Love our 8ft Marvin sliding door and screen! It has changed the whole visual experience from the kitchen. We had generic drench doors with blinds between the glass that impeded a clear view to the outside. Now it’s like we have an 8 ft wall of glass! It’s made our bird watching passion so much nicer.

From beginning to end, this was a fantastic experience. Since we purchased this home, weve had two doors that did not function properly and couldnt be used. In addition, they leaked air and - yes - bugs. We were so excited to get these doors replaced. The Door Store and Windows provided lots of options and guided us to the best product for our needs and the best value for our investment. The doors came in earlier than anticipated and were scheduled immediately for installation. The installers were on time, safely covered in PPE and kept our home clean and as quiet as possible during the process while we are all working from home. The rooms arent as drafty and the the bugs are gone!

I visited store and met with an employee. We discussed doors. I was told Id be called by a salesperson. I never was. I wont go back.

Called for an estimate and Karen L came out to see us. Very knowledgeable and thorough, took her time explaining every feature available and professional. Even though we did not use this business for the quote the excellent job done by their staff would make me recommend them to anyone.

Good service and product

All of our new windows and doors were purchased here. The selection is amazing. The quality is unsurpassed. We have not experienced any problems except for some hardware like door closures and knobs which wear out anyway. The Door Store staff came quickly and replaced or repaired them per their guarantee. Too busy to properly wait on you. Rude. Compared to “same door” at another store they were $700 higher. Original rough estimate from them was $1100 higher. Over $900 first estimate at another store, their same door over $1600.

The professionals at the Door Store were wonderful! We replaced our single door and siglights with double doors. What a pleasure it is to be able to easily open our front door! Karen spent a great deal of time making sure everything would be perfect. The install team was polite and thorough. We couldnt be happier!

Needed to replace a full house of 1940s-1960s era windows. Ann helped us design and choose some great windows (rather than just replacing all of them with boring sash style!).Steve and the install team were absolute professionals. The sound of a saw cutting into your home is never a fun one, but watching the care they took in order to prep, work and clean and detail put me completely at ease.The windows made a huge difference to our house, just wish we hadnt waited so long!

We needed to replace three very large windows and got estimates and reccos from our contractor. We didnt like the windows the contractor suggested so we went to the window and door store. First the door store has exceptional products to choose from, secondly they can design and create whatever you need. The sales rep was great and patient with us, the pricing was extremely competitive and less than what our contractor was estimating and they were easy to work with. Delivery was prompt and follow up needs were quickly addressed. I would highly recommend stopping by here if you need new doors or windows because of great pricing, great products and attentive customer service.

Excellent product that is both secure and beautiful

As a gift to my son and daughter-in-law I wanted to buy them a new front door for their Crescent Hill home. Dina was our sales person. She came out to talk to us and we ended up buying not only the front door, but a new sliding glass door for the back, a replacement window and 2 storm windows for 2 stationary windows that were architecturally interesting and currently had storms that were double hung with a piece of metal through the center. The storm windows were to be one solid sheet of glass and not open. We were pleased with her presentation and even though it was all quite expensive I felt that the job would be done right and the quality would be good.When the doors came in they were beautiful and we were pleased. The replacement window was beautiful and that was great. But our problems began with the storm windows which were not only NOT what we ordered (they were double hung rather than one sheet of glass), but one of them was put on the wrong window. It wasnt until I insisted that they agreed to order the right style of storm window. Today they replaced both storms, took it off they wrong window and put the new storms on the right windows. AND then wrapped the windows in a white aluminum rather than the cream colored wrap that was on before AND on all other windows on the house.Dina insisted that we ordered white wrap, but then (after much insisting on my part) noticed on the contract that she was mistaken. They say that they will fix the wrap and I am sure they will. But good grief this has taken hours out of my day and without my getting upset, they never would have fixed anything.I feel wrung out and this is not how what I expected from the Door Store. This hassle has certainly tainted my opinion.

My wife and I purchased Integrity windows and an Integrity French door for a home we have been remodeling. The remodel has been underway for nearly a year and as you can imagine there are a lot of appointments to make. I had forgotten an appointment time with a technician from Door Store and Windows to make a repair on our door. The technician called me 20 minutes after the original appointment time to ask if I would be arriving soon. After apologizing I told the technician the location of a hidden key and asked if he would be willing to enter the home without us to repair the door. The technician not only was understanding of my mistake, he was able to enter the home, moved some boxes we had stored in front of the door, and repaired it quickly. He called me after he completed the job to confirm that everything was in working order and that the key had been placed back in its original hiding place.I was incredibly grateful of the service and extra effort of the Door Store and Windows technician and I would highly recommend them.

Whats to hate? Windows to see through and doors to open and shut. They work. Theyre good looking too.
