In my opinion, the staff here are very unpleasant. I came in for inspection, they didnt do it right and so I couldnt get my MA plates. I came back to them and they told me it was my fault they did it wrong, they didnt offer to redo the work, and when I asked what I have to do to correct the inspection, they told me I should go to another inspection center and start from scratch. I did and everything was done quickly and with a smile.I recommend avoiding this place. There are many other businesses in the area offering the same services and they are much more helpful and pleasant to work with.

I find them friendly and knowledgeable about the cars Bill always tells me what I can wait one and needs to be done today to be safe. The gods of auto mechanics have truly shined on me. Not only is Bill and his staff extremely talented and knowledgeable and fair but they are literally around the corner from my house which makes dropping off and picking up my car so much easier. Me and my boyfriend use him now and he is always timely Fair and knowledgeable. I had something wrong with my old car and he told me it wasnt worth fixing and that it was okay to drive it. That alone earned my trust forever. Be warned hes very busy and he might not be able to get you in immediately. But hes worth the wait.

They maintain our vehicle service records which is helpful when it is time to retire and sell an older vehicle. Occasionally, if we have a breakdown they always come to the rescue.Its hard to find service like this these days.

The guy in the front is stuck up and rude. Always has an attitude at least with me. You would think handing him over $900 for a brake job would put a smile on someones face. Nope not this ignorant guy. 6 months later and have to replace all 4 pads and rotors again. This place specializes in diagnostic repair. It is even in there name. 2 trips and $200 for diagnostic tests yielding no results and blaming it on dealer parts. Turns out there tech had put one of the sensors in the wrong slot. Dealer found in few minutes and was only $60. I have tried this place because they are local but every time we have tried to do business we have been over charged for basically nothing in return, and the guy in the front makes you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Over $900 for brakes and Im inconveniencing you. What a joke.

I Was very happy with the work performed on all of my vehicles, the job was always done right and done right the first time without any future problems/failures. the office/waiting room is very welcoming and inviting, they offer free wifi, cable tv and coffee while you wait, very friendly and helpful employees. great place to get your yearly inspection stickers, they even do commercial inspections! i highly suggest you check the place out for your self!

Went in for annual vehicle inspection and they were really quick about it

I go out of my way to get here for major repairs and maintenance after experiencing some deceitful practices at other shops. Repairs here are done right the first time with up-front disclosure on parts being used -- usually meaning more of the cost is going into quality parts rather than inferior parts with inflated labor.

I dont know if it was just me or what but man the customer service was so poor. I recommend you guys learn some customer service and how to talk to customers.

Found a discontinued part for me and put it on ASAP when it finally shipped.
