Office runs smoothly- friendly staff- Dr, Villa is wonderful! First time patient - he explained everything very well

Horrible experience with Frank Villa. I have never been treated or talked to by any doctor...ever...the way Frank Villa talked to my son and I. I can offer many examples of what he said, but the most profound example from our conversation yesterday pertains to my sons exam. He said, The numbers are the same from last year. I said, Oh, so his vision hasnt changed? He then said in a hateful voice, I dont believe I said that now did I?! Evidently I misunderstood what he said, but those were his words. This was just one of his rude, uncomfortable comments which he made at the very end of the 2.5 hours we spent in his office. Anyhow, hopefully others have not had the same experience, this is my first time writing a review on anyone but I thought it was necessary after how frustrated I felt leaving this office. As a side note, the ladies up front were very nice.

He’s a very great optometrist, who cares a lot about his patients and work.

Very negative experience with Frank Villa during my first, and last, visit almost two years ago. Didn’t like his demeanor or attitude. I will never (emphasis on “never”) go back.I’m leaving this review because I was just going through my Blocked Messages on my phone. In spite of having asked several times over the last couple of years or so to have my name removed from their “call” list, I continue to receive vm messages asking me to call to schedule an appointment. Their latest one was left yesterday. This, two years after my first (and last) appointment with Frank Villa.So, I just checked the reviews and surprise, I’m not alone.Update - 9-23-20 Just checked my Blocked calls and have yet another voicemail asking me to call their office. At this point, it’s just plain comical. Sloppy, but comical.

Very rude staff. Terrible customer service

My daughters glasses were spose to be in on the 25th I called and this said it will be next week. Other then that I had no problems

Very rude. I wasn’t understanding some things he was saying and when I asked questions he treated me as if I was dumb. He also acted as if I was lying about my eye sight and told me he couldn’t give me a diagnosis. Will not be going back.

I have tried, others love frank villa
