Good people from salesman Deveron who is great with customer service to the business office (finance) Jared. If you are in the market for a new or preowned car go see Deveron. Service people are great too which I took my 2006 Lincoln Town Car there when I had Air & will do the same with my 2017 Lincoln Continental.
Be carful they well flat out lie to get you in to there store. Had use drive two hours after telling us deal was done and to come get the vehicle. Then whole different story. When they got caught used car manger was supper rude.
Financed a 2014 Chrysler 300 on Jan 22nd and drove car about 2 weeks. Noticed a oil leak in driveway (puddle) Drove car back to Gene Messer Feb 12th and car is still there. Called this morning Feb 26th and have not received any update to whats happening. Beware of what you finance and have it checked out from an independent mechanic because doing the paperwork
Ashley was awesome to work with on our new car purchase! He was very attentive and was very understanding of our delay due to unforeseen circumstances that caused us a delay in our purchase. Every single person we met and came into contact with at Gene Messer Lincoln/Ford were so very courteous and friendly. Ashley has a great crew of men to back him up and we could tell they all make a GREAT TEAM! Steve, the Lincoln “specialist” was great to help out explaining the features of our new car. Michael was our finance contact and he did a wonderful job and we will highly recommend Ashley and his team to all our friends and family.

Terrible experience . Stay away from this dealership . Sales people are very rude and condescending. Yes the GM did apologize to me but I would like an apology from the sales guy that I had the initial conversation. Also, if you are not doing face to face assistance you need to supply signs at your establishment so people don’t waste their time

6 weeks to fix a light and broken cup holder. In the meantime, extensive hail damage on our vehicle. Dealership not liable for damages. Final invoice dated one week before we received the vehicle back. What in any of our experience is customer service?
