This guy is awesome!!! Gave him a basic idea of what I wanted and he came up with the solution, in a matter of minutes. Set an appointment, took my car in, and within a couple of hours, it was ready. Love my stereo! Quality work. He even gave me a quick tutorial, on how to navigate my new stereo.

Did great work! Got a Bluetooth Stereo Receiver for my wife for Christmas from Best Buy, but even though it came with free installation, they said they were booked for over a month. On top of that, they said wed have to buy extra parts we never were told about.Called Hydro Joes, and just after a brief chat over the phone was told they could do it, all parts on hand (and THEY figured out the parts themselves, didnt tell me Id have to find them & buy them myself like Best Buy), and for a very affordable price.Greatest part was they were able to do it the same day, no extra scheduling required, and did it within an hour. They were very professional, friendly and helpful, and even showed my wife the features & synced her phone to it. Id highly recommend them to anyone who needs installs, especially if you dont want to go through a bunch of extra steps!

Took my truck to the dealership to find out that due to my truck being in a reck the factory remote start would not work so I called around and explained that to Joe, he told me that he could help me to bring it in that same day and explained to me everything in detail. I had my sub and amp installed here and was able to get in and out in about an hour. He really knows what hes doing and cares about his customers. He also repaired my wiring free of charge when it became loose (my fault). Highly recommend this place for anybody wanting to get a system installed here.

I first used Hydro Joes back in 2010 to replace my truck stereo and my stereo is still booming without a problem.I just recently went back this week to get two remote starts on two of my vehicles and he did an awesome job. Since Im a technical guy myself, I looked under my dash and under my hood to scope out his work and I was impressed because I couldnt see anything. Everything was installed professionally. Now thats a real technician!!!👍

Can’t say enough good things about Hydro Joe’s. I scheduled an appointment a week out for my daughter’s car...and her work schedule changed a day before the appointment. I called Joe and he arranged to come in early and do the job so she could get to work. For a college student with limited time and a father who lives out of town, this kind of customer service is truly appreciated. His work and customer service are top notch. This wouldn’t be my first choice. He will get the job done but not in a timely manner. I dropped my car off at 11:30 AM and he was only able to do 1/4 of the job for his entire work day. Was very rude when I didn’t want to choose from his in house brands. You’re better off just going to Best Buy and working with Geek Squad or choosing another audio shop. He was available the next morning which is the only great thing I can say but maybe that’s just from a slow business. 2/5
