Always a good experience except when its super busy of course you gotta wait in line BUT its usually not for that long.I dont really have any complaints but wish we could see better out of the surrounding store windows because every time I go inside to pay for gas i always forget what pukp Im at and cant see it from the register soni always have to leave the line to go look because i cant see put the windows even if its my fault for forgetting. Would just be more convenient is all.

Good service unless Grubhub is involved. Multiple times my order is wrong, either with missing or simply incorrect items. The lack of consistency is frustrating.

Service was great, cashier was friendly but the ladies bathroom was very dirty and I asked my boyfriend how the mens bathroom was and he said it was clean, this may not be the fault of the workers but more the customers but its sorta your job to keep the bathroom clean

Sheetz is the best gas stations in the USA. Great price, friendly staff, and amazing atmosphere.

My order wasn’t what I ordered lol but seriously the cashier was great, I ordered a veggie sub and I’m sure they didn’t use clean gloves. I had an headache and upset stomach after a few bites. The drink station could have been cleaner and the floor was dirty behind the drink machine, noticed it when I was walking to the lottery machine. But the lady at the register was super sweet and patient.

I went in and ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I got to work my bagel had barely any cream cheese. Make sure u tell them u want enough cream cheese or u will be unpleasantly surprised.

Just like a lot of places around Lynchburg they arent enforcing the mask mandate. Places like this is why its hard to get this under control. Having signs posted on the doesnt do any good if it dont stand by the mandate.

Very disappointing experience at this Sheetz location. I ordered two food items that took nearly twenty minutes to be prepared. I question why it was taking so long, and the employee fixing the food stated that a bunch of people ordered fried food at the same time. I suppose you need to coordinate your trip to this Sheetz location with other citizens. I will never go back there again. 🙁🙁🙁🙁

Signs saying face mask required but there was no enforcement of customers and the staff were not wearing their masks over their noses.

I got a turkey wrap and it was half put together. So much mayo, bacon wasnt done, turkey was slimy. And the guy who made it looked like he didnt want to be there. Never again am I getting food from here.

I was there around 12 am. I had just got off work and I was hungry and tired. I ordered a small chicken bite, no fries, no other sides, and no drink. It took literally 20 minutes to get my food, and I had to ask the manager what was going on, and had I not asked, then I would’ve had to wait even longer for my food.

I had gone three days without food. Wandering through several feet of snow, I trotted down wards road looking for a place that would satisfy a craving stronger than any craving that a man should ever have to experience. Fighting frostbite, I managed to come through the door. I was immediately greeted by Yvette, who warmly welcomed me to their fine convenience store. I quickly limped over to the ordering-machine. As soon as I placed myOrder, Joey Deffner looked me in the eye and said “I’m going to make this perfect, just for you”. Less than a moment later, a quesorito descended from heaven and landed in my lap. I ate it, and then went into a food-induced coma, dreaming about the incredible experience that I just had.

My sandwich was delicious and the price was awesome. Forget 6 dollar foot long go to Sheetz for 5 dollar foot long with better bread options and more flavor choices.

Forgot half of my sub when I ordered a whole (and payed for a whole), and literally burned my friends sausage baddly. It was hard and it literally was like flaky charcoal in the middle... not impressed. Check food before you leave for sure!
