Incredible work from Eric and the team at Deacon’s! I’ve been over there several times for different issues with both Toyota vehicles and they always get it taken care of. They’re honest and tell me what the issue is without complicating it. Their price is competitive and turnaround time is great! Deacon’s is the only mechanic I’ve gone to since I went the first time, couldn’t recommend them more!

I have been very pleased in the past with their work up until now. I have a extended warranty on a truck that they have worked on in the past on non warranty issues. But I had a issue with something that was warranty related and Eric said he would do it. He took all my warranty information and didn’t say that it was a problem until the next day. He said he thought about it and decided not to work on it because it was a warranty related issue. I have advised all of my family not to use this company because it’s not professional to take a vehicle and the warranty information and then decide not to do the work, especially when we called and ask him if he would do warranty work.

They do a fantastic job 👍 guys are crafty in what they do. I have dealt with 3 generations of family there for 50 plus years. Yes been a bump or 2 in road, but that what I love about them always worked it out.

I went to the dealership I bought my Jeep from 5 times for overheating issues while under warranty and they were never able to find the issue. These guys figured it out and fixed it in a couple of hours. Good customer service, fairly priced!

I called for a price quote after a family member suggested this garage instead of where I usually go. The first call I made wasnt returned, even though he said he would call me. When I called back the next day, I was told they arent interested in the repair I was asking about, with no explanation as to why. Kind of a disappointing and weird response for a business to give a potentially new customer.

Average garage. I failed state inspection there for a tie rod. Was far from home, so I couldnt fix it myself and save about $100 bucks, but Im pretty sure he gave me a discount and rushed me through in less than an hour. Moral of the story is to get inspections close to home or expect to pay a lot.

My uncle recommended Deacons to me and I couldnt be more pleased with the service. I think Ive found my new mechanic after my recent experience.Long story short - Ive been dealing with an issue that my normal mechanic of over 10 years was either unable or unwilling to explore. The Toyota dealership found $2600 worth of repairs to do but also couldnt figure out the primary problem. After briefly explaining the issue Eric and the team immediately diagnosed the problem and had a quote to me within 24 hours. I dropped my vehicle off Monday night and was back in the drivers seat Wednesday evening. Couldnt ask for a better turnaround time
