Just tired and ready to go home with their cats after being made to wait all day to sign paperwork. They rush you through signing the paperwork and don’t give you time to read every detail.The salesman stated that the insurance through Fiesta covered the car through them if the car is totaled or stolen and that they would pay the balance and put you in a new car with no downpayment. Well guess what my car was totaled and now they don’t want to pay. They want me to go through my regular car insurance to get them to pay so that way they can be off the hook. Lily stated that I shouldn’t have had full coverage then their insurance would cover it. That makes no sense. So I shouldn’t have Full coverage on a financed car so I could be left screwed if anything outside of theft or a total loss occurred.There’s $1500 left on the car And after the exorbitant interest rate they charged, that’s small change for them to write off. Just know that they do not stand behind anything they tell you. Had a problem with the car the first week and took it back to them within the covered 30 day warranty and was told nothing was wrong with the car. I took the car to the Nissan Dealer service department and there was an issue with transmission. I just paid and had it fixed because I didnt want to deal with all the back and forth and their dodgy dishonest behavior.DO NOT BUY HERE! I was new to town and needed a car and came here after seeing a commercial. Big mistake that I have paid for 3 years. Dishonest place, rude people on the phone in payment and Lily in insurance is very condescending in her tone

Buyer beware. I we t to them in 2015 and put a down payment for a car. I was shown a black Ford Escort. So I picked it. The salesman stated, yeah we will get it all cleaned and ready for you. I got it the next day still in the condition I saw it in the day before. No fuel in it. It was on empty. The day I test drove it, it had right under a 1/4 of a tank. The interior was still dusty. I also asked the salesman to have 4 new tires on it since the 4 it had, were bald. Same condition same tires and no fuel in the tank the day I was going to take possession of the vehicle. Oh as well as the AC wasnt working. And then he still handed me the keys and reminded me when my payment date was. I chuckled and said to keep it and give me my down payment back. After some back and forth and a statement I hat I was going to notify the BBB. The salesman went back in to the main office for about 15 to 20 minutes. He came out and stated that he was sorry about the mishap with the Ford and said that I could have my choice of vehicles in the lot. Only the Frankford lot. Not the others. Lol. So I chuckled again and repeated I want my Deposit back now. So back and forth again and he came back with, we have this Saturn Ion that just came in. Its clean its great on fuel and its fully loaded with extras. I looked at it and the tires were needing replaced. It had all the extras. It had AC that worked. I asked him to put 4 new tires and it was a deal. I should have taken it to an outside mechanic. But I didnt my fault. But let my story be read and understood. You will have problems from this place and to finish my story. They tried to stick me with balance of $13,000 for this Saturn. And I had to dispute this with the credit bureau as they had resold this vehicle to someone else. It was taken off my credit. But again I had to force the idiots to drop it. They are underhanded and sneaky. There are more reputable companies folks.

All they do is lie to you!!! Darrell the sales man lies to get the commission n don’t call Corp because George don’t know what to do with his employees and that he would send you some we’re else saying he’s high then them supposedly. All over bad service!!!! FYI THEY DONT DO CAR LOANERs AND 30 day warranty on the car.!!
