DO NOT GO HERE! This is a warning to anyone thinking they may get a good deal here. The guy working here (believe it was Nick) sold me a car he said was completely fine. Turns out the airbags were broken, the entire ABS system was about to fail. It was basically a death trap just waiting to kill someone. He assured me that if there was any issues he would take the car back. Unheard of I know. My mistake, the next few weeks consisted of this guy leaving town, ignoring my calls, and lying to my face. It was only with the threat of legal action and a lawyer did I actually get some justice. Save yourself trouble, this places needs to be SHUT DOWN! Its a scam with a store front.

Horrible experience.. did not receive car for more than a yr..stilld dont have it. He will not return calls we payed him over 8,000 an almost a yr later and nothing. He didnt agree to the court terms we are suing. Do not go through Ace motors! worst dealer in lubbock. Nick is a crook and should not have a business..save your money.🚫⛔

Its alright. A bit disorganized and unprofessional. The guys are very nice just need to work on communication between each other as well as when making a sale dont put your customers off like they dont exist if they put money down on a car and put them in a situation where they have to go out of their way to get things taken care of for the car that the dealership should have done prior to posting the vehicle for sale to begin with.They make claim that everything in the cars work. Car i bought the back windows didnt work, the cigarette lighters didnt work. The stereo is completely fried. The seat motor would go back but not forward so had to pay $320 just to fix the seat an windows to their mechanic after purchasing the car. The gasket around the drivers door fell off the day after buying as well like it had been barely stuck back on there. They stated the car was all wheel drive because it is the touring edition, but it is 2 wheel drive. The list goes on. The first vehicle that money was put down on was the wrong info as well. My friend got her a car right after I did and weeks later is still waiting for a code from them to get her radio working and they havent bothered to do at least that much.They need to get more organized and be more professional with things. When you claim a car has everything working then later claim well the motor is all that has to be working to make that claim. That just shows more about a companies honesty and state of mind than anything right there. Wont be recommended this place unless you have time to wait for them to figure out what is where so they can sell you the car and tell you a car will be ready to go one day an you end up 3 days later the car still isnt ready and they want you to take it somewhere for them after you pay for it telling you that youll have to leave it where ever for a few days for it to get detailed an such. So if you got time to be on their butts about stuff getting done making sure you get what you pay for. Then great place to get a car. I will say whats under the hood does work fine. So the cars will run. The rest of the car is the issue.

Bought a used Mazda 2010. Price was total a steal for a little less than 100k miles! Lowest in Lubbock. Good job Nick and co.

Horrible!!!!Please dont buy here!!!My sister buy cash at ACE motors and at first everything looked good, but within hours of buying it, everything began to fail, we took it to the mechanic and he said that the engine was about to go out of business! I had to change radiator and other things, they simply said that there was no guarantee, and that they no longer had responsibility for that.dont spend your money there, the cars dont work!

This is by far the most ridiculous place I have ever been to. The guy nick knew nothing about the vehicles as well as every vehicle on that property has major issues from broken windows and flat tires to trash inside the vehicles and so on they are scam artist beware don’t buy anything from this guy ever they are liars!!!!!!! We personally witnessed nick tell a guy that he would kill him right in front of us an absolute joke of a place!!!

Its not the best dealership in town but the costumer service its really good. If you are about to buy a car here, be aware of the car itself because the guaranty that they offer doesnt apply at all.

These people are thieves and they say they dont care if they get a bad rap cause all used car dealers have one and people will still buy from them. Sold a car to us that went out due to electrical issues, not just the alternator. they said it was our problem we paid for it and would not give us back our money or make a change in vehicles or help with repairs. they lied and knew of these issues ahead of time

Ace motors is where Nick Nick works with his partner, I bought a vehicle from them last Wednesday and it locked up last Friday, literally a day and a half later, when i took it to a mechanic they said the oil pump was out and had been going out for some time and the LIFTERS 3 out of 4 as well as the timing belt, when I told Nick nick this he said no i sold you a great car really the engine is locked while the timing chain hangs down!!! Be careful with this guy if he sells you a bad car he wont give you your money back and he wont trade it for any of his others like his sign claims sell, buy, trade

This is my third car from Ace. Nick is very polite and prices are literally lowest than anywhere in Lubbock period.

We bought a car for 3,000 and turns out it has 8,000$ worth of problems. My kids and I could have been in an accident because of these serious issues. They said everything was fine with it.Steering, transmission, ball joints, dead battery ect.Now have to go and find another car and I’m out 3,000 that I still have to pay back to my bank.

They suck they sold me a lemon and when i called them to tell them know that our mechanic told us that it Was the motor they said there was nothing they can do. I dnt think thats fair after i worked hard to save that money which was almost 7k. They just said sorry and thats all. Do not buy them anything they Will rip you off

Nick is a total liar they do not do what they say and it end up costing us 5,000 dollars after our purchase. He promised us a warranty and several other things that he did not follow through with.
