Absolutely amazing service from Ron. Not only did he have the patience to help me pick out a tire and rim package but he also answered every and any question I had. From TPMS to fitment to even delivering my old wheels back to me for the winter. This company truly went above and beyond for me and will always get my business now because of it. Basic. Expensive. It has been a couple months now since I had a radio installed in my Honda. It connects and disconnects randomly. 2 lights on the buttons on the dash dont work. I am a firm believer if you are a professional installer then these things would be done right. You have a very nice inventory of products. But installation needs some work. Sorry but I cant go back.

Absolutely the worse place I’ve ever done business with installed a DVD player in my car for my kids the very next day it broke and stop working called and spoke with a guy named Rodney which was extremely rude to me on the phone called me names and Actually hung up on me twice pretty much told me to bad that he wasn’t fixing anything. I’m out 800 dollars and no DVD player warning to all stay away from this place should be out of business.

My husband brought his Gto there for new rims and tires. Paul took the time to explain options. Fair price and top notch service. Very pleased

Been going here for several years now to get my windows tinted and other accessories installed. Since I lease my cars it requires me to visit a little more often. They have good prices, are friendly and do a great job at installing.

Paul & Ron at Car-Risma do a great job!! They have a large selection of accessories for many different makes and models of vehicles. I have had multiple vehicles tinted, remote starters installed and misc accessories along the way. I have ordered Vent-shades or Vent-visors, mudguards and running-board/steps from them in the past as well. Always professional and clean environment with a very knowledgeable staff!

Car-risma is an amazing place. I just went in for wires, and they made sure I had everything I needed. The place is extremely clean and organized. The staff even looks like they enjoy being there which is a huge bonus.

The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful which is a big plus for me. If they dont have something in stock, they will do their best to accommodate my needs and have it ordered. It is somewhat more expensive than other car customization shops but I rather pay more, knowing I am getting what I need, rather than guessing at some other shop.

When in their for a Window tinting had bubbles and scraps. The lady at the front desk said wait 5 days a bubble and sprats will go away I do not think scratches go away bubbles maybe. To be honest it looked like my Son tempted my windows A six-year-old could Probably do better. Most people think you have no knowledge on thing are repairing cars. I have worked In a detail shop for over 2 years. Tinting windows on a car was natural. Customer service think youre stupid quality is alright all in all 3 star.

Had my car tinted here back in 2010.Got the high end Sun Tech tint with lifetime warranty. My rear windows eventually developed small bubbles that ripped, but when I brought my car in (2016) they sent a young kid to check the Windows, who determined that something must have scratched the Windows and they subsequently refused to honor the lifetime warranty...

I was in a jam because town fair tire in tewksbury royally screwed me over so I went to visit Car-risma on my lunch break and they had me all set up and good to go with brand new rims and rubber within five minutes. they really knew their stuff and they were extremely helpful and kind. I will be going to them with any future mods for sure.

I can easily go somewhere cheaper but Car-risma gets the job done right and it lasts plus you cant beat the warranties and customer service so why risk getting shoddy work somewhere else

Stole $40 cash from the center console that was under a towel and then says the guy has never stolen money in his whole 20 years and interior dash can shows otherwise. Never go there shady worksmen all around. To add insult he didnt fully latch the center console to even further prove he opened it. I didnt even want the money back but for him to admit he did it but even after the video he wouldnt

Brought my first truck here at age 16, 15 years later i have had car starters for mine and every one of my family members cars installed here (10+ units). Stereo systems, tube steps, tint, i cannot think of a single thing over 15 years that i have walked away thinking anything other than ill be back! Owners are knowledgeable, helpful, if you want to go somewhere the people will take pride in their work and stand by it and treat you right, go here! After all these years i read reviews and couldnt not write one, the people trying to claim issues are just looking for someone to blame because they didnt get something for nothing i can guarenttee because anyone who has ever been in store knows they would do anything possible to ensure you walk away happy. Sad that people feel the need to hurt hard working peoples livelihoods when deep down they know that there is more to their story i have absolutely no doubt. Ignore these clowns and their BS stories about not being well cared for, they are your typical everything is someone elses fault and i want everything handed over to me or ill throw a temper tantrum cry babies. As for me i will continue to go here as long as i have a need for their products because i know the result will be nothing less than perfect.

Ive been taking all my vehicles there since my 1st car. Thats about 17 years. Including my new tundra. The guy in charge of service has been patient with me and helped come up with ideas to get what I want. I recently purchased weather tech liners front and back, rigid flush mount LEDs in my bumper, remote start, a backrack and mounted hella off road lights to it for late nights pulling my bass boat out of the lakes. He has helped me every step of the way! Also I use sanzo on my truck and I use the sanzo rv on my boat and love it. It comes out better than washing my car the old fashioned way.
