Wal-Mart on 4th tire service SUCKS!!Took them an hour an half for a flat!🙃

Wish I could give 0 stars. I was the first customer this morning. Had 2 tires replaced and an oil change. This took 3 hours. I was the only one here when I checked my car in. The service guy, Aaron, is the only one there that seems to care and move quickly. Maybe let that dude lead the shop.

I needed tires, great service, great price. In & out in less than an hour, on Saturday. Impressed. Aaron & Robert & Patricia made it easy, and I appreciate them for jobs well done.

They opened right at 7 am on a Monday as listed. They got my oil changed in about 45 minutes, as promised when I got there. They were friendly and helpful. Would recommend and will be returning.

Barbaras very nice but the guys moved really slow. Took an hour and half for new tire installation when there was supposedly no wait. On flip side, quality work as far as I can tell.

I have purchased tires from this locations 3 times and each time I have never been notified when the tires were delivered or when service is completed. The phone is rarely answered when I call to check on an order. My last order was supposed to arrive on a Friday, but I was never notified and when I called to get an update the Walmart employee said that he could not look my order up because the customer service department was the only department that could look up an order.After being transfered 3 times and finally speaking with a manager, nothing was resolved, I could not get an update on my order. I finally decided to visit the shop the following Monday to find out that my order has been delivered the previous Friday, but no explanation could be given as to why I was not notified.As the shop was busy that afternoon, I took my truck in today at 2pm to have the 2 new tires put on. There were no vehicles in the bay so I assumed the work would be completed in a reasonable amount of time, but the shop is now closed....and still no call to let me know the status.3 strikes youre out.Thanks Walmart 😁,A former customer.

We were told 2 hours to fix a flat and replace a battery. Five hours later the car was finally ready. Also the technician tried to replace terminals on the battery cables (that did not need replaced) with ones that didnt fit. Nobody asked our permission to do this. Since the new terminals were too small he was trying to stretch them with needle nosed pliers. Glad my husband caught that and stopped him!

Waited 30 minutes for them to come out and get me setup for an exchange even after I left them know I was out there. If there wasnt a 5+ hour wait everywhere else I wouldnt have done it.

They helped me quick and gave me a good price on my battery for my car

I cannot express how terrible of an experience this was! Nothing like losing your Sunday afternoon for a simple oil change that took 2 and a half hours!

Not sure if the names but one of the guys in the bay working on the tires very rude. Was told it would take 1 hour to fix my tire I went shopping in the store. 2 hours later I find out they hadnt touched my tire. Will admit I got rude after I found that out. Ill never go back again!

Jeezus it took 6 hrs and 3 walmarts to find enough employees to put some tires on a vehicle..

Very very slow workers. And they didnt have but 1 car ahead of me & it still took the 1 hour they need 2 work more n stop playing around with each other.

Took care of my tire needs, only 3 stars because it took 4 hours to change two tires and they didnt replace my valve stem caps.

Very, very slow and disorganized. I was one of several people who was told that their vehicle would be done in a certain amount of time, and it ended up taking twice as long or more. I’ve also had to hear employees complaining that they wanted to go home or tell fellow employees that they could not assist with things because they were going home. Overall a very frustrating experience.

Horribly slow! Two hours to change one tire and no warning of how long the wait would be!

Auto center is supposed to open at 0800 on Sunday, still closed at 0830. Been sitting here for 30 minutes.

They did me right I had a flat tire didnt fix it but gave me credit for it. Installed and balanced my tires couple of hours could be worse

Got my tire replaced here, it blew out, and thankfully I had a warranty on it so it was replaced again for free, no issue.
