This xfinity store is top tier! The reps are very welcoming and transparent with you from the moment you walk through the door. 10/10 recommend.
DO NOT Sign up with this company. My credit score dropped dramatically because they changed my bills due date without telling me. In fact, they have changed my bills due date and the rate three times in the past month. Im only still with them because Im afraid Ill be hurt even more if I cancel services with all this still up in the air. This should be a problem customer service could solve but they have only made it worse. Everytime I have called they have hung up after I described the problem. Customer service is based out of Asia and unfortunately no one I have spoken to can understand what happened. Furthermore they also hang up if I ask for a supervisor. I am beyond angry with this company. Save yourself the headache, go with a better company.

I called Xfinity because I wasnt able to access channels that I was paying for, and the representative remotely reset my system and after an hour of failing to fix my problem, I was finally able to persuade him to schedule an appointment with a technician.After about an hour the technician who came to my residence was finally able to resolve my technical issues, however he was unprofessional in appearance and demeanor. His pants were hanging down totally exposing his underwear and he was curt and rude.The third-party contractors that Xfinity hires as technicians leave a lot to be desired. Because of my unsatisfactory interaction with this technician I would advise everyone not to have anything to do with Xfinity/Comcast. This company doesnt even merit a one-star rating. Word to the wise ...
Everything about comcast is terrible. Vale compared to other providers is lacking. Customer Service is horrendous. Constant price increases are your reward for being a loyal paying customer.

To cut my service off they charged me $68 even though my contract has been up for years. Their service stays off more than on. Went by the store yesterday to drop of equipment and they were closed for having technical difficulties. I drove 60 miles that day to get there and had to drive another 60 today. The employees don’t care what efforts you make. Never, ever again. If I had gone paperless it would have been worse. My advice to you is leave Xfinity alone and never go paperless.
Friendly service and didnt fix my problem. Had to call qn fix it so I recommend only getting your equipment from here.
We purchased xfinity internet because they have a monopoly in our area. We have no choice. I’d love to use Lumos or Cox, but can’t. Xfinity’s speeds are ok but expensive compared to other providers right outside of our area. Now Xfinity is starting to charge expensive penalties for exceeding data limits (I think to force people to an even more expensive plan). I’ll find a way to get internet somewhere else!
The store has nice employees but the company.....smh The customer service line, you can forget it! They are not well trained at all! Hours on the phone so many times. Ill never get that time back. They have been charging me for equipment I returned years ago and wont refund my money. They gave to receipt of the return, never removed if from my bill. Never do paperless.
Service was okay, but felt like even as I was being helped that the employee was running to help another worker. Im not in a rush and dont mind if someone needs extra help but going back and forth multiple times makes me feel as if my issues does not matter. Otherwise, despite the visit taking longer than it needed to I was able to get my problem resolved.

Kudos to Jessica at the Lynchburg store. She went above and beyond to help my husband with his cell phone issues. She contacted Samsung by text to get a ticket started for repair or replacement since the Xfinity store only does sales. She certainly did not have to do that as she could have just explained to us what to do and sent us on our way. I would highly recommend seeing Jessica as she is very professional, helpful, friendly and exceeded our expectations. Hopefully Samsung will stand behind their products and do the right thing.
Internet service is a commodity more valuable than gold. It’s how we communicate, work, have check ups with our doctor, etc. currently, many folks are working from home and many of those same folks work in crucial industries. When their internet consistently goes out for maintenance during a work week (specifically on 8/11/2020 at 3pm for 2+ hours and then on 8/12/2020 at 2pm for one hour) this can cause significant problems which in some extreme cases can be the difference between a medical patient’s health, a financial advisors clients financial situation, a normal employees job security (if they can’t do their job). Internet maintenance must be conducted during non-business hours, especially while so many are working from home. Do NOT continue to maintenance internet services during a work week and affect thousands of your customers jobs who pay your salaries.
They cut off my service and forced me to drive 30 miles to their store to have it cut back on
I love Xfinity. I visited this store last week with my small children to sign up for tv/internet/mobile. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even the store manager Tim played with my little ones while I signed up. I was assisted by Marina who gave me the best deals. I was in and out so quickly. The connection is strong, we are able to stream 6+ devices. The whole experience was hassle free. Go in today. You won’t regret it!

I went in trying to see if we were in the service area for Comcast in the town I just moved to, and while unfortunately it seems my fiancée and I live in a part that Comcast does not service, the staff here was incredible. They were very friendly, and went so far as to assist us in finding out who does service our area, and telling us a bit about certain companies to avoid, or that they hear good things about. If Comcast ever began moving into where we are now at I’d seriously consider switching immediately if that’s the kind of customer service we can find from them locally!
Service is terrible. Don’t even think about calling for help. It’s impossible to speak to a human. They send you emails for free channels but when you try to watch them Well guess WHAT you need a subscription. The Internet they provide is spotty at best.
They had us in and out in about 15 minutes. Not only that gave we a really great price on internet and we were able to get a SIC. Now it didnt work but the tech came out and help us. No problem. It wasnt something on our end. Overall, great service.
Awful in every way - 800 # will steal an entire day from your life.... and still nothing gets resolved..... yup - bad day with Xfinity by Comcast - steer clear - cant tell you all the nice people I talked with... and they want to help you but... they dont know how to resolve anything....
Mr. Tim Royster is a great manager for this store. Working with him right now on a personal issue and he has truly been nothing but extremely receptive, concerning, and waiting on the his call. Hopefully the out come will be as good as he seems to be.

Comcast has sent 3 service techs out and each time never fixed the problem. 2 techs said there was a problem with the outside line and no one has ever fixed the problem .Even talked to a supervisor and he acted like he didnt even care. I have called til I just dont care anymore either .getting this junk cut off. My advice is dont get Comcast.

Constantly goes out. I have called and complained and they put me over to someone that just says they are working on it. No customer service skills whatsoever. Very unsatisfied would drop them if there was another option in my area. Even if it cost more. They are terrible
We have 4 lines with Xfinity mobile, and two of the phones have broken screens. We have been waiting for the new Galaxy to come out so that we could upgrade to the most recent phone, but my wife went to the store here in Lynchburg Virginia and they told her theyre not open for anything other than cash payments at this time. When she called the toll free number to try and upgrade over the phone, the woman she spoke with said that its nonsense, and all stores should be open for full service. We will be changing carriers because if after all these years, we cant get good customer service, well go elsewhere.

I wish there was a way to rate zero. This place honestly has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My wife and I set up service a month ago with Pam (who must have been drunk or high), because she set up the account under Matt (my name is Ian). I gave her my credit card so she could set me up for auto pay (costs $1 to set up); she charged me but didnt set it up. So now I find out I have a past due amount, dont have access to my account because Im Ian, not Matt, and Alisha who is helping me in the store on Wards says I cant do anything here, youll have to call the 1800 number. What a joke! Do they explain to their employees what CUSTOMER SERVICE means? Ready to leave Xfinity for good!!!
Where do I start? Everything about Comcast Xfinity is a nightmare. An endless fight to get decent service in every category. I’m not going to hope this review helps, because it’s been going on for years. We’ll see.

I was looking to get internet service provided to my new apartment in Lynchburg. I showed up expecting long wait times and a lot of misunderstanding between the employees and me, but as soon as I walked in, I was helped immediately, and the service was incredible! I was able to tell the employee what I needed and she worked her magic to make it happen. The staff are much like a family to each other and are very willing to give customers the exact thing they need or better!
Haven’t had a good experience here. I understand having a centralized customer service location but we had a terrible experience with the xfinity rep and it feels defeating when nothing can be done to complain or report. These reps also will give false information just to push you out the door instead of working to problem solve and fix issues. Please fix this xfinity, hold your employees accountable!
Go get Verizon wireless and actually get a signal.Comcast customer service is the worst.Employees are rude and dont understand how their own services work.AVOID!

The girls there were wonderful we came and they were about to close but they took the time to get a set up and were very friendly.
I love the new location. Everyone that I dealt with was very nice. I had a chewed up remote and they replaced it for free.

Our entire experience has been terrible, were first ignored by the workers in store and then treated unprofessionally and then sent away without help. We called and chatted with representatives that called us liars after showing them proof of our address. We were told the problem would be fixed and had to call back in when it was not. The service both online and in store was horrid. I will be selling my xfinity phone and switching service. I refuse to be treated as they have treated me and hope to save others from this kind of treatment. The coverage is not bad but the service is quite frankly horrid.
