OMG Auto Zone and Michael that works there SAVE ME today. My battery light came on and so did the engine light with the wrench in it. I stopped by there for them to check it out. I knew my 3 yr battery should be good because it was only about 4 months old, But testing showed both my alternator and battery was low. And of course living on Social Security $200.00 for a new alternator hits the pocket hard.. The manage (Sorry I didnt get his name) gave me a good discount. My son in law and grandson came by then to help me out. Come to find out it was my serpentine belt.. Which ended up only costing me $20.00. Thank You so much Michael and your manager.. BTW they let me set inside until my help got there where it was nice and warm. instead of letting me sit out in a cold car on a rainy day.THANK YOU SO MUCH

Jaime O. (Parts sales manager) goes above and beyond for customer service. Very polite at greeting customers as they enter, not only me I seen him greet others customers as well. As for actual customer service he helped me figure out what part I needed and even helped me carry parts out to my vehicle. You need many more Jaime’s working for you, he definitely has a great demeanor and makes you feel you can come back anytime and get the same great customer service. Thanks for the help and next time I need parts I will definitely drive across town just to go to his store again.

I called about 8 pm and spoke with Beth….she new exactly what I needed and gave me several prices to choose from. When I arrived she had the part on the counter and although the store officially closes at 9 she and Mike helped me with no sense of being rushed….Even made suggestions. The store was immaculate. What Great Service!

This place is great!! I needed a headlight replaced and the two gentleman that helped me out saved the day! And I know my husband appreciates not having to do it tonight in the dark. Go here for all your car needs!

The customer service was incredible! Jaime was an amazing help. My boyfriends car battery was completely dead, and Jaime was able to find the battery instantly, and even installed it for us. Overall an amazing experience and would heavily recommend this place to anyone seeking the best car help!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The people there greeted me when I entered the store and were so helpful and nice! I only brought one card with me which unfortunately only covered about $20 out of the $25-$26 total. They were so nice trying to work with me but since I was already in the transaction it couldn’t be voided so one of the employees I believe her name is (Shelby?) I’m sorry if I didn’t spell it right paid the remaining I was so grateful! I tried to come back and pay her double what she covered and she told me to “keep my money”. I have NEVER experienced this type of hospitality at ANY business since I moved here in 2017! I will be only coming to that Autozone from now on!

The 2 gentleman that helped me at this store where awesome!I was stranded in town on a trip. Car broke down and i was in need of some help. Ramon and Mike at the store went so far above and beyond to help me in my time of need that it truly warmed my heart that great people are still out there.When someone has no benefit in going above and beyond and still does! What speaks volumes!Been a customer of autozone for awhile but this really cements my desire to do business with a company with people like this working there.Autozone you have some great people working in your stores!!I would love to at least buy everyone there lunch as a small token of my appreciation and gratitude for all they did!!As true professionals they would not except my offer no matter how much a tried.Thank you so much!P.S. This was a miserable experience for my wife and I today. Nobody was willing to help out of concern. Stood there for over 10 minutes while two employees were on the phone and a third was at a computer not helping anyone. You should at least acknowledge someone standing there. It’s not fun when a check engine light comes on. Left and asked for store manager whom wasn’t there. Gentlemen on the phone said you should have come and asked for help. YOU looked at us standing in line by register multiple times. Not greeted when we walked in and walked right past. O’reilley diagnosed the problem and had a solution in less than 5 minutes.

It was such a relief when I went back to this place! I got there just in time before my warranty ran out which which was within weeks! Instead of me having to remove my battery borrow my moms car to take there to get checked have it charged then go back and reinstall it, I found out that they can do all of that right there! Oh, that saved me so much time! Jamie was very helpful too in determining that I should upgrade to a bigger and stronger battery than what I had! So, I agreed was going to make that sacrifice of what I was thinking 145.00 but to my wonderful surprise after the blessing received by the discounts and warranty given, it only cost 6.13! That made my day now my car confidently starts and my worries are gone! Thank you, Jamie for your wisdom and the help you provided for me! I will return in the future for sure!

Horrible place to try to get help. Three employees behind the counter, two on the phone that didn’t acknowledge us and the third doing nothing but scan in inventory. Never was acknowledged by staff even to hold on or the employee not on the phone offering help. After 15 minutes left the store and called asking for store manager. All 3 saw us standing there and was told should’ve asked for help. What a joke. O’reilley acknowledged us right when we walked in and was out in less time then standing around Autojoke

Had a headlight burn out and it was old and yellow, they all were. Stopped in and Jamie took excellent care of me, showed me the latest options, of which I got the brightest of course, and he even installed them for me! I highly recommend this location AutoZone for all your vehicles needs!

Customer service today was great! I went into AutoZone to get my battery replaced as it died this morning when I was leaving for work. A female employee (I didnt get her name :( ) did a fantastic job helping me in trying to figure out what kind of battery I would need. Jamie O. assisted as well as he is the “Honda Guy”. He helped with information on the batteries, removed and replaced the battery, and explained everything he had done. I appreciate the great customer service from both employees and thank them for their patience with me!

My brake lights were out both of them and thought that I needed a fuse. The gentlemen that greeted me Michael M said lets check out the bulbs first sure enough both bulbs were burnt out he replaced them and had me on my way.

I visited today and picked up two seat covers for my Civic. Jaime O. helped me and installed them in my car. Super friendly service and definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied! Even tried to tip him and he refused. Will use them for any of my automotive needs! Excellent service!! Thank you Jaime!!

Tried to have my check engine light checked and was told they arent doing it because of Covid19. Funny because other locations will - this location will never get my business again.

The free vehicle diagnostic is nice! I went to get an issue checked out on my car, and they took care to get it checked out. Plugged in the machine and helped me find out which parts might be the cause. The first person I talked to wasnt very knowledgeable, and seemed to have trouble navigating the computer, but the second person was obviously experiences and was a great help.

I came into the store and right away I was helped and asked if I needed assistance!! They had what I needed and was in and out within minutes!

I have done business with AutoZone for years,sadly after my experience on Sunday January 28, 2018—I will NO longer be doing business with AutoZone. I walked in the door I was the only customer in the store, A employee was standing with manager Ramon at the back of the store he said hi I said what’s up he says were just F¥[£ g $#!t up. It’s Definitely not the first time I’ve heard the “F” bomb from an AutoZone employee in the store, it doesn’t bother me as much as it may bother other customers.I grabbed a couple battery clamps, then I-asked the manager Ramon Why are these two different prices. Ramon just threw his hands up shrugged his shoulders. We went to the register he rung them up told me the price. So I asked what the individual price was as I looked at the receipt. I seen that it was a different price than what was on the shelf. So I asked why is it a different price. He says well I can take the 10% off I gave you-back off I only gave you 10% off because you’re the neighbor! So needless to say that pissed me off. I said any other store would honor the price that is on the shelf. He pointed to the door and told me to leave. I was halfway across the parking lot, Then I turned around went back and said give me my money back I am done with this place he said good, all the while snickering. Reluctantly I went to another AutoZone because I needed my battery clamps Because O’Reillys and advanced don’t sell the style I needed. The prices were off at that store to but the manager was professional enough to take care of it! She gave me the lower shelf sticker price on both clamps plus gave me 10% off for my troubles at the other store.She was so efficient she even ordered new sticker prices for the shelves from the computer right in front of me. I don’t recall her name but she was the nicest surgical masked Lady I have ever dealt with, all the while her friend or employee was VApping in the store. I recall at least two other times since Ramon has been manager that I have found prices on the shelf different then the register and had to stomp my feet to get it corrected. That was the last purchase I will ever make at AutoZone stores.Ramon is going to kill what Skip built!!! For the conservative people-Keep an eye on your receipts because they screw you at the Register!
