I needed a car rather quickly and went to PICKNDRIVE because I heard good things about them. I was not disappointed. Joe was recommended to me and lived up to his billing. He listened to me and helped me find just what I needed. PICKNDRIVE is the best place to buy your vehicle. They work their best to get you in the vehicle you want. Joe was our sales person and man he’s The Man!! Joe even went out of his way to travel 45 miles to get signatures and the money. I’ll be going there again when I need another vehicle. Thank you Joe and PICKNDRIVE. I will go back and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used car.

Do not buy here. We were sold a vehicle with taped on, YES TAPED on parts. That came off while driving on the freeway. We reported immediately on our 2 hour trip home. The place was already closed, but the next day the owner stated it was a dirty sensor... LIES it is a salvaged vehicle not disclosed deemed unsafe to drive. The whole front of the vehicle was poorly put back together and came apart once we headed on the freeway. The finders, trim and grill had missing bolts, and taped on parts. We caused an accident when a taped on piece flew off the car going 75 on the freeway. Please do not buy here!

If your priorities are functionality, price, and unusually low mileage on models 7 to 3 years old, though with a bit of risk, then this is your place, as far as my wife and I can tell.My wife and I have always bought our cars used from the owners. However, we drove from Amarillo because of their competitive prices. Our process:We compared prices on the website, and set up a time to drive some of them after calling. Unfortunately, the one we thought we might buy sold quickly before we could make the drive. However, we came to Lubbock and found 3 cars that were within our price range, were from trusted companies (Nissan, Hyundai, Honda) and were low-mileage. We then drove each of them and asked for pictures of the cars as they were bought at auction.Important aside: these cars are so cheap for the mileage and/or youth of the vehicles because Pickndrive claims it 1) buys cosmetically damaged vehicles at auction and 2) has their own body shop. This has the advantage of lower price, but the disadvantage of the associates not knowing much of the history of the vehicle besides the state of the vehicle at auction. Get the Carfax. If not for just peace of mind, get the carfax. All 3 of the vehicles had either been bought without damage (the Honda), or with minor, non-structural rear bumper damage (the Nissan and Hyundai). Be sure to check the trunk, as there may be missing cosmetic inlay (Nissan and Hyundai). They assured us they would get the inlay, and call us when we could pick it up. Get the Carfax. (Aside ended)After seeing the pictures, none of the cars had been badly damaged, and after conferring together my wife and I chose the 2013 Nissan Altima which had 38,500 Miles, for a total - which included the tax and title they do there - of $10,740.70. List price was $9,621. We did not get the Carfax until afterward - that is my only regret. Get. The. Carfax. Although it worked out fine for us, there is too much risk without getting it before signing and paying.During this process, we were helped and welcomed by multiple people, Joe (the owner) welcomed us, and Tyrone sat in on our test drives. Neither were pushy or very concerned about commission, as it was neither of them that finalized the sale, but Leticia did. The whole process, from start to finish took two hours, and I read all the paperwork carefully. A very pleasant experience.Some tips: you do not need to sign the arbitration paperwork, which obligates you by law to come to Pickndrive first if there is initially anything wrong with the vehicle rather than using the justice system. We did, however, because it did not seem to legally bind us to much, and mostly showed they cared enough to want to fix any problem, and not get bogged down in the court system.I say again. Get the Carfax.Conclusion:Although I was asked to give a 5 star rating, I give it a very high 4 because the lack of history on all the cars is honestly a very scary fact. The previous owners could have been very unkind, or had great structural problems, but there would be no knowing. Were they to fix this and already have the Carfax for their customers, Pickndrive would be perhaps exactly what all used car lot ought to be, but as it is, there is a great deal more risk than should ever be offered for a purchase of over $10,000 (At least for this poor couple).

I purchased a vehicle from Pick N Drive auto and when I initially was making my purchase I was told that they were going to replace all of the tires on the vehicle with NEW tires because the ones that were on the car were completely worn out and the back lamp light was not working I would never spend $13,000 on a vehicle that has lights on the dashboard of something not working well it took over a month for me to finally hear something about the lamp light coming in to the shop and I called and talked to Reagan 3 times and was told he would contact me about the light and not once did he call me back I had to continually call to just get the run around and when I went to get the light they sent me to the mechanic who was supposedly on lunch and we never got into contact with him so we ended up having to change the light ourselves well here it is not even 2 months since I’ve purchased my vehicle and I’m having to pay close to $1,000 to replace all 4 of the tires that SUPPOSEDLY were replaced before I got my vehicle if I would’ve known what I know now I would’ve taken my business elsewhere because I am a mother of 3 and I do not have time to be running around fixing things on a vehicle that were already supposed to have been taken care of by the dealer that were in the contract when I signed I hardly drive my car around so there is no way I should be having to replace my tires already....if you say you’re going to do something for a customer you need to fulfill that statement and not do the bare minimum just to get a sale. If you do purchase from this dealership I would be cautious in any promises they make to you before your purchase.

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER! My boyfriend was excited to get a car from pickndrive. He found a nice 2019 Altima for a great price. I made sure he asked about the history of the car and if there were any prior accidents because the price was too good to be true. The car salesman ( or WOMAN) Leticia told him there was no prior accidents. There also was NO lights on the car (i.e no check engine, oil change light, etc). AFTER PURCHASING THE VEHICLE IN FULL not even 2 weeks later theirs lights popping up all over. Change oil, mass airflow sensor error, NOT EVEN THE AC WORKS ANYMORE. THE KEY SYSTEM ERROR LIGHT IS ON. THE BUMPER IS COMING OFF. WE CALLED UP THERE OBVIOUSLY WITH COMPLAINTS AND JOE says the car was in an accident and we’re lying about the problems with the car because he’s drove it back and forth to dallas since they’ve had the car on the lot. SO THEY ADMIT TO LYING ABOUT THE CAR NOT HAVING PRIOR ACCIDENTS! And then they promised to fix the mechanical issues (there was a whole list of problems that Nissan Mcgavock gave us at their dealership) and of course, They lose it and have never fixed any of the issues. Very pitiful and i’d NEVER EVER RECOMMEND getting a car from these liars. We definitely would love our money back and you can take your janky car back.

Very friendly, the whole buying process was quick and super easy! They give you space when youre looking at the cars so youre comfortable AND dont feel pressured the entire time. I highly recommend you guys to and talk to JOE if youre looking for a car!

All cars are rebuilt, clean cars though. But I didn’t purchase because of the rebuilt titles. They don’t advertise that either.Only complaint really is their customer service. They don’t seem to care to sell a car, a lot of one word replies, I spoke to 3 or 4 different employees. They should definitely try a little harder and be more friendly.Most were Facebook messages, and one phone call. Very short conversations.Their replies on their reviews are border line unprofessional lashing out at people calling them out selling salvaged cars, when that’s what a rebuilt title is.

2 years ago we bough a car from this place, and its still in perfect shape, so when it came time to buy a car for our 17 years old son, we went back to them and oh man they had grown so much. They literally had over 70 vehicles to chose from on the lot. Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about every single car they had for sale. We were in and out the dealership in less than 40 min with the perfect car for our teenage boy. At this rate this company will outperform everyone else in the market. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN!!!!

I was going to purchase a vehicle through this company and had a deal made and scheduled a time and date. I woke up and had cash in hand and waited for the meet time we set for the l purchase and they didn’t show. I sent a message 10 min after set time stating i was ready and had the money ready letting them know i was waiting. No response. They didn’t even call to say they weren’t going to be able to make it or let me know anything. I decided to message them 3 hours after set time and let them know that I would be moving on and an instant reply of “ok” was received. Unprofessional and disrespectful! Sad to say I have a taste of destain for this business😒...

We didnt have all the money for the car at once but they worked out with us and hold the car for 2 weeks until we could fully pay for it. They do not accept payment, but they really helped us get the car we really wanted. Nice people with great vehicle!!

Before purchasing a vehicle from this place my family and i was a little skeptical about this place. People had put bad reviews that they were selling flooded cars and so on. ALL THIS WAS A LIE! they do not sell flooded cars. Some vehicles have rebuilt titles yes! but they do show you what happened to the car . they have pictures of the car before it was fixed and most of these cars were in fender benders. This place is beautiful with a lot of great cars, good price and the owner Joe such a nice gentleman, offered us free drinks and snacks . If they had more stars ⭐️🤩 I would have given it to them. we bought 2 cars from them so far and i am sending all my friends and family there, Great business !!
