Wouldnt negotiate a dollar on the price. Thats fine. Used car market is hot. I get it. So I agree to pay full price. When I go to sign the papers they tell me theres an extra (secret) fee of $885 for them to CLEAN THE CAR. Are you kidding? You dont clean all your used cars? Should that not be included in your list price? BUYER BEWAREEdit - of course I didn’t purchase. I walked away because you were dishonest.

Best car buying experience ever! The minute I met Tony Kiely, he was polite and professional. I explained what I was looking for and said let me grab some keys and go on test drives. I started to look at a Mercedes and Tony started showing me a GLC 300. One of his favorite cars on the lot. I took it out for a test drive and I know it was the car for me. We recently purchased an AMG GLE 43. Our salesperson, Luis Pena, was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. Since we were traveling from TN to IL to pick up the vehicle, Luis offered to arrange transportation from the airport to the dealership. He also worked with the Finance Manager, Jim Schaffer, to work out our financing prior to our arrival. They even managed to get us a better interest rate than what we received from our credit union. Once we arrived, it was a matter of signing a few forms and we were on our way. I would definitly consider making the trip again to buy another vehicle from Napleton Autowerks!!

Offered to let us test drive any number of different models to help us make a decision.We went in thinking we wanted an Audi and ended up with a Mercedes. So i bought Mercedes gls 450 for them. I paid all in cash and they still put lien in my title. i specifically asked to title on my business name but they did it on my personal name. so now i have to refile all paper work and the application fee and change plates and all that. it took them 6 months to take lien out of title. it is too sad... my family always bought cars from them. they still did not take time to fix my issue. it is really obvious that once you leave their door they do not care........

STAY AWAY! I bought my car in December and did not have much time to shop around. This purchase was to be our second car from Napletons. Our fist car had some problems immediately after driving it off of the lot but we just thought it was a fluke. I found a car that I liked and was in my price range and sat down with the dealer to start the paperwork when my husband called me and told me the same car I was looking at was listed on their website for $2,000 less than this awesome deal I was supposedly getting. Needless to say, I was not so happy. The sales guys swore up and down that he had no idea and they gave me a really great deal on my car. I should have walked away when I saw the discrepancy. The car had to go back in shortly after I got it to have some mechanical work done to it. When I asked for my loaner car I was told that I had to have an appointment to get one. I pointed out that my warranty covers a rental if my car is in the shop. I was there for over an hour trying to get another vehicle while they worked on my car. When I got it back it looked like someone had taken a key to the driver side door and there were several marks on the front bumper. I talked to the service man who had agreed to come and pick my car up from work since I had already wasted so much of my time driving to them. We set a time and then they never showed up without so much as a phone call. Now, here I am seven months later and Im pretty sure that the power steering fluid is leaking (why else would I have to put so much in it so frequently?), leaking radiator (which maybe happened after I got it) and no air (a problem they supposedly fixed). I called today to talk to the service department and they were nothing but rude .

Charlie was excellent to work with. I have purchased my last 4 vehicles from this dealership and have always gotten superb service from the sales dept.

I purchased Mercedes Benz ML 350 last September 2014 and drove it for 2,800 miles ONLY before it broke down on me. I contacted Luis Pena the sales rep in regards to this issue he basically ignored me. He kept telling that someone will get back to me but they didnt. Its cold world out there. I paid so much money for my vehicle but now I have to spend close to 5K in parts and labor so I can have it repaired. Only thing I can say to you Loves Park, May God bless you for scamming me. I hope you sleep very well at night.

Great service department, prices are higher than the Chicagoland market but thats probably due to the monopoly they have in this region, i.e. $279 for a Service A and Motor Werks in Barrington/Hoffman Estates, IL have the same service posted on their website for $209.However the sales and finance department is mediocre, the sales and finance department didnt even acknowledge me and were very rude; I will consider visiting the service department but will think a hundred times before I come back here to purchase a vehicle/warranty.

I have been a loyal customer of the Napletons Subaru since 2006 (2 Outbacks and a Crosstrek). I never really thought I would buy any other car. Fast forward to 2016 and I test drove a Mercedes Benz GLA 250. This car is hands down better than any of the Subaru’s that I have owned. I now own the GLA 250. Ron Neuschwander, the dealership and their staff have met and exceeded my expectations with a high level of customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend their dealership and will continue to do all of my business with the Ron Neuschwander at Mercedes Benz in Loves Park.
