This shop was reliable at one time. However, the owner, who was a fair mechanic long ago, has allowed customer service to be a final priority.The cost of the work is excessive.The repairs take too long and your car will sit for an unneeded time in their lot of multiple cars needing repair.There are other mechanic shops who are better and will respect your car and your time. Advise everyone to look for a better car repair shop.

Friendly staff, but fail to keep me updated about the status of my car. Dropped car off to get looked at Friday afternoon and let them know I needed back for the weekend to go to work. Did not call me back. This isnt the first time this has happened. Very frustrating

They were super busy, but really went out of their way to help me. They found out the engine issue with my car was a recall and told me to call the dealership for my free repair. Turns out, I was eligible for a free motor. A lot of places would have not done the research and presented me with a huge estimate. Very happy with Forest Hills Automotive! Thanks again =)

Friendly service and repairs were done right. The cost for the repairs done to my car were less than half of what the dealership wanted. Will be going back for all future repairs.

I was on a road trip when I heard some bad clunking coming from my car and the crew at Forest Hills Automotive didn’t hesitate to help me out. They got me fixed up and back on the road so I didn’t have to stay in a hotel room. Moreover, they fixed a different mechanics mistake and they didn’t even charge me for it! I highly recommend this friendly, quality business.

Could not have asked for a better place to take our truck to be fixed after Robin Hoods sheared off our trans mount bolts! We found a new regular mechanic shop!!!!! Very honest and reasonable rates!!!!

Very satisfied on all levels : fixing, time, cost, reactivity...The only drawback : they are not opened on Saturdays, at least morning.
