Went to buy a new car battery to replace my old one. Outstanding customer service, the sales associate helped me pick the right battery and installed it on the spot. Not only did he install the new battery he went the extra mile and cleaned out some of the corroded parts around the battery. Sadly I forgot to ask him his name, but again really outstanding customer service! This location is also really easy to find and theres always lots of parking.

MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURE OF THE SALE PRICE!! They are usually a good store until one of them messes up what Brand is on sale. They will switch out the sales tag saying Mobile 1 gear oil is Price Cut to $9.99 or what ever it is.To the brand that is the actual one they want to be on sale. Even after the first employee went back to make sure there was actully a Price Cut on the Mobile 1 gear oil I wanted due to the deal. He read the Price Cut tag and agreeded it says its on sale but says let me have another employee check. Well that employee goes an takes off the sale tag brings up one saying a completly different brand and says oh you must have meant to grab the carquest brand thats what the Price Cut tag says I used to like this store for little things but will not use them after that. If they will do that whats next selling you a bottle of premium something but is really only the premium label on the economy product? I will go to General Auto on haverhill st in lawerence for everything from now on! I highly suggest you all will to! Best part about General is they are a Mom & Pop shop👍

No associates following covid safety guidelines. When asked to wear a mask, associate said no and mocked me. Unprofessional, childish, poorly trained staff. We’re still in the midst of a pandemic.

I had a strange request to get my used battery back after the sale had already gone through. They didn’t quite know how to make that happen but they made it happen!

I am starting to love this place. But recently was not impressed with the lack of service. I felt like i had interrupted there important conversations as 4 employees were gathered all around each other. Then after i got my order i ask another question and seriously got a huge sigh and look. I just left.
