Goodyear on Merrimack Street in Lowell has been our go to for tires and repairs for decades. I am consistently please with their service, this visit was no different. I purchased new tires with install and the process was quick, easy and seamless. Paul and team take great care of our vehicles.

Made an online appointment for an oil change. Despite being allowed to choose basic oil online after entering in my cars make, model and year, I was told at drop off that my car required full synthetic oil.This ended up coming to $35 compared to another service center.Despite this, I was still able to get my car serviced quickly with less than 24 hours notice, and the staff seemed fine beyond the issue with the type oil.I would encourage Goodyear to update their website to omit oil options that cant be used with your car.

I just got new set of tires during Memorial day weekend. I got a good deal overall. The staff is friendly and profesional. Great service and close to my home.

Paul the Sales Manager was my boy! He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions without being annoyed. You could tell in his tone of voice he was happy to help, and guided me through everything. I had my car towed to that shop for a flat tire which they replaced. He called me to tell me exactly what was wrong and my options. A few days later I had my other three tires replaced and an alignment done. Which Paul also guided me through each step. Love Paul! He’s the man for sure!

After replace tires. I found my wheel hub and side skirt were damaged. They treated your car pretty rough. Very bad experience. Dont let them touch your cars.

These guys were great! Brian went above and beyond to get all of the work done for my car even with my little online snafu where I accidentally ordered the wrong size of tires. Brian was very informative and kept me in the loop on the whole situation. He even stayed a little late so I could still pick up my car on the same day. Phenomenal service!

Had a Friend visiting from out of state. Car was acting up and they needed to drive home. Paul and the team at Goodyear Lowell got her right in and made sure everything was great for her journey.

Polite, professional, easy to work with, not pushy, just needed tires and an alignment. Dropped off in the morning and was ready in the afternoon. Shop looked clean and organized which is a good sign on work ethic. Friendly counter staff, I would use again them again for sure.

Great service! Today I was met with nothing but excellent customer service. I took my Kia Sorento to the dealer and was told I needed to replace a bogus part. I paid for it and nothing changed with the vehicle when you drive it. I always felt a slight wobble. Today I took it to Goodyear, 338 Merrimack St. and they gave me just what I needed. I purchased new tires and they told me I needed an alignment on the rear. Let me tell you, I feel like I have a new car again. Feels like I am floating. Paul is a great manager and I highly recommend this place. Thank you. I will continue my business with you.

I am taking my car on a long road trip and wanted to have my car looked at to make sure it was OK to go the distance. I called and Paul fit me in right away. The guys went through my car from top to bottom and made sure I would be safe on my long trip. Its hard to find honest mechanics and I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the guys were at Goodyear through the whole process. I highly recommend this shop!

Thèse guys are SCAMMERS. Ignore all their paid google reviews. Those are fake reviews. They up charged my diagnostic review. Didn’t fix anything on my car and had it for three days. Told me they did and alignment but my car was not aligned. Told me I had to fix my primary pump for my coolant but it was a water pump leak. Told me it would be 5 hours labor, but they would need a few days. Also, that it was going to be over 2,000 dollars to fix. Do not waste your time or money going to this place.

Best Goodyear store I have ever been. Mike was super friendly and was able to guide me towards the best option for my warranty claim. He also was able to book me for an appointment the same week! Ask for Mike next time you stop by for best customer service

My daughter recently purchased a cargo van to convert to a camper. The guys provided excellent advice on choice of tier. Also brought down my Jeep for normal rotation and oil change. They provided a thorough check of the car and identified a couple of items to follow over the next year. But overall thought the car was in fine condition despite its high millage.

Wow. Amazing!! My girlfriend and I visited Goodyear Lowell today. And past reviews were correct. Mike is the man. Watched him handle a flood of customers, while answering phones and still smiling. Got us done promptly, and still managed to treat us as if we were only ones there!

I woke up to one of the worst things this morning. A flat tire. I filled it and made it to work but when I checked on the tire during my break it was getting extremely low. I remembered there was a Goodyear Tire location nearby and upon entering I was greeted by the Store Manager, Jim. He told me that if the tire was fixable that it would be free! He registered me and took my keys; two hours later I got the call that my car was all set to go and my tire was fixed as well. Today, Goodyear, Jim and his staff were my godsend; I got my tire fixed for free and was able to get a quote on a new set I desperately need. Thank you to these fine gentleman on not only their amazing work but their kind help!!!

I made the appointment 4 days in advance after they called me and said the tires I had ordered came in. I dropped the car off at 8:19am. Its 11:56 and the cant seem to get the tires on. I dont know how they in business.

Just passing through made appointment rotate tires/balance, alignment/-got the $169.00 deal good for 3 yrs, unlimited alignments,it you bought another vehicle transfer to that one.great guys very nice did a great job

I had been using Goodyear for years in Upstate NY. So when I moved to Lowell I started using this location. I have had three separate incidences with this location.The first, they tried charging me for a tire pressure monitor repair, which my car does not have. The model year later has this option. So after arguing with the mechanic, he looked up the vehicle information and refunded the repair.My car had Eagle GTs on it, which Goodyear discontinued, no big deal there. But instead of calling me to let me know, and to ask what type of tire I wanted, they threw the cheapest tire they had on the car. So I ended up having to go back so they could get the correct tire in.The car also has expensive rotors (an upgrade). The car sat for awhile and the rotors rusted heavily. I asked them to resurface the rotors. Instead of resurfacing all four, they only did the front two. Granted there could have been miscommunication, but if the mechanic had asked the correct questions, this wouldnt have happened.I dont think this is a problem with Goodyear, as I have had excellent service at their other locations. I think that this location in Lowell needs some serious customer service training.

Quick fix of flat tire no charge

Hi all,I have changed 4 tiers set last year. After, I had a flat tier that it caused from air leaking from rim. When I brought my car back to their shop. They said my car broke tier sensors. But, they broke my tier sensors. They want to asking me to replace it. I said no I did not want them to do anything more on my car. I just asked them to put tier and tier sensor (broke tier sensor) back into my car. Then they turned back said they broke sensor and that broke sensor; its cannot put it back into car. Than I took my car back without tier sensor in my wheel. I went to other place to get done. This is very bad place with bad services and bad employee behavior. I will not go back to that place forever.

I have a bad experience with this place:1. I did oil changed and they said I have 4 bad tires asking me replace them. Yes, I replace new 4 tires. New 4 tires are worse then the old tires I have. the noise from the tires when I am driving on high way. I did oil changed second time and told them that the tires need re-balance or checking why they are so noisy. They didnt check it. I brought it to several mechanics for test drive they all said the same some wheel really weird.2. last month I bring my car to them checking the brakes they said I have one bad caliper on the rear. I cant believe the price they give me to replace one caliper+ two rotors+ pads for the rears is $946. The guy said the rear caliper for Toyota Camry Le 2014 very expensive. I check the price they charged me $365 one caliper, $80/rotor. however I check that caliper not even close to $100.This is the last time I will do business with good year after three years fix my old car and new car with them. They are so bad and lied on customer.
