The store is open even though it looks like they are closed down because the larger store next door is shut down.This is a standard run-of-the-mill Harbor Freight store. The manager that was there when I came in was nice and helpful while multitasking with ringing people out, handling a few phone calls, stock checks, and answering a few questions I had. Generally polite and kind staff. Clean store, good stock, and completely organized shelves. One of the better HFTs Ive been to.

Property owner has removed the unessesary wall so you can now see the harbor freight entrance. Helpful staff.

A item that I purchased for a trip that I was defective with little time to correct it. I stopped by the store and Peter took a common sense approach and confirmed the defective. He quickly grab a replacement item and assisted with the assembly of the replacement item. His attitude and hardwork eliminated the potential stress that could have led to starting a trip off in a bad state. Thank you Peter.

We go here often. My husband loves the tools here. They are fairly priced. The sales and the membership makes it well worth it. This is basically a toy store for guys. Its well worth your time to walk around and see what they have if you have never been.

Whats not to love tools tools and more tools at great prices. They most likely are going to have what you need and then some. I love this store

I used to really like this store. Im only buying something here from now on if its an emergency. Twice now the two year warranty has let me down. First time was the earthquake ratchet. None in stock for weeks and I needed it for my shop. Then the zurich zr pro is now discontinued and I cant get it replaced when I really need it because its supposedly discontinued. What a let down. Dont carry products you are going to take away from us that we really depend on. Im buying from eppys tools website from now on unless I need something really cheap and undependable. Go back to selling just Chicago products.

Went to the one in forest.. very quiet and hidden store ..but the customer service was on point...

Had to go back. Bought ca electric power washer for the cars. Used it twice and then it just stopped within 2 weeks. Called the store and they were happy to exchange it out for me. Very nice.

Was asked to leave for no mask after 25-30 times in the store without a mask. 3 others inside visibly not wearing a mask and the employees have their mask around their chins.

Make sure you bring the coupon book makes the price so much better.

I love this place. They may not have everything you need, but I guarantee they have 90% of the stuff you need at half the price if the big box improvement stores. I buy all my stuff here and it lasts forever. Great selection and good customer service.

The store was clean and neat. I had slight trouble finding the one specific item I was looking for, but it seemed to be laid out differently than the store I was first familiar with. The cashier was friendly, and I did also observe another employee assisting another customer on the sales floor.

Harbor freight is a great place to get tools at a very inexpensive price. Almost every type of hand tool or gadget can be found there, as can you find light hardware for taking on almost any project. Lots of folks shop here just to find inspiration for their next project. If you have not been to this store I would suggest a visit, you will be good that you did!

I go occasionally, even when I don’t need anything. The tools are cheaply priced but decent quality for DIY guys like myself. I wouldn’t use them for your profession but they do hold up for what I need them to do. The staff is great and always tries to save you money with coupons they have laying around. We certainly be back.

In to get a refund on recalled jack stands. Staff was quick and courteous.

Quality of hand tools is rising fast. Very good for DIY types. If you check the online, magazine ads, and mail catalogs you can get some smokin deals! The little worklight that they often give for free is a real versatile keeper.

He loves the Customer Service because the people are so friendly and helpful and he loves the prices because they are so low. He also loves the products because they are such good quality. Don’t ever try to return anything here if you don’t happen to have your receipt. I bought something, less than a month ago, and was told that I could return it as long as I had the phone number or card I used. Well, I gave them the phone number that I ALWAYS use when making purchases here and they claimed that it wasn’t in their system, which is complete bologna! I tried them to get them to look it up with my debit card, and they flat out refused. It wasn’t like I was trying to return a high dollar item, it was an item that was under $10. The cashier was extremely rude. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here, but refuse to even step foot in this joke of a store again.
