Easy to get in and out of the parking lot. This Walmart location is the newest of the 2 in Lynchburg. They have a wide range of product selection and is always great prices. The checkout lines at the Old Forest Road location seem to be much faster then the Wards Road location.

This use to be my favorite Walmart but not anymore. They never have over 3 lines open with cashiers. If Im going to have to do my own check out I should at least get a discount.

Workers were especially nice today. Customer Service desk, cashier, guy at the entrance. Good rxperience.

Well, for all the Wal-Marts I have visited, this gets the job done. It is clean, with items listed with prices being a very good bonus. Organized and kind staff. Nice and big here also, so that means options people. Enjoy your visit here.

I absolutely love using the Walmart grocery app and picking up my groceries on the way home from work! This has saved me at least an hour and a half to two hours out of my week that I can spend doing something else! The crew who bring out the orders are always friendly and helpful.

First off, its Walmart so the most I can give is 4 stars. But then its Covid season. Only 20% of patrons wear masks. No one practiced social distancing. Patrons without masks seemed to get closer to me and my child than those with masks on. No one followed the flow guidelines. No one was asked to put on a mask! In fact, some patrons were walking around with no masks gawking at people and not even shopping. Pretty sad to see a brand care so little for human lives. Then again it is Walmart

I dont like going, too many rude customers, clothes all messed up and thrown on floor.

I find what I need most of the time. After 10:30pm be prepared to wait in long checkout lines. Maybe one or two lines. I guess theres a reason for closing ALL of the self checkouts early. Not sure why. Would be great if they would leave at least a few open.

Tried to get help to load miracle grow garden soil in my car was told I dont work in this area,yet he was standing by their door.

Very organized and clean store. They have a large inventory and because of such, youll either see items you wont see at smaller Wal-mart locations or theyll have a greater number of these items. Overall I can say of all of the ones I visited from Maryland to Florida, this one ranks inside my top 5.

Cashier was nasty and rude. I Walked out and told her Nevermind I will take my business elsewhere!

Folks very friendly. Helped get large packages in the car. Just about everything I needed there. Lots of things on clearance for the season, I stocked up on those. Did most of my monthly shopping today. Enjoyable trip to Lynchburg Walmart from South Boston.

Was going to buy all my weekly groceries was told they didnt accept cash I thought it was an American Company guess I was wrong

Its Wal-Mart. I will say it may be the cleanest neatest Wal-Mart I have ever been to but its stop just Wal-Mart

Everything is as others but as usual...lack of personal. Always moving things around to keep up with the thieves. Workers all seem depressed or concerned over their system to deal with these criminals. Good people, work hard...just these thieves.

Was light there not a lot of people there was in and out and found what I was looking for

Today as busy as they were, this Wal-Mart had only 2 register open that there were cashiers working, but every you scan was opened. The 2 with cashiers were backed up, but no move was made to open any other registers. The lady in front of us was purchasing around $400 in groceries. And, yes the you scan registers were busy as well. But not everyone likes the you scan including myself. Finally as we were just finished having our items rung up and bagged, 1 other register was opened to help take up some of the slack.Used to shop this one all the time as I lived very close. Only shoo there once in awhile now when in that area. Find I will not be shopping much there any more. Will shop the one on Wards Road, even though I hate the parking in that one.

Here the employees actually help and are readily available to do just that and with a friendly smile to boot. And if you are unsatisfied hit up their friendly and willing Store Manager he will be glad to help. This Wal-Mart recently underwent an overhaul and is still one of the premier places to shop on Old Forest Rd in Lynchburg. This place has something for everyone and with grocery pick up plus site to store delivery there is no better time to shop Wal-Mart.

Their employees were as usual Friendly, Curtious & Informative in regards to questions asked. Its been a while since I last shopped there but as per the norm I had no disappointments.

My favourite Walmart in town. Never that busy, faster checkout times, same selection add the others, great customer service, jirai a great Walmart in general.

Lines are aweful. Customer service is aweful. Everytime Ive asked for help it takes forever and employees are just as lost as the customers, they are not helpful at all. Hopefully they will fix the issue and be more helpful. The area makes it convenient but wards rd. Walmart is Always a headache to get to.
