Ignorant and uncordial staff. The bilingual guy(Will) probably had a bad day and tried to throw his stress out to the store customer. It was my first go to place, and now it will be my last. Thankfully I didnt go there the first time in the morning, or I would have a very bad rest of my day.

These guys are to much expensiveI would not recommend you going there just look around other junk yards are cheaper

Drove all 2.5 hrs from CT to pick up an entire interior seat/side panels for my BMW. Pictures looked decent. Rented a van. Go to find out driver seat airbag is deployed and the passenger seat is all bent. Drove all the way and rented a car and they failed to communicate this to me. Unacceptable. The pics were angled to not capture deployed airbag and the bent passenger seat. Wasted my time and money.

I was referred to Atlantic by a friend. I needed a tire rim that is tough to get and a used tire. I was working with Mike Glover who found me what I needed. When the used part came he called me and said he got the rim but he didnt like it. He was looking out for my safety. The safety aspect of a used part had never crossed my mind so I was greatly appreciative. He ended up finding a great rim and didnt charge me extra. Mike and others in the office were all very friendly, professional while providing great old fashioned customer service. Atlantic puts the customer first which is why they get a 5 star rating from me. I will continue to do business with Atlantic even though I live in Maine because I 100 % trust them.

They didnt have what i needed but William helped direct e wo where i can find the CORRECT part for the cheapest price, elsewhere. Great customer service!👍
