Amanda is amazing!! She’s always willing to accommodate whatever you need….I needed contacts and was able to send her everything electronically and my contacts were ordered!!I’ve worn contacts for 31 years and this was the easiest order I’ve ever placed!!!

I got my last 2 glasses at Walmart and 1 of the lenses was wrong in both of them. I decided to go to AG Jefferson in Lynchburg this time and so glad I did! My glasses were perfect and the staff is super nice!

I recently moved to the area and stopped by A.G. Jefferson Opticians to see about ordering some replacement ear pieces for frames that I had purchased elsewhere and that did not fit. They suggested re-bending the temple/ear pieces while I waited and in a matter of minutes my old frames fit so well that I did not need new frames. They refused to take any payment. My old optician has been bought out by a national chain and my experience has demonstrated the value of professional personalized service in an era of impersonal efficiency. When I get a new prescription next year, I will be getting my glasses at A.G. Jefferson Opticians.

Amazing staff with amazing service! I needed a new pair of glasses and went in and Linda helped me pick out the perfect pair, she even ordered a pair of frames for me to try on that they didnt have in stock. When I went back in to pick them up Stefani helped fit them perfectly! A few weeks later my glasses ended up getting a huge scratch on them and Stefani ordered a new set of lenses and replaced them within just a few days. I highly recommend going to them for any of your needs whether it is repairs or new lenses!!!

Bought glasses online and needed them to be adjusted. Emailed a couple shops around town and Linda W. at AG Jefferson Opticians was the first to respond to me. I went in and she took care of my adjustment at no charge and gave me a couple tips on fit and such! Ended up having to go back to get a second adjustment but got the same high level of customer service and was in and out in no time! I also really enjoy the Saturday hours as my work schedule doesn’t allow me to get in during the week. All in all, highly professional staff and nice and clean shop! Will be sure to use again! I was extremely pleased with the staff at A. G. Jefferson! I have a nickel allergy and they went out of their way to contact the lense manufacturer to make sure there is no nickel in any of the chemicals they use in the lense treatments. Other shops did not offer to do this at all. They also knew which frames were nickel free. They were very knowledgeable with my insurance provider, where other shops were not. I worked with three different Opticians and every one was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and friendly! I love my new nickel free glasses and I will defintely recommend A. G. Jefferson to my friends and family.
