I would recommend and most likely use them again. However, when they promise 6 to 8 weeks for delivery and install be prepared to wait as long as 15 weeks. They had to return twice to repair the bushing that holds the screen in twice. First time the wrong gasket was sent and finally the second time the proper gasket was sent and installed. The door itself is beautiful from fit and finish. I’m just upset over the time frame to fully complete the job. But in the end the job was completed and it looks great.

I would recommend windows plus to anyone who is in need of windows. I had 17 windows replaced in an older home that had the original windows, 80 years old. The instillation crew was great, they did amazing work quickly and professionally. It only took them 8 hrs to replace all 17 in my home. The windows themselves are great, cut down on rd noise, efficient and easy to open. This has been the single best improvement Ive done to this home.

This is the second time we have used Windows Plus. The first time was to install new windows on our screened in porch. This time it was to install 18 windows in our Victorian home. Our salesperson was prompt and communicated well. I was told 8 - 10 weeks and when Russell called to schedule the installation it was just over 8 weeks. The installation crew was methodical in prepping the interior of the house (sealing off the windows to mitigate dust/mess) and covering lawn and landscaping; they were professional in their work and courteous in their demeanor; their clean-up was thorough, including removing the stickers from the glass. The windows and storm door I purchased are beautiful and functional. There was one small issue that was quickly resolved. I mention this only because I received a personal call back from the owner and it was seen to the next day. Very, very impressed and I highly recommend Windows Plus!

Excellent service and craftsmanship! They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. Everyone that I met from Windows Plus; the salesman, gentleman taking measurements and the installers, were polite and knowledgeable concerning their services and products. Ive read the reviews here and cant help but wonder if the folks writing them worked with the same company I did. Its not worth going into the gory details, but I had issue after issue. I had to track them down time after time as they were not at all proactive in terms of communication. It took almost six months for my work to be done (I was told initially it would be 4 - 6 weeks). They had no issue cashing my check in less than 12 hours, but have never responded to outstanding issues with my door (in over a month). Save yourself the headache and find another vendor. ADDITIONAL NOTE: The response below from WP ignores that I have outstanding issues that have to date NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. Yes, the owner did contact me after I initially questioned the time it was taking to get my door. There were additional issues for which I have never received resolution. ADDITIONAL ADDITIONAL NOTE: I have been contacted by Windows Plus and I believe the issue has been remedied. I recognize that he had been under the impression that the issues I had were resolved. I appreciate his follow up and willingness to make it right.

Home improvement upgrades do not come cheap. We entertained many quotes from major companies that you regularly see on TV. You have heard the pitch: Call us now as you are watching this commercial and you will get a deal of a lifetime. We called them all and entertained their quoting process. The pitch was not congruent with their delivery. Quotes were outrageously high. So, I went back to the drawing board and discovered a family owned company called Windows Plus.The quote: The experience was downright fun. They shared all kinds of information with us - much of it technical. But as technical as it was, they expressed it in an easy to understand way that taught my wife and I the difference between a good quality Window/Door versus a cheap knockoff. Oh boy, there is a difference.Product Selection: After looking at all their product lines, we ended up going with not the absolute best they had, but with what I would call the midpoint. We were approved with their credit service in seconds. We got a great deal with an exceptionally low interest rate.The final purchase: Windows, Doors, Gutters and a Patio Deck for the backyard. We also went with some refinements on the inside of the house like framing for all the windows. We added some new shutters and window framing for each window on the outside too. Just some special enhancements that they recommended to make things stand-out. Reasonably priced and made all the difference.Installation: The installation crew was a unique team. They were kind, Covid-19 friendly and prepared. Their attention to detail was out of this universe. They treated my home as if it were worth a million dollars. (I purchased my home over 20 years ago for $115,000.00). They made me feel as if I was some wealthy, important person and treated me and my property with incredible respect.The Results: We live near a major highway. With the new windows/doors they installed the sound level has been reduced to a whisper. I am already seeing lower utility bills as promised. My home is now a new home. Neighbors have approached my wife and I and have commented on how beautiful the house looks. They thought I hit the lottery as many of them commented. But when I told them how much I spent, they could not believe it.But wait, there is more: They came back about a week after installation to check on things. Part of their crew came out as well. They checked every window, every door. Every nook and cranny. They noticed my front door was not closing right (I thought it was fine). They realigned it immediately. Two crew members worked on it for 45 minutes to make sure it was opening and closing perfectly. I could not believe it. They also found something that was not right with the back door (again, I thought it was fine). They replaced all the rubber seals on both the screen door and the main door. They also found a little scratch on the front door molding. Guess what? They tore it down and replaced it.Do not be fooled by the fancy commercials of these so called players in the industry. If you are looking for quality products and a unique boutique style service experience, just go with Windows Plus.My wife and I would like to thank Jack (the gentleman that quoted the job and managed it from start to finish) and the entire crew for an experience that was incredible and fun!!I plan on having them back next year to remodel my bathrooms. We bought our house back in May of 2019 as our starter home. We didn’t think much about the shape of the windows when we bought it, nor did we pay attention to the age of the windows. Price and location, as well as familial needs were our major buying points with the house.Once we moved in, and summer was in full swing, we noticed we weren’t keeping it very cool in the home, even constantly running our air on 70. I finally took a through look to find that not only were the windows the original windows the home had installed when it was built, but we couldn’t open nor fully shut them. AC and heat were sealing through the cracks, and the single pane windows offered no insulation.So we decided to replace them. Not only did our sales team do an amazing job going over everything (our first quote came from another company and the guy only spent 5 minutes in the house and took 3 days to get us the quote), but they spent time with us to explore their different products to find what suited our needs best, and gave us our quote before they left.Our windows were installed today, 3/11/20, by Brandon and his crew, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Their crew was polite, informative, and exceptionally helpful at answering all of our questions. The install was quick, they cleaned up very well after finishing up, and took time to ensure everything they weren’t meant to touch was still in order when they left.Because of the age of our house, by law they are required to advise us of the possibility of lead paint, and room the proper precautions of taping up and laying down plastic, taping off the yard and placing proper signage per law requirements.The windows are of great quality. We’ve already reduced the heat from our usual 73 to 69. The heat is holding very well in the home now.10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows or install windows in a new home. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

We had both french doors replaced this week on the main level and to our basement with sliding glass doors with blinds, screens, and low E glass. Their work has amazing and done in one day. Josh was very meticulous and he and his crew did a fabulous job. They look amazing too!! No mess was left either.We reviewed numerous places before going with window plus and found they were the only company who had low E glass, enclosed blinds, and a lifetime transferable warranty.

After getting quotes from several companies for new windows, we decided to go with Windows Plus, because the price came to only around $1000/window (installed), but unlike some other vendors we talked to, that price point got us some very nice, energy efficient windows.The team of installers worked efficiently, with minimal impact to my family, who were all home the day of the install. I was concerned about water damage near one of the windows, and they went above and beyond in cutting back the damaged drywall a couple inches and giving me some advice on how to repair it. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves when they were done.Its only been one day, but so far, we love the new windows!

They werent the cheapest. However, very high quality. The guys never took a lunch just worked hard and replaced a couple exterior doors and a window in no time. Also from the time I first talked to the sales representative and got everything installed was no time. No waiting for ever for some contractor to get back with me.

After receiving 4 quotes for windows, we chose Windows Plus. They were not the cheapest option (not the most expensive either), but we liked that they were “local”, started as installers, and had a quality product with a good warranty (we also researched the window manufacturer). They replaced eight 1960s windows to match the others that had already been replaced by the previous owner (taking care to mitigate lead paint). The installation is where you will really notice a difference: our bay window is a masterpiece! Josh, Chris and Brandon really did an amazing job on that, and the other windows are no exception! Can’t speak to longevity yet, but we’ve had a few major storms already with no issues at all. I am not a paid reviewer, just a regular, perfectionistic customer who gives credit when it’s due. However, as a result of my research, I felt that the product offered from Windows Plus was far superior. So, I did not flinch at paying a few dollars extra for a better quality window. And I was glad I did!So, did I notice a difference after the windows had been installed? Wow! You bet I did. My bedroom backed up to a busy street and prior to installing my new Windows Plus windows, I could hear the cars passing all day and night, especially during the morning rush hour. Well! Upon the moment they were installed, I noticed a dramatic difference. My room was sooooo quiet. I mean quiet. And I was finally able to get a great nights sleep and until 9am! What a treat!Bottom Line - I have no issue giving Windows Plus a 5-star rating.I am happy with my entire experience and tremendous results.

This is the best company I’ve ever dealt with!!! I had a few replacement windows (original with my house, about 50 years old) put in and was happy from start to finish!! The whole team is friendly, professional, non pressuring, explained each step of the replacement process, extremely clean (I took pictures to send to my family of how they set up for the process..I was so impressed!), and they know windows, inside and out!! ! I love the new frames they put on, the look of the windows, the insulation they now provide and the overall ease on my part, of getting this done before winter really kicks in! I had 7 windows replaced on February 11, 2020. Brandon, Josh and Chris did the install. Very professional and friendly. Arrived on time and let me know what the process was going to be. I watched them replace the 1st window just to see it was done and then I didnt even need to keep watching and look at the windows until the final inspection. Great group of people and I highly recommend them and the company. I will be using Windows Plus in my future upgrades.

Top notch service in the showroom and when Todd came to measure for the estimate. When the windows were installed, the guys were professional and neat. I THANK them every time it is pouring buckets of rain and the water is staying outside my window! They did a great job. Even though it was pouring down rain, crew stayed on site and completed the job. They made sure to keep the water and mud outside my home, even taking off their boots when the covers were no longer useful. I appreciate all the hard work in unpleasant conditions.

I just can’t say enough about how impressed I was with the professional install. As a business owner I have very little tolerance for poor workmanship. These guys were so neat and clean with my door install and replacing old siding. Will use for sure in future projects.

Windows Plus was an excellent window replacement company, with great installers with excellent customer service and a great window design. Windows are so expensive these days, depending on your budget shop around and make sure your installation needs are met, which is what really matters most. No one sells a really bad window, but there are some low quality ones out there, and plenty of premium ones as well. You cant go wrong with Windows Plus and some of the competitors, but definitely be prepared for sticker shock! Good Luck!
