Great place! Im from Austin and needed two small trailer tires. They had me in and out as fast as you can get a trailer on jacks, dismounted, mounted, and rolling as fast as one could want. Clearly a place that handles every kind of tire possible. They had a HUGE warehouse on site. 18 wheelers delight. The manager even hopped on a golf cart to see if they could find me a spare rim. If I didnt live in Austin this would be my go to tire store. Oh, and they beat out the competition by $40.

Doug and the guys at this location are always a huge blessing when I need them. I had tire trouble in college station. I’m originally from Lubbock, so this location jumped in to action to help me! They were on the phone with the Bryan location. They were professional, fast, and helpful. Thank you!

I had a situation with my rv as I was approaching Lubbock at 430. My tire tire monitoring system indicated a sudden drop in air pressure. As I continued to approached Lubbock I really didnt think I could make it to my destination and evaluate my problem. I just happened to look over and saw the tire mart and thought I give it a try, even though at this time it was around 450. Doug greeted me at the office and ask what he could do and listened as I explained my situation. They gave me their profession opinion and said to pull in a bay they were preparing to close for the day. Nick the technician went to work and diagnosed the problem with the valve extenders on both inner tires that had failed or were in the process failing. They got me on our way, gave me his business card and told me to see if they held air overnight. I texted him early the next morning and informed that they had held the air and asked if he could have a tech come over and get all the cold air pressure in the tires up to his recommendation. Tire Mart did not hesitate to send Nick and ease my concerns to continue my journey. I can not express my gratitude and relief that I was fortunate to stop at such a caring and professional business. You will not be disappointed when you deal with the team at Tire Mart. I would have given them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Doug, Nick, and all the team at Tire Mart. We called and spoke to Doug on changing out 4 Super Single drive tires to 8 regular tires, Doug was awesome, he gave us a quote. We could not get there before they closed but they stayed after hours to accommodate us. When we got there they had the new tires mounted and had us out in 30 minutes!! Thank you so much for what you do for the trucking industry and for us. We highly recommend this place to any Semi driver that has a tire issue!! They definitely care about the customer!

The fastest tire service Ive ever seen. I was the first customer of the morning, so lots of employees teamed up to get me back on the road. I had them move two old tires/wheels to a different axle and install four new trailer tires. It took 35 minutes from the time I pulled in until I was driving away.

I had a trailer tire that I thought was going to come apart before I got back to Memphis Tennessee and they came out and looked at it, it had some chunks of rubber missing out of it but it wasnt going to be detrimental to the tire they could have sold me a new tire and send me on my way but they did not, They were honest and professional with me and told me that tire would be just fine so Im very pleased with Southern Tire Mart in Lubbock Texas...
