Love this place to get everything we need for our deck. Employees are usually helpful and friendly. I love the variety of items available in this store. It is very clean and organized. The reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because some of our deck materials were incorrect. We had already received a large load of boards that weren’t right. Then we got more stuff that wasn’t correct. Hoping they will compensate us for this issue. We really like the store.

1st time there. Really impressed with what all they offered. Good variety in prices and quality. Shelves were well stocked.

Nice store to shop for home improvement needs. Its a little pricey for many items with deals on other things. There was a lot of shoppers there and they have transportation problems like EVERTWHERE else.

I had never been in a Menards before...they have all kinds of stuff in there!...lol...the people were very friendly...when I went to the service desk to inform them I had a complaint their faces fell,especially when I told them it was my 1st visit...I told them I spent more than I meant to because they had several things I needed & their employees were far to friendly! they were happy again!...great store!

Whats not to love?! Here almost every weekend. Can get chicken feet for the dogs, milk for the house, new paint, light bulbs, tools, garage disposal, wood, plants, lawnmower, garage organization and a million things you dont think youd need, but you actually do!The pickup is the best because its online, you rarely have to wait to get your items and if you get items you can load yourself its even easier and convenient.Built an awesome retaining wall from menards materials and did a great accent wall with their paneling!

Ridiculously slow curbside pickup. This place place has become my last resort of Im doing curbside.

Great place that has just about everything you could need. Only downside was it took forever waiting on staff. Was able to rent their truck with no problem for cheaper instead of paying a high delivery fee. They loaded it themselves and the truck was in great condition. Definitely would recommend renting their truck if possible instead of paying for a delivery.

This was the first time Ive been in Mernards. I like the store a lot, as a friend had told me it has everything home Depot has everything Lowes has and then their own stuff, so its a good store has mens women. So both people get to be happy inside that store and even some kids stuff.

What do I like most about Menards? What is there not to like about Menards? Prices are great products are high quality and Christmas comes early at Menards. Its almost like Santa Claus sets up shop here. If you have a Menards there is few other places you need and the Sprecher root beer soda is the cherry topping on the visit

They have everything you need from A-Z. There are a few helpful associates in there. Much better than the competition. Chris in tools is extremely knowledgeable. There are so many things to look at. The store is very organized and clean, easy to shop.

So happy they opened this one. Menards is so much better then Lowes, Home Depot, and the rest out there. Prices on just about all their stuff is cheaper then anywhere else. Plus their 11% back program is well worth it.

Great store. Always find what I need. But staff needs to be a little friendlier to the customer not act like your a bother.

Recently moved so only our 3rd trip to Menards. This store has become our #1 place to shop. Clean! Organized! Associates willing to assist their customers! Everything Ive come to expect but seldom see happening in so many stores. Thanks Menards employees! Youre the best!

Menards should be everywhere in the U.S.Would probably cause Lowes and Home Depot to step up their game.Lowes and Home Depot are very low on my rating scale. Cant ever get a store assistant to assist you when you need them. And if you do manage to get someone to come they either dont know anything about anything or are totally reluctant to put forth effort.Menards does it right and they have a far better selection.PLEASE open stores down south. I love your stores, the selection and the customer service I get every time I am up north and able to stop in.

Nice store with lots of stuff for home improvement. The prices are decent, but the rebate system they use is kind of silly. This store is located right off the Gene Snyder on Preston Hwy so is in a good location for many in the area. Parking lot is easy enough to get in and out of.

Still waiting for piece of sectional. I went up my rating but been waiting for about a month and a half now if not better. Cant believe it takes us long to get one piece of a sectional. Great employees, very cooperative but they seem not to be able to get anywhere with the manufacturer s they deal with. Definitely would up the star rating as soon as I get my piece.

They had everything I was looking for and it didnt cost me an arm and leg! The employees were there to help me load my door onto my cart and in my truck. They were all friendly and kind. Very pleasant experience!

Not a bad place to go if you need something. They are pretty generalized like Lowes or Home Depot. They have a little of everything. I like to buy my automotive tools from there when I come up missing a tool like a 12 point socket, I go there for a replacement.

Quick, shelves were stocked, and place was immaculate!! Best big departement hardware store around...they have a better selection hands down

I will say this, the manager who stays at the desk by the carpet. Biracial and has a bald spot in the middle of his head.. acts like he hates his job. Felt like a bother to ask for help. Dont work retail if you hate interacting with customers. Two chicks in plumbing were gossiping about other employees... you guessed right, they were managers. Very unprofessional. Plus, it looks like there are more managers than there are regular employees. Almost everyone has a headset. Counters are very helpful. If they don’t know where something is, they help you look for it or point you to a general area where it could possibly be.

Store is clean and they seem to have a lot of everything. Loved the flooring and the brick departments with very reasonable prices. Only problem was major appliances. They only had a few and the ones they had were overpriced.

From my perspective, this is a really large store. You could spend two to three days in there to actually get a good feel for what they have. I spent a couple of hours there and will definitely go back.

Was very enjoyable to roam the big aisles! An all sales were visible! New store an hope find workers as well as everyone else...! Good luck...!👍👍

Love Menards! They have everything here! From groceries to lighting to gardening things to cleaning things to plumbing. Expect to be here for a few to wander around! They only thing was we had to go get our own big cart from the parking lot when two employees were at the Cart Corral just hanging out talking, and when we left ALL the carts were STILL out there, but, I do really love the store and the cashiers!

They have a wonderful selection of home improvement items, appliances, pet supplies, tools and hardware, electrical items, plumbing items, flooring, carpeting, rugs, etc. They even have grocery items. I always seek out a Menards store first if there is one close by and it would have the items I am needing. I highly recommend Menards to everyone!

Menards is always clean, stocked, bigger inside all the stores I have been in than they appear from outside. Customer service is lacking, and no one ever speaks whenever you pass any associate or manager. Par for the course.5 star just for cleanliness and in stock condition.

Went looking for a single board 12 wide by 4 long by 1/2 thick. They had it...they even have groceries.

Menards is the number one home improvement store in my opinion. They offer more than Lowes and Home Depot at lower prices. They also carry a small food/snack section with different specials each week.

While huge, the store is well planned & logical. Prices are fair, with a good selection in each category. Check out moves quickly despite the COVID restrictions. Going to check out their garden dept today. Was told by a friend that it had a wide variety of plants at great prices!

They always seem to be out of propane tanks. They do however refill tanks outside. Lowes and HD wont do that. Everyone is always helpful and genuinely seems happy to help or to check you out. Other stores they seem to be annoyed you want their help with anything.

First time at menards, went to lows and home depot and they had nothing on stock then i went to menards and they had the fridge i wanted . The store is huge and the service was really good this was my first time here and i will be coming back.

I went in, ordered my materials, paid for it and went thru there drive thru lumber yard. Found what I needed and with some help from an menards associate loaded my truck and I was gone. Its only my second time going there. Its getting easier each time I go. THANKS MENARDS!!!!!!!

The staff was very nice. They are also offering $16 per hour, in case anyones looking for work. Very nice and clean. There is even a mobile app that you can use to help with finding prices and even ordering online.

Nice store, friendly and stuff. I was a little disappointed by the selection, more along the lines of a higher end Lowes/home Depot then anything that will legit compete with Walmart, would just rather go to Walmart for non building supply relates trips. Maybe I was misled by the advertising, but I expected more household items and such, not just building materials and large items.

We were wanting to buy a new counter top for the kitchen. However, the selection at the Louisville Menards was limited to only a large quantity of badly chipped and broken pieces. This was our 2nd trip in 6 weeks looking for good counter tops. The same broken pieces were STILL there! We had to drive to the Indiana store to get what we needed.Louisville Menard store, please get rid of the dozens of broken counter tops and replenish your stock with undamaged merchandise.PLEASE !!! 😡

Plastic for windows...2 workers told us where 2 look. Circled entire store twice. No luck. Went to Lowes in and out 5 minutes with plastic.

Very familiar with Menard. Used to frequent the store when I lived in Wisconsin. They are known for good products and great service. This store did not disappoint.

This store is miserable to shop in as many of the isles are so narrow you have to slow/stop and squeeze by. The store wasnt that busy but I was constantly bumping into people, being bumped, or having to go around to a different isle to get through. Besides that it was a typical Menards with a huge selection of most things and decent prices.

This was my first experience shopping at Menards and overall I was impressed by the store. Since it was my first time, and I was picking up lumber I had purchased online, I went inside to the service desk to ask how to get my lumber. I explained to the employee on duty that it was my first time and I wasnt sure where to go or what to do. She didnt quite get what I was saying but an associate nearby overheard and asked the right questions. Then I was directed to go to the outside lumber yard however, I still wasnt told clearly where that was, how to get there, or what to do. I found it, got my lumber, and exited. The employee on duty at the lumber yard exit was preoccupied watching something and didnt see me drive up with my truck and trailer. Once I got his attention my order was checked and I left. Overall I liked the store and method but would have liked more information beginning with the email I received concerning my order and from the employees. This is a new location and it might be helpful to realize there are many (hopefully) new customers who could use more information. This experience was a minor issue. I liked the web site, store, and system and will visit again.

This was my first trip into Menards, it wont be my last. Its much more then a hardware store, As they offer, at least some groceries as well. I hope as I learn the store, they will earn more of my bussiness. Competitive pricing may be an understatement as well!Welcome to Louisville Menards.

I love everything about this store (except for all the money I spend every time I go in) but at least I know Im getting great deals! I recently purchased a beautiful cabinet that i put together myself but I didnt have a truck to get it home, no problem! I was able to pay for the cabinet since it was the last one on the shelf, then come back the next morning to rent one of their trucks for less than $20!! (after getting my $50 deposit back) This store literally has everything! I love it! Ive had a good experience every time I go! Even returns are easy!! Menards has gain another loyal happy customer! :)

Great place. I cant see why this store has to be this big. By the time you get what items you need, youre exhausted.

Saved $12 on three racket shaped bug zappers made by Black flag. They were the same model that home Depot and Lowes had for $4 more each.

Since this Menards opened I usually go to it instead of Lowes. For the things I buy they have a much better selection and better prices. I really like the all grocery section, I always find something to get while Im there.

Of course you have to love it because it is Menards... BUT...Why does a multimillion dollar place not have more than a small amount of handicap carts to use.Also, today when going through the store there a great of items without the prices to see.And biggest petpieve about a store..Employees pushing things through the isle and not having the courtesy to say Excuse Me and staring at you like why are you in MY WAY.

First time visiting this store. A lot of inventory and choices or products. Very spaced out and clean. We went to buy a vanity top, and the guy helping us, was super helpful and friendly. His name was Jacob, I believe. It was very busy in that area, with a lot of people waiting for his help, but he was calm and took his time to look for inventory for us.Definitely worth the drive for us and will be back!

Actually dealt with Menards many years ago. Back then I thought their stores were a little messy and cheap looking, and they were difficult to work with. They have come a long way since then. This store is big, bright, and well stocked with a wide array of products. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only wish it was closer to me.

From the fact the staff actually knows Menards products, associates know all areas and are helpful to the variety of items and great prices,its just an all around fantastic place. And the rebates are awesome! Had almost $200 in goods that only cost me $10.28 .I love Menards

Very good first experience. I bought a bunch of concrete blocks and paid online. I drove back behind the building to the blocks and the forklift driver helped me load them. Thanks Menards. Ill be back soon.

I love the cashier she was amazing. But I bought a brand new battery that was dead. Im so upset caz Ive gotten 2 jumps. My battery was bad. Had to call someone to bring me all the way here n back to my car that didnt start then take the battery I just bought to autozone so they can charge it for me. 3 hours later and $135 dollars later im back where I started and my car still wont start 😭😭😭😭. Do not buy a battery here unless u test it first or see if they will test it

Bought a sweet potato vine for 1.99, Walmart and Home Depot this vine at least 3.00. A good place to compare prices depending what you need

Warning! If you need propane refill, they will put a $50 hold for each 20 lb tank. They took $100 out of my bank account without my knowledge or consent. Still have not released the funds. Yourebetter off going to Tractor Supply where the price is slightly lower and they only charge you for the propane they sell you....they do not put holds on your money. I called the manager Brent about this and he had a real attitude. So, I will go out of my way to avoid going back to Menards again.

This store is the best hardware store I ever seen in my life it is the cleanest store in Louisville Kentucky for the hardware store it has everything and I mean everything in there you may want other than a me calendar you dont have that but it has everything in it is so clean and neat in there I fall in love this place every time I go in and out and there for hours going just taking my time and just going through every file in that store it is so lovely and make you feel like you in a mall not a hardware store it is lovely if you end Louisville Kentucky and you have not been to Menards go to Menards it is so beautiful its lovely guys ladies who ever check out Menard it is lovely

The store was immaculate and well stocked. As someone who had never been in a Menards, it was impressive compared to other big box hardware stores.My issue (4 stars) lay with the company itself. The mail-in rebate concept is antiquated and wasteful. There was no option to claim the rebate on their website. In this digital world, the mail-in concept physically wasteful and inconvenient when compared to online conformation.

It was okay, only stopped because I needed batteries and was easiest to get to from my house.
