Excellent Customer Service Young man named Austin, I think, was kind & patient checking me out while waiting for last late-night shopper to finish. He shared his dreams of land ownership & humored my 40 year old self sharing my passion for organic farming & skateboarding with 2 dogs. This awesome young man enhanced my experience by going above & beyond to inform me of a nearby Skate Park thats dog friendly 🍞🥪🥭🍓😀👍 💕🚗🎶⛰🛹🎶🐾

First time visiting the store. I was quite impressed except the cashier was rushing me to put my food on the rotor. I was already applying my food to the rotor but paused for one second to put my phone in my purse so I could use both hands. Not sure why she was rushing and a little rude. Was surprised that there was no grocery bags and I had to place my food in the back trunk of my car one by one. Will come prepared next time. Other than those issues the store is an affordable nice place to shop at

Location is conveniently close and accessible. The employees are friendly and helpful. I prefer this grocery store to Food Lion and Kroger. Its smaller than the two, but more affordable. I usually find what I want and then some!

The produce is fresh and fragrant. The variety is basic. The staff is respectful, responsible, professional, welcoming, and kind. The Few Frills Format allows me to find what I need quickly. Having basics as the foundation helps me stay focused and that is very appealing to me. Knowing that packing my own groceries and renting the shopping cart saves me money at the register only adds to my enjoyment of the shopping experience. ALDI is one of my favorite places to shop. I dont go anywhere near as often as I want.

This was a pickup and the staff was speedy and efficient. I got all the groceries that were on my list.

I love their assortment of wines, but there isnt really much id get there, besides some of the produce and there pumpkin spice products. Dont forget to bring your own bags, and a quarter for the cart!

This place is amazing. I have never been to a grocery store with such great prices that also has nick-nacks. I always go here for eggs especially, for $0.98; you cant beat it. I go here so much for eggs that I forget that Sams has a better deal for bulk when family comes into town.Furthermore, when it comes to the nick-nacks, they have so many seasonal items at great prices as well. Such as lawn accessories, furniture, and games. Additionally, dont let there be a sale. I have bought so much here that I have not used everything yet. I simply purchased stuff because I could walk past such a sale. Which is why I never get a cart unless I need it.Last but not least the help here is bar none. Tonya is always so helpful and personable. She make every trip a fun and pleasant experience. Then I leave happy and with my box of groceries!

The last time I went it was just okay because there was lots of empty spaces in the freezer section. There was not much of a selection of their normal products. I generally look forward to looking in their freezer section to see what new and fancy items I can try out.

Best place for groceries in Lynchburg. I drive about 20 min to go here for my weekly shopping, because its absolutely worth it. Great selection, incredible savings, and a staff that is always hard at work. My only wish is that another one opens up somewhere on my side of town (near Rivermont).

I used to shop for groceries at Walmart, $40 each week. Somehow at ALDI, to get exactly the same things, is $16 each week. I dont understand it, but Im not complaining. One thing that isnt cheaper at ALDI is cheese, if you are a cheese-oholic like me. Otherwise, I cant recommend it enough.Remember to bring a quarter to use a cart.

We have been shopping at Aldi for years, first started when we lived in Ireland, then Spain. We were really glad when they opened up here in the States. Prices are good and the quality is very good.

Disappointed they didnt have the chocolate wine ☹️

Being from PA and growing up with this store, I was so happy Lynchburg finally has one in the area. I save so much money instead of spending that $50 at Kroger or Walmart, I only pay about $35 for the same exact thing but with a different name. If you haven’t been, please give this store a try.

I love Aldi for living on a budget. They have a smaller selection than most stores, but their low prices make visiting way worth it. Theres also no stray shopping carts in the parking lot and that is just amazing

An efficient experience -Staff were hardworking and friendly. The layout of the store was easy to navigate and choices of products was sufficient. We were able to get everything on our list. Even though they were very busy the whole trip was much faster than other stores.Im a fan of this different approach to grocery.

Great place for all your grocery needs. Some things are hit or miss but usually something there that could be replaced for another meal option. Bring your quarter and bring your own bags. You wont be disappointed with your ticket price at checkout.

I had heard mixed reviews about ALDI. I have been a couple of times and quite enjoyed it. I have family in Europe who highly recommend it. It is hit or miss with non grocery items. Wine, cheese, and produce have been very good. You need a quarter for the basket and it is returned upon returning the basket, but I always give it to someone coming in. Go in your first time and just walk around. Each time you see something different, Its kind of neat.

What can I say, go there about every two days.

Decent deals and all but I always feel like the cashiers are in a rush and make you feel like you have to rush to get your stuff because they starts tossing the other guests stuff into the cart. They go too fast for it to be good customer service. I just left retail 2 months ago and worked there for a year and a half. You can be nice to the guest and give good customer service and be fast without rushing the guest. Good customer service is just as important as getting the customers checked out as check as possible.

Aldi is a great place to get groceries and random surprises. They often carry interesting but useful non grocery store things. Example my wife brought a simple ottoman here once. Only negative is that you will want to get here early if you are looking for produce as sometimes the crowds can really clean them out.

I find the neatest items and the best quality meats and frozen foods here! I come in here every week, just to look and I always end up buying something! My daughter and granddaughters are always telling me to go by Aldis and get this or that. And the employees are wonderful! Love it!

Good place if your not looking for something really specific. Good prices on quality name brand stuff. You just need to have the right mindset going in. The mindset is to find a deal on good quality food whatever it is. Maybe you will find something you know maybe you will have to try a new brand. Anyway they generally dont have a lot of people to check you out so that ends up being the longest part of your visit. Shoot to visit in off times.

Aldi shopping is the best. You can get an amazing amount of fresh vegetables, a huge variety of cheeses and frozen vegetables for a very reasonable cost, much lower than anywhere else in town. Specialty breads and chocolate are exceptional. If you have not tried it, you are missing out. Great savings on food!!

Well stocked even though we had a big snow storm due the next day. It was very busy with fellow shoppers, stocking up as well yet the lines were very well managed. As one line started to gain in length, an employee swiftly arrived to help out. Most importantly, everyone was friendly.
