Couldnt ask for better customer service and very knowledgeable employees. I love every auto zone Ive ever been to! This was my first time at this location and it definitely wont be my last! I was very impressed all the way around. Thank you everyone keep up the great work 👍

Very disappointed in employees. I used to love shopping at your Timberlake Rd. location. Two employees behind the counter. One male and one female. I was standing at the counter as I listened to the female complain about being bored and couldnt wait on the end of shift. The guy glanced at me and turned backed towards the girl as if I wasnt there. I interrupted them with a question on something I was looking for. He looked at me and said if you didnt see it over there we dont have it. My last trip there. Went across the road at your competitor and made the purchase. They came around the counter and walked over to the products and explained all of my choices. Your loss is their gain.

20+ minutes waiting in line after driving 15 minutes from the Fort Ave location because they told me that Timberlake Road would have it, waited and waited and waited... Not the fault of staff but they could have shortened my hour of nonsense by saying no where in town has it.Thanks for nothing. Never again.

AutoZone is the place to go for hard-to-find parts at great prices! A little wait at the counter, but worth it. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable!

They could really use some help and a little better ordering contact process. Made an order it arrived never got a call I had to call them on two different times. There is always an extended wait.

They act like youre a bother to help with getting what you want.

Worst Autozone I have ever been in. Three people working, 2 stared at me waiting at the counter for 10 Minutes! Not worth walking in the door.

Went in Monday to order a PCV employee told me it would be in by 11 am Tuesday... go in Tuesday to pickUp part at 11:30 am was told it wouldn’t be in until 1:30 pm same day .... go back Wednesday morning still no part ... tell them to call me when it gets inNo call was on that side of town swung by to checkIt was there ..... big waste of time should have just used amazon prime

Needed a new battery for my car key. They had it in stock and installed it for me. This is my go to place for wipers, fluids and other help. Very friendly and helpful employees.

This is a decent autozone. I have visited it many times. They usually have what im looking but they are usually just 2 people working and they will be helping someone.

Very friendly, but an employee tried to help me change a part that isnt a part they normally change. He ended up getting burned from not changing it properly, he heard too replace the coolant, and all I really wanted to do was return the part and get my money back. I appreciate the guy l gesture so for that I cant be but so upset I know he was just trying to be helpful....

This is a hub location AutoZone, so they have more inventory than smaller stores in the area. The staff Ive worked with there have been very good, and the store stocks a lot of parts that might be hard to find elsewhere without special orders. Good people to deal with and worth the longer trip than your closer parts stores if you dont have time to wait.

I bought a light for my back taillight and the workers were super helpful and friendly! I know nothing about cars and the man kindly changed my tail light for me even though he said they dont usually do that. Thanks AutoZone!

I dont see how this place is even still in business the people they have working in the Timberlake road store have no common sense I think they should fire every one of them and start over with a bunch of know it all teens with Hondas. Might get better service

Waited for 10 minutes for help one associate was outside with customer and the other was doing a commercial account and said myself and the other two customers were just gonna have to wait. Once finally waited on service was fast. Hope they get some more help so customer service can improve

They had my part. But when I asked them to put the air filter in, they said it was too windy. Really?? My son put it in for me. Disappointed

Definitely prefer advanced auto over AutoZone. AutoZone attracts people who understand customer service but don’t have actual experience in automotive maintenance. Good store though, great parts at a cheap price.

GO ACROSS THE STREET! The AutoZone website let me enter my car information and then showed me which part to buy. Under the item it said matches your car. Spoiler alert: it didnt. I returned it to the store and was asking questions about which mirror would be right. The employee handed me my receipt and started helping the person behind me. I said excuse me, but do you have the right part? He seemed annoyed and said no and continued helping the male customer behind me. I left feeling like Id wasted my time and money. The employee didnt even pretend to check and see if they had the right part. Now I have an old car, so they might not have had it, but I was still appalled by the lack of customer service. I went across the street to advanced auto parts and not only did the man there find the right part, he came out to my car to make sure it was the correct item. All of this even though they dont even sell the part. He wrote down the part number and the name of the company who sells it, then he found the cheapest website for me and wrote that down too. I didnt have to wait in line and someone actually helped me and genuinely seemed to care.

Stood in line a long time waiting for help one worker promised to help me next and then a girl with yoga pants came in and he flew outside with her. The guy who finally helped me was nice and apologized.

We received the help we needed in short time. And thier prices were better then the competitors for the part we ordered. Will come again.

The last time I went here they were so rude to me. I ended up leaving and going across the street to advanced auto parts because I was so uncomfortable.

Ive recently started doing simple maintenance on my cars and not only is this a convenient location for me to get supplies, but the staff was friendly, helpful and remember me when I made multiple trips for parts.I was really impressed when I was having difficulty finding why my car was misfiring on one cylinder and the staff was so helpful, they helped a newbie likee.fogure out what might be wrong, how to save money fixing it myself and they gave advice on how to do the job best!In the end my cars works like new again and I feel comfortable asking for help with these guys. Autozone on Timberlake rd are exceptional. My parts are always the right ones. The employees are always friendly, and courteous. Unlike the advance auto across the street. They never give me the right parts. Thats why I only buy from autozone.

If I could give this place a zero I would! Long story short, I’ve already spent $900 in repairs for my car and then needed a new battery. First I called to make sure they were able to put my battery in. Mind you I called for about 2 days speaking with a manager name Richard. He knew the type of vehicle I had and told me that it would take 30 mins to install. I called again before I went up there just to make sure because I had to jump my car to even get it there. I speak with some associate who has these gauges in his ears. Asks me what kind of car is it and said ok you know it’ll take 30 mins to install right and I said yes that’s what Richard told me over the phone I’m fine with that. After going through some questions on the monitor he then says oh you have a cobalt.... something we been established... He said he can’t help me even if the manager told me they could because he is “new” they wouldn’t honor the incorrect information given nor apologize for the time I wasted and risked to come. AND STILL TRIED TO SELL ME THE BATTERY. I went to Orileys right across the street and had my battery installed a little under 15 mins AND saved 40 dollars.

Check engine light came on, employee told me it was the catalyst and I needed to buy catalyctic converter cleaner, $26.98. Drive 30 miles if light still on he would reset. I went back after 60 miles to which I was told,(it is against our policy to reset lights.)
