doing exactly 0 work.Avoid at all costs, or if you must buy here, arrange for your own installer.
The have great appliances with a vast number of brands to choose from. You gotta make sure to check for the deals to assure they are really deals, and sometimes the more reasonably priced units are hidden away in an out of the way corner, but they do have some good deals.
Prices are not so great, service isnt either. We had a really bad delivery first time. Second time was way better.
Good place to buy appliances at a good price to support a local business instead of a big box store.
I came in for the Seafair sale and got immediate help. Im remolding my kitchen and I needed every appliance, stove, range, microwave, refrigerator, range hood, dishwasher. The salesmen (Mike) was great he was very patient and answered all of my questions. I will definitely shop here from now on!

I went into Lynnwood Albert Lee Appliance two weekends ago (3/4/17) and ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator and Whirlpool washer and dryer. We were told by multiple salesmen that we would absolutely be able to order the appliances and receive them on the date we needed them which is 3/16/17. (We will be in a new house on the 15th without appliances) We were also told we would receive a phone call around 3/10 with an update. We never received a call so today (3/14/17) we called Albert Lee and we were told we would not be getting our appliances until 3/27. They have the appliances in stock but they just wont deliver them until its convenient for them. We should never have been told we could have the appliances delivered on 3/16 if they werent completely sure of it. We asked for our money back and were told that wasnt going to happen. We asked to speak to manager and were told that they werent in today. We were also told that because we live in Arlington could be why we cant get our appliances on time. The fact that we were lied to about the delivery date is one thing but being told we cant get our money back so we can get our appliances somewhere else on time is outrageous!

I dont understand why anyone would shop here. The same appliances for twice as much as Lowes and Home Depot. Yes they have the fancy ones too, but still!

The store was very clean and well organized. I was greeted by a receptionist at the door, and a sales associate was very helpful in answering my questions even though I was in the pre-buying research phase and had my whiny kids with me. ;)
Albert Lee is the worst appliance store Ive ever dealt with - I would never use them. I bought a GE café range Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend as my oven died. The saleswoman in Lynnwood told me the until would arrive n Lynnwood, be switched to propane gas and I would get a call for delivery by end of week. When that didnt happen I called back to find she was wrong, that the first a range would be converted to gas was 12/11. I work in Seattle, first date I could be home was 12/15. I asked if I could get a break on price given mis-information. I never heard back. I called to confirm early this week that it would be delivered and installed the 15th. Yes I was told. Well they just tried to deliver it and they dont actually do the install. Someone else does and no one seemed to know when that person would be coming. I am process of returning the range. I tried to give this info directly to Albert Lee III but he was unavailable so out onto the internet it goes. Im starting over but at least they wont have my money. Horrible. I tried to give zero stars but it is requiting I give one to post this review

Four stars for the sales team, zero stars for the support teamWe went in to find a new dryer and worked with a great salesperson. They were friendly, knowledgeable and assured us that as a company, Albert Lee will take care of its customers. I believe that this is what the salesperson believed.Fast forward 3 months and our son became terrified that the Kraken had taken up residence in our dryer. After a listen, I thought so too. I called Albert Lee for information about the warranty and was forwarded to their support team. I was connected with Jason, who was an absolute nightmare. After being on the receiving end of accusations, belittling and a raised voice, I sat in disbelief after being hung up on. I was then sure that the Kraken is not in our dryer, but wearing ill fitting khakis in a cubicle somewhere in the Seattle metro area. I did, however, receive a phone call from The Appliance Hospital about an hour later, and they were nothing short of amazing to deal with. I asked if they sold appliances. They do not.Six months later I was told that, “the Kraken is back”. I cringed at the thought of having to deal with that a-hole again, but such is life. When I reached out to Albert Lee this time, I was only now informed that they are not a ‘servicing dealer’. They don’t touch what they sell once its out of their warehouse. I wish we had known that before. They offered to patch me through to the support team, to which I replied that under no circumstances would I want to speak with Jason again, and explained why. “I’ve heard that before” was the reply. I was stunned.After I was connected to a different support person, I asked what to do about the dryer should we have the same issue again after the one year warranty expires. Google it was the response, and they would do me a favor to call their recommended repair service. I will google it. Right after I finish this review. I will also start looking for replacements for two other large appliances. Ordered a part from here. The sales person couldn’t find it and was basically like we don’t have it, don’t know what to tell you. We had to call the main number to get help when we were in the store. Horrible customer service to say the least.

Haven’t even been there yet, just looking at their website for gas ranges. Even though they have a column with each item for a price they have no prices just “call for details”.
Poor customer service after buying 2 full set of kitchen appliances and a W/D, we contacted our sales person because our stainless kitchen aid refrigerator, only 14 months old has rusted! They sent a whirlpool repair man out, who looked at it and said there was nothing they could do. We called back the sales person back and he said there wasn’t anything they could do. Don’t buy your appliance here!!!!!
